Now home after a week here and it was the best first family holiday experience! It was a bit daunting going away with my two children for first time and making sure we picked a hotel that catered for them as well as my daughters dairy intolerance was so important! Safe to say it was the best choice! Facilities and entertainment were perfect for the children and I have mixed ages - 7 and 2. My daughter loved the mini disco every night even though she was too shy to dance! Location wise was great with shops and beach only 5 minute walk away however we didn’t leave the resort much as preferred the kids pools and shops food etc all you need is at the resort! The staff were particularly great with my daughter and getting her food that didn’t have dairy. They would take me round the buffet every meal time to let me know what foods she could eat and would get her cakes and ice lollies she could have and also would make her dairy free pancakes or pizza especially for her! Was brilliant and was something I was definitely worried about before the trip but everyone was brilliant! Did not want to leave and considered staying longer! We will definitely be back!

Great hotel in a fab location. Short walk to pubs/restaurants and a lovely beach. Hotel is spotless and the staff can’t do enough for you. Always so friendly and welcoming and great with kids. Our little boy had the best time. Special thank you to Emilia from the animation team/kids club. She is amazing with the kids and they all love her. Would definitely return

Just had a great stay here! Second time visiting the hotel and once again did not disappoint. Kids club with Emelia and Tony doing a great job to keep the kids amused all the way throughout and also performing great acts at night with the mini disco and shows put on. Also a big shout out to Mazzi who was great with my son as well. Great drinks plenty of choice on food every day and night. Will be back again definitely

Had a nice stay here recently for a week, most staff were very friendly. The food was mostly decent. There was no AC in the room, this made for some uncomfortable nights, at one point the room reached 27c, I told reception and was told to just turn it off, it will be fine. They decided it would be a good idea to do some repairs on the walls outside our apartment which woke our baby a couple times, some warning would have been nice. The toilet in the room was not enclosed and therefore not private, more like a glass stall Costs extra for use of safe. Advertised as a king bed but was just 2 beds pushed together which kept coming apart. The phone in my room didn't work, again I told reception, they said they would send someone to fix it but never happened. No snacks after dinner service. Some of the areas are 18+ meaning if you have kids it limits where you can go to eat. The shower in the room was amazing. The children's pool was nice and warm and has lots of activities (slides, sprays, spilling bucket etc.). Would consider staying again.

Lust for Life

Room was really nice. Clean resort. (but I would like the toilet in the room to be cleaned better!). Every staff member was friendly (altho reception was less enthusiastic). We had breakfast and dinner at resort. Plenty to choose from. One better than the other. But if you don't appreciate this, you probably got 7 stars at home...🤐😂 4 Different pools. We had a room at the pool with animation team (from 3:00 PM). We like hearing people having fun so for us this was great. If you like peace and quiet ask for a room near the 18+ pools (who looked like retirement home). The resort is situated in a place where there is little in terms of bars etc. But for €5-7 for a taxi you're at the more busy part of the boulevard or the old town. The beach is walking distance. Perfect clean beach. I will definitely book this hotel again
