Great hotel very quiet during the day sunbeds are very comfortable fresh towels around the pool every day spotless the restaurant I would say is quite busy but you can always find a table. Great choices caters for everybody no complaints again also for dinner very busy but can always find a table. The only thing I would say is the waiting time for a drink sometimes is quite long specially the busy periods round the pool bar at lunchtime, but we always got served eventually overall a lovely holiday and we definitely come back

Just had a lovely time at this hotel. All was perfect. Pity the reception had to be so rude when we went to pay our bill.
We had to check out by 12 o'clock. We left our room at 10.30 and told reception we had left so housekeeping could go in to clean the room if they wished. We kept our key card because these are needed to access the toilets. We went for lunch and came back, paid our bill. The receptionist told us we were late checking out and there may be extra charges on our bill. Not a very nice attitude about her. And totally unnecessary because our bill was exactly as we expected

It‘s a very nice hotel with a stunning architecture.
However, the average age of their guests is about 85.
They have small electric wheelchairs for everybody, which says a lot imo.
Breakfast is plentyful.
Seniors only, not adults only.

There is a lot about the hotel to like but there are two main factors you must understand:
The first is it is a resort. You can do anything you want at night but if it happens to be sleeping at 10pm, forget it. The music from the place was all night, and audible in rooms with windows shut.
Also, there are no duvets. If you sleep with a duvet or quilt, you will find their beds quite lacking. The air con is good, but for me does not like for like solve the sleep issue.
Also, if you're under fifty, forget it and go somewhere less tramelled
This might sound a negative review but the team there are outstanding and the food outstanding.
