Super clean and beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, warm pool and nice food. But most importantly the staff are great. Lovely service at reception with a smile, staff at the bars are very kind and try to accommodate all requests. Food and staff at Papaya were great. The friendly lifeguards kept us safe but also allowed everybody to relax have fun in the pool. Staff in the buffet restaurant were very polite and professional. Some rooms on our floor were being renovated and initially we were worried about it but we barely even noticed it in the end. Thank you for a great week, we can't wait to come back.

Just came back from a 10 day half board stay with my partner and have nothing bad to say. The check in was smooth with friendly staff all round. The entertainment team were very friendly and there were numerous activities to get people involved. The room was spacious, needed a bit of an upgrade but nothing wrong with it really. Breakfast and dinner food options were brilliant but lunch was disappointing. The poolside snack bar was great, fast service with friendly staff and decent enough burgers etc. The pool itself was lovely. We often used the adult only area which was peaceful . However, not all functions in the outside spa pool were working. Occasionally we sat in the main pool area which where the fun staff were working and that has music playing and generally a good vibe around the place. I'd recommend this hotel! Genuinely cannot fault the staff for their friendliness in every department!

I recently stayed at Hotel Bitacora, and from the moment we arrived, the reception staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The room was spotless every day, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. It was so nice coming back to a clean, cozy space after a day out. The UP! experience was the cherry on top! The private areas and premium services made our trip feel extra special and luxurious. Everything was top-notch, and we loved every moment. I highly recommend Hotel Bitacora for anyone looking for comfort and great service. We can’t wait to come back! Big thanks to the whole team for an unforgettable stay!

The hotel is well located, rather clean and spacious, with nice pools, slides and activities for the children and adults. Most animation staff was good although some didn’t seem too motivated to play with the children or make their stay in the mini club particularly eventful. No issues in getting a sunbed, something many people reported on. We absolutely loved the spa, well worth the price! However I find it ridiculous that children are not allowed in the same type of jacuzzi located outside, where most jets don’t even work. Generally the adults only area is empty and unused, so it makes no sense, in particular since there’s the infinity pool and jacuzzi in the up area. I’m no hotel management expert but common sense indicates that a hotel choose its preferred audience and cater for them, so thus artificial division between adults only part and part where children are allowed does not make much sense. Also the food isn’t great especially not worth it for lunch so I’d suggest half board maximum. Rooms are okay, nothing special. Unfortunately no interconnected rooms for larger families which is a must in a place that aims to be a family hotel.

We just got home after a week's stay. Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy the room was very spacious and cleaned every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice with a great selection. The infinity pool was amazing. We will definitely go back for another stay. The location was great not far to walk to the centre. 👍
