A wonderful accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Me and my partner (🏳️‍🌈 couple) stayed at the Samaya for 5 nights and had the best time. Everyone was very accommodating, the villa was perfect and the surroundings beautiful. We felt welcomed and accepted. We enjoyed our breakfast and afternoon tea as well as a few dinners at Swept Away. They also offer a complimentary convenient shuttle service to the city centre. The SPA and the cooking class were also incredibly fun. I would definitely stay at the Samaya again.

We have just arrived home after an amazing 2 week trip to Bali. The Samaya Ubud was our first stop and couldn’t have been nicer. Staff were so friendly and helpful. My dietary requirements dealt with and food perfect. Our villa with private pool was exceptional. Spa treatments superb. Everything about our stay was perfect. Highly recommend

Wow!!! We stayed at this resort for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The location was beautiful, with stunning views looking over a rice paddy for breakfast or the River for lunch and dinner. When we first entered our villa, we were amazed at how amazing it was. We stayed in an 'Ayung Villa' at the base of the resort. The villa was so spacious and comfortable and the little details prepared, because it was our honeymoon, were extra special. The private pool was special and it was lovely to take a dip, morning, noon or night. The hotel offer a free buggy to and from your villa to the lobby, or restaurants if needed as the hill was quite steep, although we did walk this sometimes. The food choices were great and it all tasted so good. The hotel also offer a shuttle service into Ubud, which we used every day and it is well worth visiting for dinner in the evening. Everything exceeded our expectations and everything was so perfect and personable. The best part of this hotel, without any question, was the staff! The most helpful, friendly, attentive and warm staff I have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble and they made every interaction so personal it was always so lovely speaking to them. Also they would know when you had left your villa and on your return, this would be cleaned and with fresh towels left, so our days felt uninterrupted. They could not have done anymore to make this part of our honeymoon so special. A must for anyone wanting relaxed luxury in the heart if Ubud!

Absolutely exceptional service. We stayed there for our honeymoon and had the most wonderful welcome - flower necklaces, rose petal love hearts at the entrance to our room as well as in our bathtub, a honeymoon cake and a complimentary couples massage. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable and the villas were so peaceful. Also the romantic dinner was such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again someday!

I don’t know where to begin. All employees from top to bottom level are so polite and friendly with us and very welcoming. The service level is very top level. Both restaurants for Breakfast & Lunch and Dinner have very tasty food with breathtaking views. Rooms are extremely tidy and clean we didn’t get any insect or gecko inside the room during our stay of 4 days/3nights. We had Ayung Villa it had a breathtaking view to a river. All the views in the hotel are breathtaking and it’s very easy to have sidewalks near the river or so. All their services, food, laundry, dining, free shuttles, also the buggy cars are always there and available. We got our laundry in same day. Our room was cleaner twice in one day also. After staying in multiple properties in bali all of them rated 9+ on booking.com this was the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Bali. I wouldn’t mind if I spent my full 10 days honeymoon with Samaya Ubud. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone working in Samaya Ubud you made our honeymoon so special.
