Overall a good resort with nice beach , great food with even room dining has lot of options to choose from. There were some nice Christmas celebrations.
But this is a very old property with signs of ageing in rooms and overall amenities and doesn't give a 5* feel- our room ac was not cooling so they had to clean the system up which took 1-2 hrs. Pool is very deep so don't see many swimmers. Children slide is only for kids more than 4 yrs and has intermittent pump issues so they close it down. Room cleaning service is basic with lack of quality checks and varies from person to person. Lot of construction in mid section. Will probably select another resort next time.

Had a great stay in January. Although a little dated, they were actively doing renovations. The staff were lovely, cocktails strong, free bike rental, excellent breakie buffet, loved the daily room cleaning, and the kids club was beyond expectations with rock climbing, t-shirt tie dying and mini excursions that my 5 year old son loved. The space and toy selection was large and special shout out to the main kids club educator who was lovely and trustworthy (I can't remember her name). Only downside; there isn't a pool for small children to stand in, only a babies pool then 1.2m pool. But we managed ok with floaties.

What can i say. If you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle this is the place. Rooms are great, pool facilities are awesome and also has a private beach. Alot of restaurants in this hotel and food is just amazing.
Friendly staff, very safe for families as there's a few security checks before you enter the hotel which is great for your safety.

Great place to stay. Staff are amazing everyone says hello each time you pass. And while expensive for Bali compared to 5star resorts in Australia it's still very cheap. Buffet breakfast was amazing so many options.

We had an amazing stay at Westin Nusa dus. Beautiful resort with a lot of activities happening throughout the day. We got upgraded to premium room which was newly built but there were some issue with the drainage which were fixed
The breakfast spread is excellent with a lot of options to choose from. Special thanks to Frida in season’s restaurant who helped us a lot.
