All of the staff are super friendly and the food is amazing! The guest experience team are brilliant and are always really helpful when it comes to booking sunbeds and excursions.
Unfortunately the rooftop pool was shut for the second week so the bookable beds were moved to the main pool which was definitely louder but the animation team definitely made up for it and kept us supplied with constant entertainment.
The restaurant was fab as always. The staff in there are super attentive as always especially Lorena and Panchi and the chefs make some of the best food I've had. I would love to take David and Abdul home with me to cook omelettes, pasta, and grilled fish every day!
Definitely one of my favourite hotels to stay at and 100% will be returning.

We stayed at Tigotan for a week, throughout the week we had to move rooms due to a noise however both rooms themselves were clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We opted for half board which I recommend, the meals at night is a buffet style but has everything you could imagine to chose from. Food was delicious and service was great! Lorena in the restaurant was so helpful and friendly, we always felt welcome by all staff. We found the location of the hotel perfect and is a 10 minute walk from the promenade and not far from bars/ restaurants etc. Overall very happy and hopefully we’ll be back :)

This is my 3rd time staying in the Tigotan hotel and I used to speak so highly of the hotel but now there very are few words that expresses how far this hotel has fallen. I paid around €1600 to basically stay in a dungeon. We stayed in room 048 which is 4 rooms down from an emergency exit. The exit was been used a faster route to the pool area and due to the shortages of sunbeds residents of the hotel would rush each morning to reserve a bed resulting in the emergency door slamming constantly from as early as half 6 every morning. I originally requested a pool view but the only view we got was of the greenery that blocked nearly the whole balcony. The entire corridor had a number of leaks which caused the room and hallway to the smell of dampness meaning that we had to leave the sliding door open for most of our stay The rubber sealant around the shower glass was completely withered which caused the bathroom to flood after every use but as well, there was also a number of bugs that inhabited the bathroom too. The phone in the room did not work and when another couple across the hall got into a shouting match on 2 different occasions I had to fetch security. There was also no notice prior that the infinity pool, located on the roof, was under construction. I asked to be relocated twice to which I was told that there was no other rooms available but yet another couple we’d spoke too, who were originally on the same floor, mentioned that they were relocated for some of the same issues.
I don’t know what has changed since my previous two visits but I got the impression that management don’t seem to care for returning customers they just wanted the money. The staff are as friendly as ever and the entertainment staff are always up to ensure residents are having a good time and included in every activity but this will probably be my last time staying here.

First time stopping in Tenerife and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Our stay was absolutely fantastic with the most professional and friendly staff who are tentative to each guests needs. Special mention to Lorena and Louis from the hospitality of the hotel. They couldn’t have done anymore for us whilst making us feel so welcome and cared for. They both put a smile on our faces everyday. David, one of the chefs, makes both breakfast and evening meal enjoyable with lots of character when make the food fresh to your order. The entertainment at the hotel is second to none, always something going on throughout the day and night to suit all guests, abilities and needs. Debbie was amazing at getting people involved in the activities and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back to stop here.

Torres and his team in the dining area were exceptional. Very friendly and personal service. All staff were attentive and professional. Torres was always looking to ensure the service was of a high standard. Thank you all for making my stay feel like a home from home! I will be back soon!
