Had a lovely couple of weeks at Tigotan. Our room was okay but the beds were small single beds pushed together to make double. Our room was in the ground floor towards the end of the corridor and although we paid for a pool view we had the view of a tree outside and not much else. We almost joined in the madness that was putting towels out early but they actually have a Removal policy if your sunbed is unoccupied for more than half an hour. Seemed harsh at first but probably not a bad idea. It was a great Location. Easy to get to the sea front and lots going on in the immediate area. The food and drink were good. The staff and service as a whole were great, super friendly but particularly Joselo who if you could give a person five stars it would be him.

The animators (entertainers) are very good at keeping all the activities flowing throughout the day and evening. Special shout out to Melissa, Aaron, Sam, Debbie and Anna for making our stay in the hotel fun. We went exclusive and overall felt it was worth the extra price. Maybe the snacks in the executive lounge could be better but overall worth it. Had a great 8 night stay and biggest negative was just one server in the restaurant who the 2 nights served us tutted and walked away for a bit after we ordered drinks. Just a strange experience there. But can’t fault the hotel

Nice hotel with good service and lovely staff. Very nice waitress Lucille who is attentive at dinner, always clearing plates efficiently and taking drinks orders. Food is good, especially breakfast with loads of choice of fresh fruit, salads, breads & hot choices as well. Hotel itself has been refurbished 10 years ago but is a little tatty now (marked carpets, smashed tiles on balcony etc) but everything works well. Good location with a nice walk to the beach. There are a lot of English/Irish pubs in the area & a lot of street sellers around.

Lovely Hotel. Great location for the beach & Golden Mile. Clean & well serviced room. Friendly cheerful staff made our stay a pleasure. Wide variety of buffet foods for every taste. Only downside was selfish guests reserving Pool loungers from early morning! Some were empty for hours! The Lifeguard should remove the towels after at least 30 mins of the beds obviously not being used. There are morning bathers & afternooners so would always be a free bed if this was followed. All in all a fabulous stay thank you 🙏🏽

What a beautiful hotel, one of the nicest that we have stayed in, the staff are so lovely always attentive , very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They remember names and are always happy to see you. The chefs are fantastic, helpful and full of energy throughout the day. The food is great with lots of choice and food cooked in front of you to suit everyone. The hotel is beautifully clean and well cared for with lots of options from rooftop pools to ground floor swimming pools to suit everyone. Entertainment throughout the day and night with a mixture of guests from all ages 18-88 and around the world but mostly Uk and European. We me lots of lovely people and shared a drink or two. We booked our trips through the reception for good price and transport from the door with lots to chose from. The location is near local beaches , shops, restraints and a great sports bar next door showing all your sports daily. I highly recommend this hotel and would visit again in the future.
