I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is the best hotel I've ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, everything was impeccably arranged, making my stay not just comfortable but truly memorable. The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious meals that catered to every palate. Each dish was a delight, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. A special thanks to Hamida for the exclusive service she provided during my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference, ensuring that I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

The whole team of the kids club was superb and our son loved trying out all the cool activities; Anna and her fitness team were fabulous and so was the food and beverage offering; Melis and Dicle from the guest service team also looked after us and took care of every request! We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We had very attentive and great hosts in Atakan & Cigdem. They were in contact with us everyday and helped book all of our restaurants, spa and even sorted out making sure I could watch the football in the sports bar before it was meant to be open! This type of attention and support helped make the holiday even better especially given the rest of the time you are dealing with the children! The room was great and cleaned thoroughly every day and I would say even again for turn down service. Food was great in all of the restaurants. The beef grill is a must and was our favourite. Only complaint and it’s very minor was that it was impossible to get a buggy to help getting from a to b which with a young child and buggy would have been helpful particularly in the hottest parts of the day. But this again was minor and didn’t take away from what was a great trip. We will definitely be back!

10 days in Titanic were great! Everything was very good. The kitchen is high, very tasty and a great variety of dishes. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only drawback is that in 10 days we changed bed linen for 8 days. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Staff are wonderful, very attentive and smiling. Every night there were shows of the program. Will be back again.

Overall excellent, service very good, food fantastic. Only negative feedback would be they often serve food before the drinks arrive and sometimes can be difficult to get the restaurant of your choice. Quality of food and drinks and service levels is excellent. Not at all petty if you wanted an extra dish or drink. Very generous and good branded soft drinks, limited on wine choice. Fast service by pool for drinks, clever QR ordering system from sun lounger and delivered by server on roller blades - so fast! Communicate with your butler via WhatsApp, hugely convenient. Impressive entertainment and amazing kids club with lots to offer. Superb trip
