How far is the nearest beach?
There are no less than four outstanding beaches to enjoy during your stay at Twin Palms Phuket. Beautiful Surin Beach is the closest, located 170m in front of the resort and boasting a luxury beach butler service. Alternatively, Catch Beach Club and Palm Seaside restaurant on Bang Tao Beach, and HQ Beach Lounge on Kamala Beach are a short drive away with the resort offering daily transport from 9am until late.

Twin Palms Phuket is in an ideal location for accessing many nearby attractions. The local area has shops, restaurants and ATM machines all about 300m away. Within 10 to 30 minutes’ drive, you can enjoy teeing off at Laguna Golf Course, top class shopping, and aqua-fun at Splash Jungle water park. The nightlife of Bang La Road in Patong is also approximately 30 minutes’ drive away.

For a five star property, this hotel falls below expectations.
We chose to book this hotel (5-stars) through their website as booking for 3 people can get quite confusing when booking through 3rd party websites. To our dismay, no extra bed nor amenities were set up when we arrived. We had to wait for housekeeping to bring in and set up the bed, etc. We arrived at night so there was no excuse for everything not to be ready.
Complimentary toothbrushes were also not given by default. There were 2 in the room with a price tag. It was not until I asked why we had to pay for this that the reception called and clarified that we can request for complimentary ones. Why aren’t basic amenities such as toothbrushes readily available in the room? Even 1-star properties provide this by default.
Service also falls short. Most waiting staff during breakfast were not friendly. Not once did they welcome us with a smile during the three meals we spent there. I remember only the lady at the egg station was friendly and greeting everyone with a smile.
Other good points: pool was nice, fruits during fruit hour were good, breakfast was good enough and hotel messaging app was convenient. Unfortunately, these were overshadowed by poor service.

Twinpalms is absolutely the best hotel resort that my family and I have stayed ever. Apart from the impeccable facilities and luxurious amenities that the resort offers, what makes the place extra special is the hotel staff. It is an understatement to say the hotel staff goes above and beyond in making your stay as comfortable as possible. A special shout out to Bank who took care of us so well. We loved our stay and highly recommend Twinpalms to any family wanting a truly memorable holiday in Phuket. Surin beach where the resort is located is gorgeous and if you get a chance, book the yacht day trip as well. You won’t regret it!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Twinpalms Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff. A unique feature of the hotel is that you can select flowers to enhance the fragrance in your room, which added a personalized touch to our stay.
The rooms are simple yet modern, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. Although there isn't much to do immediately around the hotel, guests have access to several beach clubs affiliated with the hotel, offering a great way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The gym at Twinpalms is spacious and well-equipped, though it is also open to outside members through a membership program. This means it can get a bit crowded at times. The gym closes at 9 PM, which was somewhat inconvenient, but it had all the necessary equipment for a good workout.
One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was limited and not particularly special compared to other hotels.

One of the most beautiful relaxing hotels I've ever been to. I'm so glad we chose it. The staff are outstanding, they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort here, nothing is any trouble to them.
We had a lovely welcome from Peach and the reception team, chose type of pillow and what flowers we wanted in our room, (We had the lotus ) a cold drink and fresh cooling face towel. So welcoming every time we arrived after being out.
We had a lovely spacious, clean fresh Palm Deluxe room with balcony overlooking the pool and a TV with Netflix. Housekeeping did a very good job!
We ate in the Oriental Spoon, the pool bar and breakfast and every time, the food was delicious and fresh and served with a smile.
The app was very handy to use whenever we needed anything and the shuttle to the beach clubs was very convenient and helpful to have as I was with my teenage daughter and wouldn't have gone to them without this facility.
The pool is so beautiful, just perfect, a little piece of paradise of peace and tranquility.
All the staff, maintenance (who came to fix our air con very quickly but turned out, it was me not using it correctly!) the reception and all the waiting staff, the drivers and housekeeping were fabulous and professional. This hotel is what made our holiday probably the best one ever ! When I'm back in Phuket, I'm staying here longer.

Location is great. Rooms are below 5-star standards. Missing amenities such as ironing board and iron which was provided but you have to request it. Shampoo and conditioners are not enough and you have to keep asking for more. Very spacious room but no microwave in the 2 story duplex and no door on the second floor room. So no privacy. Laundry service was not good as you can see that the stains don’t go away when it came back from the hotel’s laundry service. Breakfast selection was limited and not per 5-star hotel standards. At the breakfast hall, no AC cooled areas. It was hot and humid. So it was only catered for a certain segment of people and not everyone. In short, there will not be another visit to this resort.
