We've been there for 9 days. The view was good, the ambience and the pools were superb, the food was average but nothing to complain about, so good in general. Most of the waiters were super friendly, generally the "lower paid" staff were very eager to fulfill wishes. However I am not satisfied with the "upper" staff. Some minor wishes were not fulfilled or they lied about it, that it wasn't possible to do so, when the opposite was the case. But the biggest problem is the dog situation. I can understand, when some guests don't like them but many others do. So the least thing I expect, is that the hotel takes care of them. Sadly, only some very friendly waiters were engaging to help the dogs. But I heard that the management punished them for this, so a very big no-go. The management told us that they were helping but I couldn't verify this statement. Sadly, when we tried to help the dogs, the hotel didn't do any aid in this regard. Not even giving us some container that we can give them water. They first tried to lie, that this wasn't possible, but we insisted and the manager finally took care and said we could have it the next day. On the next day the staff lied again, that there was no container, but when we referred to the manager, we got one, eventually. We also saw that the security tried to scare the dogs away, even those that didn't bother anyone. The result was, that the situation became just uncomfortable for the guests and the dogs were afraid. I am really disappointed in this hotel when it comes to compassion about other living beings. They always told us that they were helping, but I couldn't see any kind of action in this regard. On the contrary, when it was possible to help, they (upper staff and management) didn't participate or took any actions to do so. I am massively disappointed in this kind of behavior and can't recommend this hotel to anyone until this problem is solved and they really help the dogs somehow. Long story short: Just show some compassion for other living beings and everyone can profit. Please change your mindset ASAP!

Lovely adults only hotel. Our room was spacious and decorated nicely. All the rooms are sea facing with beautiful views. The food was good and staff friendly and we had one of the best messages we ever had. The beach is small and the water is not as clear as other parts of the island but there are two lovely pools.

We were very impressed by absolutely everything at this hotel. The staff were amazing from reception, bar, restaurant and the entire place. High praise all round x

Fantastic Location, Rooms vary in size some very small, don’t have chests of drawers. Staff pleasant but their job is to clear plates and glasses not to ask if you want a drink, if you go to the bar the bartender will ask you to sit down and they will bring them to you. Be careful what you ask for as the all inclusive drinks are very limited choice. You will be asked to sign for every drink. No wrist band system. Entertainment is usually a local artist and finishes at 10 PM.

Charming Hotel with Great Food and Friendly Staff
I recently stayed at Veranda Paul et Virginie with friends, and we had a wonderful time. The hotel itself is absolutely charming, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food was consistently good, offering a variety of delicious options that pleased everyone in our group.
What really stood out was the staff — they were all so nice and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness added a special touch to our stay and made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, Veranda Paul et Virginie is a great choice for a relaxing getaway with friends. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
