    Positive, Nice hotel, very kind staff, housekeeping to restaurant to chefs they all care their job. My son has egg and nuts allergy and I feel safe for him. They take allergy serious !! I did not see anyone who just there to collect pay check. Well done management team to keeping staff engaged. Negative As you see in the picture that was my view at balcony. That was not my room book was. We like the location of the room since I have 4 years old I did not bother to change. If you do not pay extra for shezlong and cabana you will get not good service. If all inclusive please don’t nickel and dime. Overall great small resort for family and I will go back !! Cheers

    We loved it so much we’ve already booked another trip here in late summer. The whole hotel is very clean, food was pretty good (still thinking about the french toast at the buffet every day). Kind staff, beautiful beach, awesome service at every restaurant we went to. Hallways were noisy sometimes at night, but it is kid friendly so you can only do so much about that.

    Rooms were large and spacious for our family of four. Kept very clean, while being environmentally conscious. Food was very good. We are vegetarians, so ran into some availability issues, but the staff accommodated us by preparing special meal for us. Activities were basic but fairly well organized and entertaining. Amazing hospitality and pleasant atmosphere all around. Some time wasted with timeshare folks was the only negative.

The room service was outstanding; our accommodations were impeccably cleaned and maintained daily. The dining experience exceeded our expectations, with delicious and authentic cuisine. The breakfast offerings were equally impressive. The entertainment was delightful and thoughtfully designed to be engaging for guests of all ages, particularly children, which we greatly appreciated. The beach was stunning, providing a serene and enjoyable environment. We are already looking forward to returning next November to once again experience the exceptional service and hospitality

    Highly recommend this all inclusive resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, and attentive. They provided exceptionally good service on every encounter consistently across, restaurants, bar staff, and house keeping. Food quality at the buffets, restaurants, and cafe was very high. The resort is managed, and operated very well; it was very clean. The property has an amazing beach front area available to guests of the resort. The property is a bit smaller, and compact than other reports, but that was a good thing as it made everything very convenient. This is a family resort, with quite a number of kids, so it has a very fun, but not a party vibe.
