Rooms were large and spacious for our family of four. Kept very clean, while being environmentally conscious.
Food was very good. We are vegetarians, so ran into some availability issues, but the staff accommodated us by preparing special meal for us.
Activities were basic but fairly well organized and entertaining.
Amazing hospitality and pleasant atmosphere all around.
Some time wasted with timeshare folks was the only negative.

Highly recommend this all inclusive resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, and attentive. They provided exceptionally good service on every encounter consistently across, restaurants, bar staff, and house keeping. Food quality at the buffets, restaurants, and cafe was very high. The resort is managed, and operated very well; it was very clean. The property has an amazing beach front area available to guests of the resort. The property is a bit smaller, and compact than other reports, but that was a good thing as it made everything very convenient. This is a family resort, with quite a number of kids, so it has a very fun, but not a party vibe.

Really nice resort. I would recommend especially for families. Very touristy, but very nice. Food was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Housekeeping was very nice and brought whatever you needed with a smile. Could do without the constant marketing people every day trying to get you to purchase excursions or offering you extras to go listen to marketing pitches. Top notch was Raymundo at the buffet. He was the best. Extremely courteous and gracious. He got me the best drink ever that I named it " The Raymundo". I would come back just so Raymundo can get that drink for me. Thank Raymundo for making the trip extra great!

Stayed here for 5 days with my wife. The resort is beautiful, staff are friendly. The best buffet I would suggest in the resort is Ventanas, Raymundo was one of the best servers we had. Thank you Raymundo. Didn’t give the resort a 5 only because as soon as you come down stairs to enjoy yourself or just simply relax, they have staff members sitting or walking around the lobby area trying to sale you more things to do. Some people are for it and some people just want to be left alone and enjoy what they’ve paid for. They reminded me of those time share people. Besides that, it was a great experience. Highly recommended especially if you’re bringing your entire family.

We stayed at an all-inclusive hotel in Cancun with our family, and it was an amazing experience! First of all, the food was excellent—there was a wide variety to suit every taste, and everything was delicious and plentiful.
The service was outstanding for an all-inclusive resort. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable—whether it was in the restaurants, at the beach, or by the pool. For the kids, there were fun water slides and a well-organized kids’ club with great activities to keep them entertained.
For adults, there were plenty of interesting programs throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was fantastic. We loved the live music and the shows—it added a special touch to the overall experience.
And of course, the beach was stunning—crystal-clear water and soft sand. It was truly a perfect vacation for the whole family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun-filled getaway!
