This was an absolute mess!!! You don’t learn that your going to pay 40/ day for parking on site and 42/ day for “resort” fee for this hotel, because it certainly does not qualify to be called a resort. This is not an all-inclusive. They essentially get 200.00 more dollars out of you on BS charges The first order of business was for me to change rooms because the carpet and smell in the hallways was nasty. And I mean just that. Forget it if you get cold at night no blankets are offered. And at my request they went and found some nasty looking quilts to appease me. I ended up at Walmart…The pictures on the web are pure lies. They are marketing someone else’s pictures, as you learn the resort fee are because they share property with other Wyndham.
The best part of this trip was that I did get to see my family, but hate that I had to spend this time at this disaster of a place. The place is like Bate motel. The supposed restaurant needs a good dusting. And I lost a 14.00 glass of Merlot to the nats flying about. If you choose not to listen to me travel with a lot of Lysol and Clorox wipes. This was the only way I was able to make it 3 night here. Though my neighbors seem quite comfortable because I could smell the cannabis as I attempted to sit on the balcony. Just don’t bother. Lesson learned… truthfully you’d get better results at a Holiday Inn Express. My sister niece and I could not even enjoy the pool. Just gross!!!! And lastly… 30.00/ person for continental breakfast. Just don’t!!!

We just completed our second stay at the Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek, but this was our first stay in the condos. We were welcomed with friendly customer service at the front desk, who promptly checked us into our unit and explained all of the amenities. Take advantage of the bellmen service, who certainly made my move in a whole lot easier.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom condo that was quite spacious and comfortable. The unit had all of the furnishings that you would expect.
The property is full of amenities and it is well cared for by the staff. Grilling stations are available throughout the property. Every morning, staff thoroughly scrub and clean them, so they are ready for use each day. While I was grilling one evening, a waitress walked by and offered to bring me a drink from the bar. What great service.
Multiple pools on site provide different offerings including a lazy river, water slides, hot tubs and even a splash pad. Other amenities include a playground, goofy golf and an arcade.
The property is a short distance from all of the parks. While a shuttle is not available for the condos, it is available at the hotel. It would be nice if a shuttle was provided for all guests but it was convenient to be at the parks on our own schedule instead of the shuttles.
While there is plenty of parking available, depending on your arrival, you may have to walk to the nearby parking structure. While slightly inconvenient, the structure is centrally located making it a short walk.
We really enjoyed our stay and have already discussed plans for our trip next Spring.

My experience at the Wyndham at Bonnet Creek was nothing short of amazing. The staff along with the ambiance made me and my family feel welcome and that their was nothing but good times ahead for us from the beginning. Outside of visiting the Magic kingdom which was the reason for our stay there is literally no reason to leave the resort. The food choices are a 10. Onsite amenities and services down to picking your own vegetables for your outdoor grilling are superb! We will definitely be back as members and we have invited our family and friends to enjoy it with is in the future.

After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service that we received. The valet service was amazing and always had our car waiting for us when we called down to have it brought to the front. The housekeeping staff was very attentive when we needed extra towels and came everyday to clean and change towels. The view from the balcony was beautiful especially during the morning great place to sit and drink your morning coffee. I just wish they had a microwave to heat up our leftovers from our dinners. They do have a mini refrigerator, but not a microwave.
I think the best part of our trip was the lifeguard, Mark, at the pirate ship pool. My kids and I were really the only ones at the pool that day and Mark started up a conversation with us and was laughing with my kids. He really was just the nicest person. Made sure my kids and I were being safe, but also being a nice guy and laughing with us having fun in the pool and on the slide. We had a great experience and will defiantly be staying here again.

Our stay at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek resort was wonderful! All of the staff was incredible, from a very smooth check-in, to the service and food at Deep Blue (the signature blue crab grouper was delicious!), and of course the Blue Harmony spa, which was the highlight of the getaway. We enjoyed walks around the lake, and the view from the room was really cool to get to see EPCOT fireworks and sunsets. The huge pools are great too, especially for families with children. Highly recommend!
