We stayed for 4days and 3night in this hotel.
Our baby love their kids club. Our baby came nearly 6-7x to the kids club during our staycation. Mr Bank was also very helpful during our arrival & before we going back to airport.
The location is startegic. Walkaway to the blue mountain night market, surrounded by shops, watson, 7E, money changer and many more.
Very easy to find food halal or non halal.
Its also a walkaway to the beach, and about 10minutes walk to the mosque.
The staff are nice and helpful.
We took normal room but it is so much satisfaction.
Worth every penny. We had a great stay. Thank you Holiday Inn Krabi☺️

Overall is just so so,
Quite environment and has a relax vibe.
Need to walk around 600m until you reach the beach (not so beautiful), many tourists which some of them even smoking while they’re beaching weird!
Swimming pool is old fashion but functional, kid club quite small. Breakfast is good many choice to choose and tasty.
Room is clean, yet a bit small.

We paid a little more for an ocean view room on 4th floor, it was exceptional and definitely 5 star all the way, with the most stunning views and the staff were so professional and friendly. It’s in the heart of town just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great gym, huge pool although it closes at 7pm. I would suggest that it would be great to have it open for adults only from 7pm to 10pm. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Krabi. The hotel has a lot of positives, especially the friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay.
The location is another big plus—it’s situated in a lively shopping street with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it very convenient.
However, there are a few downsides. The pool area can get quite crowded, especially during peak hours, making it hard to find a quiet spot. Additionally, not all areas have lift access, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good service, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the view of both the mountains and the beach is stunning. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, and the pool area is nice, with just the right amount of people—never too crowded.
However, we were disappointed by one thing: upon arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a better room with a better view. But when we got to the room, we realized it was actually a twin room that had been converted into a double room by pushing the two single beds together. The layout didn’t feel like a proper double room, and we could feel the gap between the two beds.
When we brought this up with the reception, they responded quite abruptly, saying that if we wanted a “real” double bed, they would have to “downgrade” us to a room without a balcony or a view. For a hotel of this level, we expected a better solution, and certainly not two single beds pushed toget

Summary: Agree with some other reviews that this should not be called a 5 star but more of a 3 star hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights and there were some hit and miss.
Positive:
- Staff: Most of the staffs are friendly and helpful. Both Nok and Hassan showed great hospitalilty. Especially Hassan. Every time we saw him, he's always with genuine smile and ready to help and go beyond and I can feel he's a true warm hearted person. The stay would be unpleasant without him.
- Location: Quiet and surrounded by the nature. Good getaway from noisy main street.
Negative:
- Room: Not clean. We found some hairs on the floor and found stains on the sheet. We stayed in Deluxe Suite. While room is spacious, we found the layout could be improved. Also, you can see there's wear and tear.
- Massage: We tried it because there's buy 1 get 1 free. But, the experience is a disater. Not only was it much more expensive than what you typically pay, which is normal since it's in hotel, the service you get is also far below what you should get based on the price point. Definitely avoid and just go to the main street to find some other massage shops with good review which are more worthy.
- Pool: No shade at all and the pool is not huge with little sunbed, unlike what pictures shows. We didn't use it at all.
Service is generally good but with the price, I would expect slightly more.

If you’re looking for a 5 star stay — this is not it! This place is looking tired, from the building itself to the stained sheets and worn towels. Our deluxe king room felt like it was from a budget chain hotel, and that’s okay if it didn’t try to mask itself as a 5 star resort. Our light switches didn’t work, soundproofing was lacking, a weird raised bed on a platform that was difficult to get on. The breakfast was also average and again not reflective of a 5 star. The only positive was the staff, who were lovely and helpful.
Perhaps the experience is better if you had a suite or pool suite. In my opinion, save your money, go elsewhere, and enjoy a true 5 star experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a five-star experience based on its advertised rating. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. The family room felt quite small, and some areas of the hotel appeared to be in need of maintenance.
The outdoor sunbeds showed signs of wear, and I found them uncomfortable to use. The breakfast selection did not suit my preferences, so I chose to eat at local restaurants instead. Additionally, the ironing board and iron provided had visible signs of use, which made it difficult to press my clothes properly.
For the price of greater than a grand for three nights, I personally did not feel that the stay offered good value. While the facilities did not meet my expectations, I appreciate the efforts of the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel needs some maintainance and improvement of services and ammenities. Nice pool area, not enough sunbeds. Pool bar always empty - no staff. Average breakfast, average restaurant for dinners (but with nice view). Bath robe in hotel room was old with small holes, no hair conditioner, shower drain broken. One morning we were woken up by a worker on a rope who installed something on balcony. Definitely not 5*, something between 3* and 4*. From center you can take taxi easily using the taxi apps.

This place was exactly what we were looking for - away from the crowds on the main streets of Ao Nang but close enough that you can be there via the free shuttle in about 10 minutes. We stayed in an upper level pool suite that was spacious, clean and well maintained. The upper pool is adults only and we loved having almost a private pool to ourselves. We enjoyed drinks at the rooftop restaurant every evening which affords a beautiful view of the sunset and the valley leading to the sea. The staff was amazing - available to answer any question, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Great vacation with a wonderful Staff. Especially the Club Staff made all the difference in our one long and one short stay. Thanks to Deena, Pepsi and everyone working at the Club Millésime our stay was even more wonderful.
Food, Service, rooms, Pool were very nice. Excursions and Transports can be arranged via the Hotel. Especially the Airport Pickup Made our arrival very relaxing. If we return to the Krabi area we definately will be Back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Sofitel Krabi! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and luxurious amenities.
The food was outstanding, offering a fantastic variety of delicious dishes. Whether it was the breakfast buffet, the poolside snacks, or the fine dining options, everything was fresh and flavorful.
The pool is one of the largest I’ve ever seen, and the beachfront location adds to the relaxing ambiance. Perfect for a luxurious and peaceful getaway! Can’t wait to return.

My family and I have just ended a ten-night stay at the Sofitel, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish!
It was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The facilities were perfect, from the huge pool, to the gym, to the swim-up bar, to the golf course! My father-in-law and I had the privilege of playing on the golf course three times with the resort director, Christian, and he was brilliant (even though he beat us every time!). The course was fun and well-maintained. Christian was great throughout the stay, always checking in with us and making sure we were as comfortable as possible.
The rest of the staff were also great, such as Golf (the barman at the swim-up bar).
The breakfast has more choice than you will ever need, and it left us feeling full for hours and hours!
Considering the hotel is a five-star, the prices are still reasonable too.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants luxury and a relaxing time. My partner and I have been to Thailand several times, and will be returning to the Sofitel in the summer when we visit again!

My recent stay at Sofitel Krabi exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the wonderful lobby team. I was then escorted to my room, where I immediately felt at home, surrounded by the comforting energies of Thai culture. The hotel itself is exceptional, and my dining experience at Venezia was truly delightful, delicious food, outstanding staff, and excellent service.
The highlight of my stay was the spa experience, where I felt truly pampered and cared for.
A standout moment was when Christian, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He genuinely took the time to guide us throughout our stay, making us feel incredibly special. It's rare to meet such a dedicated and exceptional team member like him.
Thank you to all the staff and teams at Sofitel Krabi. I will definitely be returning soon!

All the staff members were lovely, and I especially appreciated the exceptional service from the Spa team. I had a fantastic time dining at the Italian restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed my spa treatments. Christian, who is part of the top management, took wonderful care of me and exceeded all my expectations.

Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is undeniably a beautiful and spacious property. The way the hotel is integrated into the stunning natural landscape is truly breathtaking. The service we received was excellent, and the breakfast was a real treat – delicious and with plenty of options. Our rooms were also lovely and generously sized.
However, our family trip was unfortunately marred by a significant issue. We had six rooms booked, and every single one of them had a noticeable musty/moldy/damp smell. Despite raising this concern with the hotel staff, no solution was offered to us. This was incredibly disappointing and impacted the comfort of our stay.
Additionally, the reception staff's English language skills were not up to par, which sometimes made communication challenging.
In conclusion, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort has a lot going for it – beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, and great service in general. However, the pervasive musty smell in all of our rooms, coupled with the lack of resolution, significantly detracts from the overall experience. For me, value for money is crucial, and a room with such an odor, especially at this price point, is unacceptable. It's a shame because otherwise, this could have been a fantastic stay. If you happen to get a room with this issue, don't expect a quick fix.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had—so many delicious options to choose from. The location is perfect, with stunning views from the sunset pool and a beautiful beach that wasn’t too crowded, which made it even more relaxing.
The only downside was their Italian restaurant. The food was really disappointing, especially compared to the high quality of everything else at the hotel. Surprisingly, the pizza served at the pool was much better than what we had at the restaurant.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful hotel and this time we bought some family with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hotel and its staff are amazing. The hotel and grounds are immaculately kept, with gardeners everywhere and staff constantly walking around the pool areas, checking the water, removing debris from the trees and cleaning the sides.
The staff are beyond accommodating and so happy and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they took exceptionally good care of my son who had a fractured ankle at the time of our visit and was in an air boot.
The room we stayed in was a great size with lovely big terrace as we were on the ground floor, along with a walk in shower and separate bath! All beautiful kept and clean!!
I highly recommend this hotel and have no doubt whatsoever that we will be back to stay again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Returning for a fourth time to the Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort we found it to be as perfect as we remembered and hoped. The location and layout of this hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff are so polite, professional, helpful and attentive and that goes for all members of staff.
The rooms are large, airy and well appointed and the food is really good across all of the different restaurants.
We love this place and will definitely be returning.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent area n one of the best beaches in the area. Staff were amazing and nothing at all was too much trouble. Plenty of sun beds and beach towels were plentiful. Just outside was a seven eleven for provisions and there were some lovely restaurants out on the roadside or a great one just next door on the beach. We met Ben at the managers cocktail party who was so friendly and helpful. It all made us feel relaxed and at home. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Overall this is a very nice hotel, it just didn't meet expectations of a 5 star hotel.
Pros: grounds are lovely and well kept
Restaurant is nice. Beach is great for walking and exploring (very large tidal range).
Cons: isolated- but we did know that when we booked. There are other restaurants you can walk to along the beach but they're all part of hotels, so more of an upscale feel (and pricey). We stayed in the two bed villa, and I guess at that price point I expected a bit more- the most surprising to me was the condition of the furniture. Couch and chairs were covered in stains. The 'outdoor' bathroom had it's nice bits, but the plywood ceiling just didn't work and when it rained black bits fell onto everything.
I can't comment on the rooms- which were much cheaper. But for what the villas cost I'd expect cleaner furniture. Otherwise hotel is very nice.

Stayed 3 nights at the Amari Vogue and loved it! The rooms are large and the hotel is kept very clean, beds and bedding very comfortable. Service of all staff from reception and checkin, cleaners, concierge and bar/waiting staff is wonderful. There are lots of pools and a stunning beach. Breakfast buffet was extensive and very tasty. Tut tut outside for the 10 minute ride down the hill to 7/11 for snacks and supplies. Really relaxing time. 5 stars!

Not for small children. No kids club or even a small toy corner. Steep stairs so no stroller or easy walking for smaller children. Very limited options for kids beside beach or pool. Food not necessarily diverse. Breakfast constant for 11 days. For kids, Have a look in the neighboring hotels, neighboring Banyan (very expensive with kids club) or Sofitel. Also our room had mosquitoes (lucky we brought a net with us). The entry doors don’t close 100% leaving a 1-2 cm gap (why?!) Beach is great though! Rooms are nice and clean and overall for couples an OK place. For luxury look at the neighbor hotels. Just not for small kids. For the best food go to the italian restaurant (Di Mare) close by or the fine dining option in Banyan or Ritz Carlton all reachable by foot on the beach.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, be prepared for endless stair climbing instead. Getting from the room to the beach or restaurant felt more like a workout than a vacation.
The biggest disappointment was my diamond wedding ring disappearing from the room. While I take responsibility for not using the safe, the hotel’s response was frustrating. They claimed housekeeping photographs valuables but had no record of my ring, which had been in the same spot for two days before vanishing. It was cleaned around daily and placed nowhere near a drain—yet it was gone. Worse, the hotel took no responsibility for the loss.
That being said, the rest of the staff provided excellent service—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone was great, except for how the missing ring situation was handled.
If you stay here, prepare for the stairs and guard your valuables—because a five-star rating doesn’t guarantee security or accountability.

I’m a Thai traveler who usually visits beaches in Phuket and Phang Nga. This time, it’s my first visit to Krabi, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service and the Amari Vogue Krabi hotel itself.
The hotel is situated on Tubkaek Beach, renowned for its stunning sunsets. This private and serene beach offers a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, and the hotel provides various activities, such as complimentary kayaking. The staff delivers excellent service with a great service mindset, always ready to assist, which left a lasting impression on me. 
The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all necessary facilities. However, the hotel’s location might be more suitable for those who rent a car or plan to spend most of their time within the hotel, as it is situated far from the city center and Ao Nang

Lack of mantainance. Rooms with defects in painting closers A/C bathrooms room noisy fan the blinds dony work... lack of a good view to ocean... (deluxe ocean view room left corner 2nd floor) Rooms far away from reception and restaurant. You have to consume in the hotel and prices are doble to triple than at ao nang. Otherwise go to ao nang walking by the monkey trail. They dont have shuttle to ao nang and they should. They do have free shuttle to the principal pier (noparat thara) On the orher hand the personal at check in and restaurant are really polite and offer a warm experience. But the owners dont have simpaty cause the lack of mantainence.

Would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful hotel set in amongst breathtaking views of trees & mountains set right upon the beach. On arriving we met RV who was so helpful & nothing too much trouble always full of smiles & just wants his guests to have the best holiday possible he’s an absolute gem. Reception staff Blossom & her team were amazing too always on hand to help with everything you need. We originally booked a deluxe spa room but decided to upgrade to a higher floor which included premium lounge access this included complimentary mini bar(soft drinks) and cocktails, soup & snacks at the lounge. Our room was absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean which was the 1st thing you see when you open your eyes. Bathroom was a huge wet room with a rainfall shower & freestanding bath. Jacuzzi was on the sundeck which we used every night to watch the sunset. Our housekeeper Da did an amazing job everyday making sure our room was immaculate & she so lovely bringing me flowers throughout my stay. Pool was beautiful with an infinity pool & jacuzzi attached & is 10 steps to the beach. Pool is ideal if you aren’t a strong swimmer as think it was only 1m3 throughout. Shuttle buggy’s take you to and from room if needed. Breakfast is fantastic with a ton of choices from egg station, bacon, sausage, pastries & muffins, trail meals, Indian meals, hot/cold coffee fruit juices. Absolutely spoilt for choice. Can’t thank the staff enough for making my holiday as perfect & special as they did. You are a credit to your hotel. ❤️
Please note - only way to get to & from island is by complimentary shuttle boat on floating jetty which I was really nervous about but needn’t have worried as staff were so helpful assisting or you can go through monkey trail hike which will be an issue if you have mobility problems

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Not recommended.
Pros:
- amazing and picturesque location
- nice beach
- fun hike to get into town
- large rooms
- big hot tub on the balcony with amazing views
- the hike into town was nice, not too difficult. It was a great way to stay active.
- some of the staff were awesome, super friendly.
Cons:
- no one greets you at arrival. When you reach with the boat, there was no one to guide you where to go for check in or to show the property. All guests who arrived on the boat were left confused.
- my partner and I both got food poisoning. The resort is quite secluded, so we ended up having to pay (23,000 Baht) for a doctor to hike to us as the hotel didn’t have any medical staff or even basic equipment.
- the rooms were nice and large, but were falling apart. Our room had scuffs and scratches everywhere. Our furniture on the balcony was all moldy, and never replaced, even after asking multiple times over 7 days.
- beach was quite dirty
- TV didn’t work, was never fixed
- extremely slow internet
- anytime we ordered anything; food, towels etc. it never showed up, even after following up multiple times.
- Pool is very small and always completely full, not enough loungers. We couldn’t use it once on our 7 day trip.
- keycards stopped working multiple times.
- 50/50 between good and really bad, lazy staff.

- They take many large tour groups which, with its small resort size, makes the hotel feel extremely chaotic.
We brought up all of these issues multiple times to the reception, duty manager, and general manager. Each time we were assured it would be fixed. It never was. In fact, behind us a line of 6-7 guests formed all to complain. They would listen to us for 5 minutes, and then we’d never hear from them again. I even sent them an email after our stay, hoping this was an isolated case. I never received a response. They don’t care.
Overall, I would not recommend this resort. Its location is incredible, this could be a $1,000 a night hotel if it was run by Ritz or Four Seasons. But it seems that management has decided to coast on its location alone, not spending money on improvements or general maintenance. Generally, it seemed most of the staff were not motivated, and instead tried to avoid any guests.
To see how much they care, just read the responses from the manager. Every response is the exact same. “Sorry that happened, thanks for visiting”. No questions, no suggestions, just a boilerplate reply that means nothing and is done only because this is publicly visible.

Fantastic resort in beautifullocation. We were two families with kids ages 8-10 and it was perfect. It's a good size resort, not too big and not too small. It didn't feel crowded at any point. Easy access to lots of excursions if you wanted to leave the resort for a few hours or the entire day. The staff is very friendly and service minded. The rooms are nice size and it worked fine to share two queen size beds for our family. The cleaning was not the best I've experienced and the property is in desperate need of maintenance as it can feel a bit neglected. The monkey trail to the beach on the other side is not bad if you're in reasonable shape. Our kids 8-10 climbed it easily and it didn't feel unsafe at any point.

We enjoyed part of our honeymoon at Rayavadee. It is very luxurious and also relaxing. Picture villas within a large coconut grove. While the price is very high compared to other accommodations, we felt that it was worth it. The property is walking distance to dozens of quality bars, restaurants, rock climbing, and scuba.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in the world but this has to be the best ever. This hotel is out of the ordinary. The views, the nature within the property and surrounding is breathtaking. The villas are stunning and so cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. The Grotto is magical. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this resort. You need to see it for yourself. Can’t wait to go back :)

My daughter got married in this resort it was absolutely beautiful, the villas were big and spacious. The grotto for a wedding is perfect. The wedding was very seamless Mrs. Pin was the wedding coordinator and handle every single detail for the wedding 5/5 customer service. The food during the reception was delicious and we hired DJ Ting for music and fire show ( he owns the last bar check that out too), Definitely will be coming back here.

Perfect location in Railay Beach, accessible to all three beaches. Place is amazing and beautiful. We had fun just from wandering around the resort.
Rooms are superb. Felt like home. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Everyone were super nice, always greeting you, from the receptionist to the gardeners.
Breakfast was great as well, always found something good to eat. Tea time was also amazing, with great treats in the afternoon.
This is the best hotel I stayed in, and will definitely return to it.
Thank you for an amazing stay. It made out vacatio on Thailand truly remarkable.

Absolutely magical. One of our all time favorite hotel experiences.
The welcome team was kind and attentive from the very minute we stepped onto this stunning property.
Our personal attendant Aea continued throughout our stay to ensure we were well taken care of. Aea's warm smile and attention to detail were stellar.
The stay in Royal Villa #30 made us feel like true royalty. The view from our private beachfront pool was breathtaking. What a way to wake up as well as enjoy a cool dip in the pool in the warm afternoons.
As we were celebrating our 28th anniversary the team rolled out the proverbial red carpet by including a celebratory bottle of champagne, a beautiful floral sign on our spacious bed with flowers and a tasty chocolate cake. On our first evening we returned the our room to a bubble bath with rose petals and candlelights. Thank you Aea!
The boat tour to Hong island by Long boat was also memorable.
At sunset there was a traditional Thai dance by a lovely and talented girl. We watched as we sipped our cocktails by the Sunset bar. Another evening the manager had a welcome cocktail and appetizers at sunset by the pool. Such a nice treat.
Breakfast was served buffet style with customized menu items. I have to say this restaurant was our favorite. The items were fresh and delicious and there were so many local items as well as western food options. The staff was also careful to make sure that I stayed away from peanuts as I am allergic.
While the other two dining areas at the hotel were beautiful and staff was kind we were not impressed by the quality of what we ordered. For example the sea bass lacked flavor and one of our chicken dishes as well as the Laab tasted like we would expect from a less expensive restaurant. Our only complaint for our stay was that the quality of food was not commensurate to the prices.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever been at. Service was fantastic. The design of the property and colors are definitely unique but work well for the property. However, If you're looking for a beach vacation, this property is probably not for you. The beach is not the greatest for swimming or laying on. The oversized pool definitely makes up for it and if you're someone like me who isn't much of a ocean swimmer, it is a non issue.

This is one of the most luxurious resorts in Krabi. Upon our arrival at Krabi airport, a staff member greeted us at the exit and helped carry our luggage to a minivan, where refreshing orange juice, cold towels, and water awaited us.
The 50-minute ride to the resort took us through rain, but a group of 3-4 staff members warmly welcomed us with cold towels and drinks. Our butler, Ms. Aea, drove us to our villa, which featured a spacious layout, a large bed accommodating up to six people, and a long private pool perfect for swimming. The welcome snacks, especially the Thai dessert, were delightful.
Upon checking in, we found two pairs of outdoor flip-flops (which we loved), two indoor slippers, two wardrobes (that could use improvement), complimentary soft drinks (non-alcoholic), plenty of water bottles, and various amenities.
The villa offered both indoor and outdoor bathtubs and rain showers. However, bath gel and shampoo were not provided for the outdoor area. A large Japanese stone garden with an outdoor bathtub is located behind the villa, though the layout of the separated toilet and indoor shower could offer more privacy.
The provided bath gel, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner had a pleasant scent, and the Dyson hair dryer ensured quality.
Our villa features a rooftop that offers a beautiful view. However, without a roof, it gets quite hot during the day, and we worry about mosquitoes at night.
We booked four private dinners and particularly enjoyed the unique and relaxing experience at Sala Srichan, where the food and service were excellent.
Another highlight was the Bar-B-Q on the beach, where they set up a table on the sand with an outdoor kitchen. Chef Ong prepared delicious Thai dishes, and Chef Deen grilled seafood, with rock lobsters and grilled sea bass being our favorites. Mr. Gut was attentive, ensuring our comfort by accommodating our preferences.
At Sri Trang restaurant, Chef Ong impressed us with her balanced and flavorful dishes.
The resort has a private rocky beach, though I wouldn’t swim there; it offers nice scenery. We also took a private speedboat to snorkel at Phi Phi Island, where we saw many fish, though the coral's beauty has declined.
Our housekeeper, Pangpond, was very caring and ensured our comfort throughout our stay.
Breakfast at Jampoon restaurant was satisfactory but somewhat bland. While there were various options, the service had a hiccup when our orders were overlooked, leading us to reorder. The staff there seemed less friendly compared to others in the resort, and our coffee order had some mistakes.
Be cautious of mosquitoes; keep the villa doors closed, as I received several bites when they were left open in the evening.
The resort provided turn-down service each evening, and our butler took great care of us.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort and will definitely consider returning.

Right at check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel management team, something we’ve never experienced before. Their personal attention made us feel truly special, like valued guests, not just visitors. Every little detail showed how much the hotel cares about guests’ comfort and feelings.
The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always smiling. The hotel itself is full of charming touches and beautiful design elements that stand out.
Our room was spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light and greenery. The layout was perfect, with a comfortable bed, luxury amenities, and a Smart TV that connected easily to our favorite apps. The green views outside blended beautifully with the calm tones of the room. The private pool and separate bath area created a romantic atmosphere—ideal for couples.
Breakfast was both elegant and delicious. The hotel manager greeted guests at the restaurant with a warm smile, making the morning even more pleasant.
We also went on a day trip to a nearby island, arranged by the hotel. Even though we can’t recall the island’s name, the service and organization were top-notch.
This stay was truly unforgettable—a dream come true. We felt deeply relaxed, cared for, and happy every moment of our time there.

Nice resort with a great team. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is well kept and very great views. In March you don’t see the sunset but it is still very lovely.
The rooms are nice and feel modern. The beds are stiff for my taste.
The restaurant is the same for all of the 3 restaurants. Quite fresh and authentic dishes on the menus with some international cuisines as well.

Just brilliant. A proper luxury hotel in paradise. It's a short drive from Ao Nang beach, and is in a small community with a handful of little shops and bars around.
The rooms and hotel are wonderful. Modern, clean, luxury facilities in well designed grounds. Loved the adults only pool, loved the swim-up bar. There's a little private beach and water sports attached to the hotel which is just perfect.
Service is top-notch. Plenty of staff that are attentive and helpful. The breakfast selection is small but high quality. There are even some nice activities like a guided walk around the village which was a nice touch. The shuttle service to Ao Nang is really useful and is actually nice to have the ability to easily go into the hustle and bustle for a massage and some drinks and then back to our quiet paradise.

Amazing resort. Highly recommended for a quite stay in krabi. It's a little away from ao nang beach, but if you don't want a high-tourist-traffic area, it's highly recommended. Rooms were amazing, and so was the service. English was a challenge at times, but that's true of krabi in general.

The rooms are clean and spacious, other than that the hotel did not impress me, and I wouldn't say that it's a luxury hotel. The service is standard, the food selection at breakfast is very limited.
We mentioned that it's our honeymoon, and considering that it's a "luxury" hotel we could expect a small amenity, but nothing happened.
We had a huge cockroach in the room in the middle of the night (which can happen). Someone came but couldn't kill it and the cockroach escaped. He asked us to call back if we found it again. From a luxury hotel, we could expect a room change, considering that we had to look for the cockroach again as we couldn't sleep back. Needless to say that no one checked on us or in the room to see if everything was fine after that.
We did not try the hotel's facilities as it was raining, but the surroundings are nice and it has a beautiful view over the sea.
We stayed in a lot of luxury hotels and therefore I would say that this hotel is a premium mid-range hotel. Despite the cockroach and the limited food selection, the stay was pleasant but I wouldn't go back.
