It is an amazing place to stay! The room is super spacious, clean, and feel really luxurious. The service is top-notch—staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help with anything you need. It’s a great mix of comfort and excellent hospitality. Highly recommend!

Just In Credible
Good value for money spent here. The 2 bedroom suite was a bit small, but packed everything a family might need when traveling. Including 2 full bathrooms. The staff were a highlight - welcoming and attentive. While not in the central shopping district, the hotel is a short walk to the nearest subway station.

This is a true 5 star hotel. People were nice. Food was good. The location was very close to the reason file access around the city. Rooms clean and modern. I would stay again. The only thing i can offer that is constructive, the two times we sat down at a restaurant within the hotel, the service was slow. Room service however was very quick

Staff are helpful and friendly. The Lancaster Club's staffs are very friendly and serve us well. However, the location of the hotel may be slightly further away if you are commuting via a walk. Overall, service is very good.

Really impressive hotel. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. Service was excellent from arrival to departure (I wish hotels in Europe or the US would get at least close to this level of service mentality). Great breakfast with good quality and selection. The room was well maintained and clean. Great Gym with everything you need, including power rack, smith machine and quite a few machines. Nice pool as well. The location is great with access to the Skytrain and the BTS within less then 10 minutes of walking.
