Had a very pleasant last minute stay. All staff were very friendly and worked very hard. A special mention for Nong for her exceptional housekeeping and for keeping our room spotless and clean. Breakfast and restaurant provided a good selection of food choices and beach bar staff were also very attentive . The garden team work continually to maintain the beautiful grounds. Some very peaceful areas to relax. I think the rooms, though comfortable and clean, are looking a little bit tired and are in need of a refresh. Overall, this is a good hotel, catering for couples and families especially, and the staff are very professional and efficient, providing a very good level of customer service. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally large and clean. The beds are huge, and our room had a big balcony with a sofa and table – perfect for relaxing. The hotel looks even better in real life than in the pictures. There’s a private beach and a restaurant on-site where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. The location is excellent – not overly crowded, but still very close to Fisherman’s Village and nearby supermarkets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding to our requests with a smile. It’s a great choice for families with kids. No doubt, this hotel offers excellent value for money.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Resort. The venue is surrounded by authentic tropical planting, creating a unique and admirable atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional - especially from Rex at the front desk, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The villas are amazing, spacious, and beautifully designed. For anyone looking for a full Thai spoiling experience, this place is an absolute must!

Thank you very much for the lovely experience we had staying at the hotel. The hotel staff is incredible, very friendly and go above and beyond. We were celebrating my daughter's 4th birthday and had requested cake and some room decorations and the staff went above and beyond our expectations and made her day. She absolutely had a lovely time. Thank you very much for the cake, singing happy birthday and the room decoration! I would highly recommend this hotel as my kids did not want to leave from here to go back home. It was a fantastic choice to end our trip and we will surely be back soon! Thank you to all of the staff at Bandara to make our stay perfect!
