We had a great time at this resort. The people that work their are so wonderful, everyone is so nice and helpful. Big shout out to Cleo, who could assist us in perfect english which was very nice for harder to explain problems. But also the extra services, like a shuttle back to the airport are great. Highly recommend. Also; kid friendly!

Buildings don’t have elevators. Carrying a stroller to a third floor is challenging especially that we stayed here for 3 WEEKS. The staff didn’t want to accommodate room on G floor. Or in the building where there’s an elevator.
Baby crib that we got was in HORRIBLE shape (dirty and overused) that we didn’t use it at the end.
Walls are thin and you can hear your dear neighbours..
Food is good. Staff is polite.
Beach is beautiful.

Two weeks stay. Very friendly staff - very positive, smiling, helpful. Very good service. Very clean and well equipped rooms - we had the one with a private swimming pool and shower indoors as well as outdoors - really spacious. Breakfast was fine, but the lunch and dinner (we always ordered Thai food even though they have European options) were absolutely amazing. The master chef is highly qualified. Unfortunately I am terrible with names, but we had two of the girls at the restaurant who were very talkative and gave us great advice. The manager at the beach bar was absolutely amazing and caring. Also, one or the hotel managers, Kitti, was very helpful and kind. Another great thing was the location - the fact that the hotel is so close to the Fisher's village - with an open and extensive night market on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, with so many things to buy and do (probably the best market on the island), and also close to the airport. The only negative aspect was that apart from the front beach being very beautiful, the sand, when you go a little bit deeper, is a little bit mossy, but you also have other beaches nearby. Amazing experience overall and don't listen to tourists complaining there are not enough European options at the restaurant. You come to Thailand, have Thai food - it's amazing. It was a really good place and a great experience.

We stayed at Bandara for only one night, and had a great time. The rooms are lovely, specially with the balcony. The pool is awesome, even though the front pool is under construction we didn’t mind. The team were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was ok, a bit old school. Overall we recommend it.

Located super super close to the night markets! There’s a heap to see, and the beach access is fantastic. The buffet breakfast is huge, lots of western and Thai style food to choose from. The beds are incredibly confortable, the rooms have great working air conditioning. Honestly I couldn’t fault anything at this resort, the pools, gym and spa were exceptional. An amazing place to stay in Koh Samui!
