Let's start with the positives: the rooms are spacious, and the service was partially friendly and helpful (it depends with whom of the staff you speak). Unfortunately, the negatives outweigh the positives: the rooms are not clean - we found hair from previous occupants in the room. The bed sheets are stained, and the bathroom has black stains in parts of the grout. In general, a renovation would be highly recommended. Worse, though, was the attempt to charge a beer from the minibar to our room, which we didn't have. Mistakes can happen, but when we raised this at the reception, we were asked whether we did not check the minibar when we checked in. Really? Never in my life did I check the minibar and it is the bloody job of the hotel staff to ensure everything is in order when you check into your room. Maybe it was a cheeky way to say that we try to steal, but that would be as bad as taking the statement literally. Overall, we can not recommend a stay in the resort.

We’ve booked this hotel very last minute as we escaped the bad weather in Phuket, and that was the best decision!
This hotel is a little gem compared to other resorts in the area.
Beautiful Thai style villas, a green and lush garden, overlooking a beautiful white sandy beach.
The hotel is located at the end of Chaweng, so in a quieter area, but still surrounded by bars, restaurants etc.
The hotel restaurant is amazing, we ate there twice, so is the staff, very helpful.
In short, we will for sure keep this address for our next visit to Koh Samui!
Thank you!

The stay in the hotel was ok, but not what I've expected from an accommodation named "resort".
The maintenance level of the rooms was fairly low, with marks on the table, leaking shower piping, broken TV socket and more small things.
The breakfast was ok, but without any changes within the time we've stayed there, and after 10 am (the buffet was supposed to be open till 11) there was very little refilling of the food in the buffet.
The biggest problem for us was that the hotel if fairly distant from the main road, about 10 minutes walk, and there's practically nothing near it. If you don't have a car or a scooter, you'll have problems going out. The hotel notes there are bicycles available, but the level of maintenance of these two bicycles is just a joke.
The bright side is that the hotel had two swimming pools (not very clean though), and an excellent and helpful tour agent near the reception area.
Stayed there for 6 nights on July 24.

Perfect stay on Samui. Lovely staff, beautiful rooms, everything is kept up nicely and there are so many flowers and trees making it feel like a stay in the jungle. Directly by a beautiful beach and the pool is great too!

Remote villa right on the beach accessed by a flight of stone steps. Lovely accommodation. Cafe/ restaurant a stone's throw along the beach which was convenient. Own pool & garden. Massages available close by with the sound of the sea as you relax. Bliss
