Amazing stay at Dara Samui! Everything about our experience was perfect - from the warm service and delicious food to the unbeatable location right on the beach. We arrived quite late at night after a long flight, exhausted and starving, and were welcomed with huge smiles and genuine kindness by Abigail and her lovely colleague Cartoon at the reception. Even though it was already very late, they made the check-in process smooth, pleasant, and full of positive energy. While our room was being prepared, we went to eat something, and when we came back, they were still waiting in the lobby to personally hand us the key and give us a detailed explanation about the room and hotel facilities. Throughout our stay, it was always such a pleasure to bump into them again - both of them are so warm, friendly, and professional. They truly made our stay feel personal and memorable. The hotel’s location is excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff we met was smiling and helpful. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely return!

This hotel is just amazing I can’t explain it enough how perfect everything is here! From the staff to the location to the food everything is excellent. It’s my first time in Thailand and I have felt so safe and at home in this hotel by all the staff members. The location of the hotel is right on the beach which is absolutely beautiful. It’s right next to shops and it even has a lovely little cocktail bar at the front! I 100% recommend anyone coming to Koh Samui to come to the Dara samui beach resort you won’t be disappointed by anything here. The food is amazing the service is amazing the room is amazing I can’t say anything bad about this hotel nor the staff! Thank you Dara Samui for making my stay here at Koh samui absolutely amazing and so welcomed. Can’t wait to come back here again!

The hotel facing the messy empty land. I will not say it's very bad, but not good at this moment. The first room is dropped water from the aircon a little serious. I refuse to wait the engineer to the room. finally they provide the "last only one" room key to my hands. In the first night, I found the towels are dirty and told the front desk to change. Unexpected the staff came to my room to check the towels are really dirty or not. after few minutes check, the staff ask me to put the towels on the floor and wait the housekeeper to come to the room again. In the second last day. the hotel hangs the A4 size note outside the door to teach you what time you need to go, and the rules and regulations etc. Seems like the high school dormitory. I can't believe the level of this services from the hotel costs over USD200/night. Good: I need to say the beach dinner is very nice and recommended. I feel thank you that the hotel provide the free taxi to send us to the next stop when we're check out. overall the staffs are polite and try to make things better. I believe that is not hard to improve.

We had a fantastic 5 days at Dara Samui. Absolutely beautiful resort decorated in traditional Thai style. Gorgeous! The beach and pool area were just lovely. The food was excellent and having dinner on the beach with the gentle waves lapping at your feet was just perfect. The location was spot on with markets, restaurants and bars nearby. Such a relaxing and peaceful place. We loved it!

Dara Samui was such an amazing experience; the staff was lovely and always quick to help and answer questions! The breakfast buffet has many options for all diets (I myself am quite picky and still left breakfast full every morning!). The rooms are very clean and well prepared upon entry, with tvs that provide a variety of services! Belle and Moon at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind women! This should definitely be one of your picks for vacation
