Great hotel with great staff. We were helped everywhere possible. Everything very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh delicious fruit. The Thai food for dinner was authentic and tasty (pretty sure no MSG was used fortunately). Jeen(?) in the lobby was always smiley and friendly. We will definitely come back. :)

A very nice hotel. Location is perfect: right at the beginning of Chaweng do you can walk down the whole street in one direction. Also the beach is really nice and clean. Staff is extremely nice and helpful - we feel totally safe and welcome here. Prices might be a little high but hey: it's a four star hotel, what do you expect. Only downside might be the airplanes... But to be honest, you get used to them and it is actually pretty cool seeing them flying right above your head . Other than that it is actually pretty quite, specially considering that it's right in the touristy party zone. What note can I say: go there to see for yourself... I can recommend it!

Very nice hotel for families, 2 pools, direct access to the beach (not private), free breakfast for kids, plate and glasses for kids. Food is good and includes a few vegetarian options. The personnel is so kind and helpful. We had a private yoga lesson it was very nice. Kids club is nice and there are 1-2 people from the staff with the kids inside. You can have a massage by the pool and in the spa. You can borrow kayak and paddle from the hotel. There are a few laundry services in front of the hotel. Welcome drink with cold towels at your arrival were so nice. Airport transfer and a 60 minutes couple massage for free.

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance was pure romance—candlelight, the sound of gentle waves, and a beautifully set table under the stars. The service was absolutely flawless. Our private waiter was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly special throughout the entire evening. And the food—simply out of this world. The chef crafted a culinary experience that completely exceeded our expectations. Every dish was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor—the best food we’ve ever had, without a doubt. This wasn’t just dinner, it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend it—worth every single penny and more. A perfect evening we’ll treasure forever.

My wife and I booked this resort for 7 nights. We have a great time overall. We really enjoyed breakfast, the location and the service. Jeen, a worker from the resort was always helpful and super friendly. It is true, that the fitness centre was very small and 2 of the 3 treadmills they had weren't working....also felt like when 4 people were training it was just too small for all of us. It needs to be bigger and have machinery operating. We thought the prices were slightly high. I have to say that they upgraded our room and that was very nice. We will come back hopefully in the near future. Thank you.
