Our family of six had an outstanding experience here. We reserved two separate rooms for a total of four nights. During our stay, one group from our family was celebrating their honeymoon. I had informed the hotel ahead of time, and they beautifully decorated the room, adding a very thoughtful touch. It was our first visit to Samui, and staying at this hotel was a highlight of our trip. The location was extremely convenient, just steps away from the downtown area, offering plenty to see and eat. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and easy, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with an infant and had forgotten to request a baby cot in advance, but the staff was accommodating and not only provided a cot but also upgraded us to a suite for our last two nights. The breakfast area, located right in front of the beach, offered a fantastic view of the ocean. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and provides free private activities for both kids and adults, which need to be booked a day in advance. Our 11-year-old son took private Muay Thai classes and thoroughly enjoyed them and the prices were reasonable. Overall, we had an excellent time at this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Samui.

Stay away - overpriced and disappointing
We just arrived, and it immediately went downhill. We thought breakfast was included, like in most five-star hotels,h but it wasn’t. Reception didn’t care and offered no help.
We wanted to cancel right then, but things got even worse when we saw the room. It’s old, rundown, and nothing like the photos. To top it off, the minibar was empty. The only positive thing is the beautiful surroundings, but that doesn’t make up for the poor quality.
For a hotel in this price range, this is far from what you’d expect. Stay away! This place is severely overpriced.

Location is amazing. The room was nice, however the smell of cannabis was seeping through the shared aircon vents (the area has a lot of cannabis shops and the smell is overwhelming sometimes). The hot water system seemed to struggle in the afternoon/evening, resulting in cold showers, and the decking around the resort needs to be re built as it is quite old. The pool bar was amazing with happy hour 5-7pm, which created a really nice vibe. Breakfast was just good, with something to suit everyone’s taste. The staff were lovely. We visited during monsoon season, so didn’t really get access to the beach, but I imagine it would be stunning during warmer months.

Terrible Experience - Don’t Book Here
We made a reservation less than 24 hours in advance, and upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the resort didn’t live up to the photos online. The service was awful. We wanted to cancel as soon as we saw the place, but they only care about your money. Canceling wasn’t an option, and there was no room for negotiation.
The manager didn’t even bother to come out of the office. At first, a trainee tried to handle the situation, and when we pushed further, a staff member came over, but still no sign of the manager. It’s disgraceful that a place like this operates with such poor management and lack of accountability.
Honestly, the positive reviews surprise me. There are much better resorts on this island—don’t waste your time and money here. Stay away!

We had a lovely time at the hotel, the staff is very welcoming and kind, we took the Vila room, it wasn’t a Vila but it was good, we had a hot tub in the room. The hotel Is the Chaweng center, a lot of restaurants and bars around the hotel. The breakfast is really nice, there is gluten free options.
If you looking for a quiet place that’s the place for you.
