We have just returned from a 17 night stay over Christmas and New Years Eve. Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff. Jeen at reception went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He was very welcoming and friendly and amazing with our two children. He is a real credit to the hotel and he really made our holiday special. We will for sure return, such a great location, clean and tidy hotel, excellent facilities and lovely staff! Thank you x

We stayed at this resort for our honeymoon and it was just heaven. From the minute we arrived, we felt transported to paradise! The resort is absolutely stunning, and the location is breathtaking, with direct beach access and 2 amazing swimming pools; The beachfront swimming pool with breathtaking views of the ocean was absolutely stunning and is the ideal place for relaxing and sunbathing. The garden pool was beautiful as well; it felt like swimming right in the centre of a breezy jungle. The resorts amenities were beyond our expectations. We visited the spa for a treatment and they were amazing. My husband enjoyed training in their well equipped fitness center and the resort offers daily activities like Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Aerobic ,Tai chi, Paddle board, Muay Thai (my husband loved it) and many others! The rooms are beautifully designed, with every amenity you could wish for to make your stay comfortable and indulgent. Everything was perfect from check in to check out and nothing (but nothing) was too much trouble. The service from everyone and I mean everyone was so friendly, professional, and nice; every time we passed a member of staff, they smiled and greeted us - we have never felt so welcome before, and we wish to say a special thanks to Boom and May for their kindness and their attention to details in order to reach perfection in the customer experience. We will definitely come back next year!

Love the layout of the hotel, this truly felt like a paradise getaway. The first room we moved into had a very bad mould smell, however the second room was much better. The pool is beautiful, staff are very friendly and accommodating, location is amazing - basically in the centre of Chaweng Beach. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic experience! The staff are wonderful and kind. The pools and the beach area are lovey, we never had a problem finding beach chairs (Jan 2025). My husband and I walked along the beach and looked at other hotels and honestly we were so happy with our choice of the Chaweng Regent. It’s central and close to many bars and restaurants.

Wouldn’t even bother booking this hotel at all, it’s not worth the money. Booked for 5 nights cost over £1200 in English only stayed for 4 nights as our flight was delayed. The hotel looks nothing like the photos, slapped us with a 3000baht bill at the end of it. Rooms dirty full of insects, the bath that we paid extra for was dirty and the cleaners didn’t bother to go outside and clean it before or during our stay at the hotel The bathroom had a leak and water coming out of it they cleaned the floor and left, the cleaners don’t listen to what I asked . The night we got to the hotel I realised there was a mark on our bedsheets so I requested to have them changed and they completely ignored me. Location is perfect and the view is lovely on the beach that’s the only thing I would recommend other than that I would never be staying there again.
