I booked this hotel through Booking, paid in full before arriving to the property. Keep in mind this is all during the peak of spring break. We had been at a theme park all day and it was late when we got in. I was told I did not pay yet and that I must have booked the room twice because the only reservation they saw was one booked directly with the hotel and not Booking.com. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes with my fussy, sleepy child, I was told a room was ready. The first room we got was not clean, the bathroom and floors were nasty, but now it’s about 9pm-9:30 once we got to the room and settled and carried all our belongings and two small kids up a flight of stairs. I went the next day to let the morning front desk clerk know and she lets me move to another room. This room there was a problem with the door closing. I did not feel comfortable nor safe staying in that room with a malfunctioned door. I was given a third room that was clean. I went to the front desk multiple times. One of the times I was told that the general manager was in a meeting to come back later. I went back the following day and I as told the GM was out of the country. The lady I spoke with I believe said she was a district manager and would give me back the resort fees for each night. I did go back to try and get something in writing stating that and then I was told this lady was in a meeting and to come back in an hour or two. But we went to enjoy a theme park and came back to the room hours later. Our last night staying the guest next to us did not settle down until 2 am. I called the front desk twice complaining and was told security would come. I waited about 40 minutes before calling again to let them know either no one came or the guest just didn’t care. Either way I was just over it. The walls are paper thin to the point I thought the guest were outside of my hotel room door, and yes I got up and checked. I called Booking and told them everything. Neither myself nor Booking have been able to get in contact with anyone at the hotel about any type of compensation. I was not able to speak with the district manager before I left and I’ve tried calling and have not been able to successfully speak with anyone.

The property is dated. the pictures online are very misleading. The 2 rooms I rented were stuffy, and the bathrooms were old and dated. I could see signs of water damage and rust throughout the rooms. The pillows are less than desirable. The property definitely needs some major updating. The entrance off I-drive can be tricky and dangerous depending on which direction you're headed. I would give the property another try if some real changes came into fruition. The only positive I can say is that it's not far from major attractions ( Sea world/ Universal and outlet malls)

I am completely disappointed with Wyndham. Came here late and checked in, upon entering the room we noticed a white substance on the desk and floor, my husband said it looked like they were doing construction and given the white peeling popcorn ceiling he figured it must be the ceiling. It was late so the next day upon leaving I called the front desk. They advised me to reach out management via email. I did and they never responded, so the feedback they ask about they don’t care. They did nothing. We left for the whole day and came back and what was insulting the rooms were not clean the white stuff on the floor and desk was still there. We noticed mold in the bathroom, underwear next to the fridge, stains on the wall. This is unacceptable for anyone and shameful. We would have switched hotels except we were so much on the go. I doubt I would stay at a Wyndham again and I am a rewards member.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the utter disappointment and frustration I endured during my stay, I feel it’s important to share this with others. From the very first moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this hotel. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were stains on the sheets. I immediately informed the staff, and they promised to have the room cleaned. However, not only did they fail to clean it, but it also seemed like things started disappearing. Items that I had left in my room were gone after housekeeping had visited. To add insult to injury, the bed was never even made. I’m not sure what kind of “service” that is, but it’s certainly not what I paid for. I had expected a certain level of hospitality and cleanliness, but instead, I was met with neglect and dishonesty. The final straw, however, was the room key that didn’t work. I was forced to go to the administration every single time I needed to get back into my room, which was at least 0.5 miles away from the front desk. Every time I had to trek back and forth to have the key reprogrammed, it became more and more infuriating. And when I finally got back to my room, the situation was still the same—dirty and not even remotely close to what was promised. It’s absolutely unacceptable to pay for a room and receive this level of disregard. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's frustrating to see such poor management and a total lack of care for guests. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else where you’ll actually be treated with respect and receive a clean, functioning room. This place was an absolute nightmare.

We stayed one night in the tower! Room was a little dated but spacious! We sat down at the bar for several hours due to the atmosphere and most importantly the two bartenders Victor and Angel!!!! They bother were very out going, had great personalities, great conversation and were very engaged in conversation with everyone! They definitely made you feel welcome! I would definitely go back just to sit and chat with them! Thanks for a great time and experience! Jenn, Will and Kevin!!!! Your buddies form CT
