My family and I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, everything went downhill. Our first room was disgusting — the couch appeared to have bodily fluids on it, the heater didn’t work, and the room reeked. On top of that, the noise levels were unbearable, and to make matters worse, someone set off fireworks in the parking lot outside our room at 5 a.m. When I requested a refund and to check out the next day, the staff refused and insisted on moving us to another room. They first sent us to a locked room and then to another one in a different building. We decided to give them a second chance, but it was a huge mistake. The second room was just as bad and had Roaches! The floors were filthy, the heater still didn’t work, and basic requests like towels were a nightmare. I waited in line at 8 p.m. for towels, which didn’t arrive until midnight. The staff member delivering them banged on the door so loudly that it woke my child, who screamed in fear. The final straw was at 1 a.m. when a security guard opened our door without warning, terrifying my family. He claimed we weren’t supposed to be in the room and only left after I explained it was assigned to us. This lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely unacceptable. This stay was chaotic, unsafe, and utterly unprofessional. I deeply regret staying here and should have been allowed to leave with a refund as I initially requested. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone! They are also extremely short staffed and you have to request room cleaning 24 hours prior!! Absolutely insane!!

Not know where to start for this deploring experience. First, the front desk attendants were nice BUT be aware of the following. People in front of me were charged $25 extra fee because it was 12.58 instead of 1.00 pm. It speaks bad about the attitude. I know the system works like that but they were only focused on charging just for 2 minutes and they never clarified it was just for 2 MINUTES. The buildings were really bad, smelled bad and seemed dirty. The rooms were dirty as they were not cleaned. Papers on the floor, bathroom little bit dirty too. The bathroom did not have a place to put the toilet paper and the fan was not working so mold was forming. The biggest issue was the following: NOISE. The rooms and buildings were really, extremely noisy. Also they were doing maintenance/construction early in a morning on a building where people was in, no sense. All night long a beeping sound constant on the corridor, car noises and loud bang of music. If you want a place to rest good this is NOT the place. Also, no breakfast included which other hotels in the zone do for the same or lower price. Lastly, at a moment someone decided to enter the room without even knocking on it which made us feel insecure. Only good thing is the pool and that our stay was just for 1 night. :)

The facility was beautiful. Our request upon booking of extra towels was accommodated. The room was clean. Location was amazing! The bathroom could have used some remodeling. Caulking, tiles, trim around door could all use some redoing. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely book a room there again.

The “Resort” as they call it is basically a Motel 6 in terms of quality. It looks nothing like the pictures online. I was staying here for 1 reason I was competing in a bodybuilding competition and this was the host hotel so I really didn’t have any other choice. When looking at the hotel online and seeing the prices your first reaction is wow this is a steal it’s so cheap. You will see why when you arrive. On top of being charged a resort fee they don’t even clean your room every day. The most they will do is drop off more soap and exchange towels. Nothing like sleeping 5 nights on the same sweaty gross sheets. Didn’t realize I would have to make trips to a laundry mat in order to have sanitary bedding after a few days. The TV remote didn’t work. My room actually had no shampoo or conditioner when I arrived. Check in is at 4pm I arrived at 3pm and my room wasn’t ready so I just waited around. But rest assured when it’s your checkout day they will come pounding on your room door at 9am waking you up. Then as I’m packing again at 10:45am bang bang bang they are at my door again. I told them I will be out of this room by 11am just like I told you at 9am! The crowd at the pool is extremely ghetto and trashy. At night while trying to sleep it just smelled so strong of marijuana people were smoking in the common area while playing music from a portable speaker. The neighboring rooms have doors connected to them and aren’t insulated well so you can hear what your neighbors are doing a lot of the times. If you have a lot of luggage which I had they didn’t have a bellhop to assist me with my bags and my room was in tower #1 so I had to lug 3 large suitcases about 200 yards to my room that was a real joy. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. It’s absolutely disgusting and rancid.

Just needed a place to stay for one night and it happened to land on the EDC weekend so when booking a few months in advance almost everywhere was sold out but this location was available. A lot of these reviews are very harsh, and while I wouldn't say this is a luxury resort, it certainly isn't a budget resort either. Check in staff was friendly and the room was clean and large, even oddly large considering the amount of rooms at this property. We were in tower two, and if you have someone scared of heights I would suggest not being on a high floor, the inner railing can be a little intimidating for those with height aversion. Beds were decent with clean sheets, and the bathroom, while small, was serviceable. Our room had a fridge and microwave, both worked great. The pool looked like a good time but we didn't have the time to use it. Stay here with reasonable expectations and I bet you'll have a good time. We had no issues.
