I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the utter disappointment and frustration I endured during my stay, I feel it’s important to share this with others. From the very first moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this hotel. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were stains on the sheets. I immediately informed the staff, and they promised to have the room cleaned. However, not only did they fail to clean it, but it also seemed like things started disappearing. Items that I had left in my room were gone after housekeeping had visited. To add insult to injury, the bed was never even made. I’m not sure what kind of “service” that is, but it’s certainly not what I paid for. I had expected a certain level of hospitality and cleanliness, but instead, I was met with neglect and dishonesty. The final straw, however, was the room key that didn’t work. I was forced to go to the administration every single time I needed to get back into my room, which was at least 0.5 miles away from the front desk. Every time I had to trek back and forth to have the key reprogrammed, it became more and more infuriating. And when I finally got back to my room, the situation was still the same—dirty and not even remotely close to what was promised. It’s absolutely unacceptable to pay for a room and receive this level of disregard. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's frustrating to see such poor management and a total lack of care for guests. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else where you’ll actually be treated with respect and receive a clean, functioning room. This place was an absolute nightmare.

Leaving a review to help the next person. Location is great if going to universal and any other park. Hotel overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. Cleanliness is a 0, rooms were not clean at all, it’s noisy at night and the quality of guest isn’t great. The only upside is that it’s pet friendly. Other than that I wouldn’t book this hotel at all.

The staff were friendly and the location is good if you want to visit universal. However, the rooms are disgusting and we had black mold on our ceiling when we stayed in June 2024. There was rust in the bathroom and on the clothes rail in the bedroom, and there was water damage to the flooring. The black mold was particularly concerning as this is toxic and a health hazard especially for those who have respiratory problems such as asthma. When the staff cleaned our room they also didn't dry the floor properly and did not put up a wet floor sign which made me slip landing on my back quite hard. If the rooms weren't so disgusting it'd be worth the price.

So, our room had no heat (they offered to move us but we had already unpacked and had gotten did so we chose not to) you have to order blankets, towels , tp whatever 24 hours ahead of when you need it... Then they brought one things at a time and we had to keep asking for the other items. The door was so hard to get in you had to use your shoulder. We were here with a convention, and name of them had doors that would not unlock, no heat, fridge not working. That's allot of things gone wrong! The plus was Melody at the front desk. She was very kind and helpful. The coffee shop in the lobby was great service always a smile I could tell where this probably was an amazing place to stay but, it def needs more staff to keep it running smoothly. I did not personally pay for the room so I can not tell you if the price or weigh the inconvenience. It was nice that it's in the heart of everything. But we eat at BJ it's a one star Waffle House it was a one star But service in both were good so good luck in Orlando!

I just left this hotel today. I was in the tower, 629 my room. This staff is absolutely wonderful! The management staff down to each and every employee!! The manager on duty today, allowed me & my child a longer leave time due to his illness. She let us check out of our room hours past 11am. How thoughtful. Our room was completely remodeled. The food is crazy for the prices compared to other hotels in the area! It was my 3rd time visiting. Me & my son will be back for 5 day's over the 4th of July. Give these people a break! It's not the Four Seasons. For the price, and hospitality it's a must visit! YES! It's an enormous hotel. If you get a" moldy"or "bad" room AND it's not a remodel room, they will move you! The remodel rooms are wonderful! They are still at work.
