A pet peeve of mine is seeing hair on the bathroom floor of my hotel room. Unfortunately, that was the first thing I saw after getting checked in. During our visit, I attempted to schedule for our room to be refreshed as they ask for 24-hour notice. The “front desk” button on the phone in our room was inoperable. Aside from the hair on the floor, we really only needed more bath towels. Thankfully, I was able to get fresh towels from the housekeeping staff as they cleaned another room. The front desk is in another building across the parking lot. While walking over was not a big deal AT ALL, having the ability and convenience of making the call from the room would have been appreciated. The cafe in the tower was not open during the hours listed on the website. We were able to get breakfast once during our 6-day stay and never saw it open again. There is dining in the main building so I’m assuming staffing to cover the tower may have been an issue. Luckily, this place is in a great location as I-Drive has a slew of dining options. The room and building (the tower) looked like an old motel with a fresh coat of paint and kinda updated televisions. Nothing was “resort” about it. However, for families with small kids visiting the parks this may be just fine. I would not suggest the tower rooms for business or special events. I do wonder if the rooms in the other buildings on the property were in better shape. Since I cannot confirm, I’m offer two stars on the rooms to give the benefit of the doubt. Overall, I would not willingly stay here again.

Very nice with the price. Been driving along the I-10, I-75 for almost 2 weeks from the west and this is the most nice and clean Inn we stayed as the same price we paid. Of course some spots in the bathroom are outdated, but keep in mind this is not the 5 stars big hotels. At this nice location in town! When we arrived, both of us are “wow” with a very nice landscape in the front of the Inn. I’m a handicapped person, so I can’t walk around a lot, but overall this place treated me right 😍😍😍😍 Inside the room, the floor vacuumed, beddings are very nice. We ordered this place online and paid online and didn’t expect after read the reviews online. 5 stars is the right rating I want to give.

My room was in a separate building it looked like jail. at night there is a lot of weird activity. Drugs were obvious. Literally felt unsafe. The room is outdated misleading pictures online. The fridge did not work, but the bathroom was the last straw for me. There was a ring around the tub nothing to hold soap. There was no liner for the shower curtain. The water temp was extremely hot. I had to shower with my flip flops on. Low quality towels left lint all over me. The safe was on the floor. There were bugs in the room and on the bed. The bartender on staff did not know what she was doing. I cancelled the remainder of my stay. Front desk had zero concern nobody even asked why/ if everything was ok. Nobody cared it’s like they knew. This is my most horrible hotel stay ever I don’t know what qualifies them to call themselves a resort. Only up was there are a bunch of spots to get food in the area. I re booked at the Gaylord Resort so that I can enjoy my time here in Orlando.

I booked this hotel through Booking, paid in full before arriving to the property. Keep in mind this is all during the peak of spring break. We had been at a theme park all day and it was late when we got in. I was told I did not pay yet and that I must have booked the room twice because the only reservation they saw was one booked directly with the hotel and not Booking.com. After sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes with my fussy, sleepy child, I was told a room was ready. The first room we got was not clean, the bathroom and floors were nasty, but now it’s about 9pm-9:30 once we got to the room and settled and carried all our belongings and two small kids up a flight of stairs. I went the next day to let the morning front desk clerk know and she lets me move to another room. This room there was a problem with the door closing. I did not feel comfortable nor safe staying in that room with a malfunctioned door. I was given a third room that was clean. I went to the front desk multiple times. One of the times I was told that the general manager was in a meeting to come back later. I went back the following day and I as told the GM was out of the country. The lady I spoke with I believe said she was a district manager and would give me back the resort fees for each night. I did go back to try and get something in writing stating that and then I was told this lady was in a meeting and to come back in an hour or two. But we went to enjoy a theme park and came back to the room hours later. Our last night staying the guest next to us did not settle down until 2 am. I called the front desk twice complaining and was told security would come. I waited about 40 minutes before calling again to let them know either no one came or the guest just didn’t care. Either way I was just over it. The walls are paper thin to the point I thought the guest were outside of my hotel room door, and yes I got up and checked. I called Booking and told them everything. Neither myself nor Booking have been able to get in contact with anyone at the hotel about any type of compensation. I was not able to speak with the district manager before I left and I’ve tried calling and have not been able to successfully speak with anyone.

Second time coming here and overall always a great stay. Nearby everything you could want when visiting. Staff is nice and rooms are really clean and nicely renovated. The pool and jacuzzi are great and well kept with a bar nearby. All this for an amazing price
