Definitely a great value hotel, relatively cheap when compared to other hotels around, and they have some nice amenities. They also have a shuttle that goes to all the popular theme parks, you just have to be there on time because the bus leaves exactly when it says it will depart. The hotel is kind of old, so expect to see some rusty stuff. I have to say the cleaners assigned to my room didn’t really do a great job but the front desk guys were always helpful. Enjoy your stay

I had a very nice stay here, i will say in the beginning before i came i was a little bit skeptical because of the reviews but i came to realize that most of them are not true, do not always believe reviews. First impression this place is beautiful, front desk staff was super nice and helpful, to avoid early check in fee i was told to wait until 1pm which i did and we got checked in pretty quickly which was great. We stayed in the king superior tower the outside is clean and very nice, they even have a cafe & a gym in that building as well which was perfect. (p.s the water bottles are not $5 the prices in the cafe are actually pretty affordable for a resort)(one recommendation for the gym is to have some dumbbells and it will be perfect) The room we stayed in was super clean, we had a perfect view of volcano bay, beds are super comfortable, they have black out curtains which is super good. The sink area was also clean i liked the design of it very modern as well as the bedroom. One thing i will say the bathroom is a little bit outdated its just a tub and a toilet super clean though, just wish it was a little more modern but overall great hot water and clean bathroom. The pool area was very clean, lots of sitting area with shades and pool towels with a bar to drink. Although the pool was super clean i will say the bottom floor does feel a little bit sandy but that did not bother me. Another great thing about this resort is the complimentary shuttle to the parks & they have express checkout by the elevators so you don’t have to go all the way to the front desk. A few more great things they have an arcade that is affordable as well & a restaurant which is great for people who may not want to eat out. The area is great lots of food, stores, and activities to do walking distance. Overall great stay, beautiful hotel definitely recommend staying here. Piece of advice don’t always listen to the bad reviews some people just go overboard because of something so small that isn’t a big deal.

The lobby area was very nice and the staff was kind and efficient. i loved the vibe upon first arrival. The courtyard area was very cool in the middle. The view from our room was a very cool view of Volcano Bay across the way. Getting to the room, it was okay. The room itself was very spacious but it was very dated and didn’t feel clean. The shower and bathroom needed attention. The walls are THIN and the door separating the rooms next door have a giant gap under them so between those two things, it felt like you’re in the room with the people next door. We could hear everything, the TV next door on all night and the people talking and we could smell them smoking. Not the best stay. As for location, it’s a great one. Right in the middle of Orlando near theme parks and attractions. Plenty of nearby restaurants and experiences.

Writing this while still here and thankfully for not much longer. Upside, pool is great, staff is helpful and kind, prices are to be expected for location but hot water stopped working while my family was using it, building 5 hallway is never locked and always soaked from the a/c unit, musty smell due to that, floor feels slick anytime you don't freeze yourself at night, none of the laundry service worked in building 5 either. Please consider other options, hope to see improvement in the future, wouldn't mind coming back but for the money, there's better out there

Horrible, worst experience ever at any Hotel. I can’t recall an experience that comes close as to how bad this was. The mobile text I received with a link to check in didn’t work. Spent probably an hour trying to get it to work and on phone calls to staff. No luck - had to wait in the awful slow front desk line. Most inefficient check-in of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Once I got up to desk was told our room wasn’t ready yet. It was 4:45 - check-in was at 4:00. I was told to come back in 15-20 minutes (wait in line again!!). I did and was told room was ready and given key to room. When I arrived to the room at 5:15, the housekeeping staff had just begun to clean the room. We stood on the second floor of building 3 with all our stuff for the next half hour. Finally shortly before 6:00PM we got in our room. On our last night there we were awakened by loud group just outside our room at 2:00am. I called, went to front desk. Nothing got done until almost 4:30am despite being told security was notified to go there and take care of it. By that time - we had already decided we had enough and checked out way earlier than anticipated. Handed cards to front desk at 4:45am and got out of there. It was a huge black mark on our vacation staying here. Pictures taken while waiting outside for housekeeping to finish cleaning the room.
