Overall I would say 8/10. This resort was beautiful and well decorated. The food and drinks were fantastic and no need to make reservations for most of the restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and taken care of. The pools were not over crowded and were easy to access. I would say the entertainment was lacking in the evenings and maybe because of the time of year, I’m not sure, the beach directly in front of our resort was quite rockey and filled with seaweed (although they had people working to clear it everyday) if you just walk a few minutes down though you will find beautiful clear waters with white sand. Very nice resort.

This hotel is not very large, but it has its own private beach and a few restaurants. The number of dining options is limited, but most of them don’t require reservations, which is convenient. One of the highlights is the ease of access between the pool, beach, and hotel rooms. There are also indoor corridors connecting different parts of the property, so you don’t have to worry about getting wet during rainy days. Some of the pools are heated, which is a nice touch.
On the downside, the housekeeping service could be improved. For example, on several occasions, our room was cleaned but tissues and toilet paper were not replenished. Additionally, we had issues with our room key card several times—it kept flashing red, and we had to go back to the front desk to reset it, which was quite inconvenient.
The Christmas dinner was excellent, with great decorations and a festive atmosphere. However, the restaurant’s menu on regular days didn’t have much variety and remained the same throughout our stay.
Overall, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in certain areas.

WOW!!! I was absolutely blown away by Dreams Jade in the Maya Riviera! I was truly blown away by the beauty and hospitality we received. The entire team that works at Dreams Jade Maya Riviera is like a family and they make you feel like part of their family while you are there . We stayed as Preferred Club guests which granted us access to the adult pool (and other perks) and it was so worth it! The adult pool was quiet and relaxing and our service was OUTSTANDING!!! Eduardo made our first few days at the pool so special and Miseal and Ivan were really great as well . Eduardo made sure to. Ring my sister birthday cake on her birthday!! He really wanted to make her birthday special and he did . Sue was so much fun in entertainment and Serge’s fish tacos were mouth watering!!! I ate them all week and I’m definitely missing them this week.
I’ve missed naming a lot of amazing team members that made our holiday special but I need to say that everyone that I encountered was so warm and kind. This resort is a special one and I’ll definitely go back.
The food, coffee, snacks, room service, entertainment, and our ROOMS!!! Everything was delicious, amazing and beautiful!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The facilities, rooms, and amenities were all top-notch.
My main concern, however, was that the buffet dishes were not clearly labeled with their main ingredients. Specifically, it was difficult to identify which dishes contained pork, which was a concern for me due to dietary restrictions. I think it would be really helpful if the resort could provide clear labeling to help guests with special dietary needs.
Overall, however, my stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!

This resort had some very nice parts to it, but definitely had some downfalls as well. The resort itself was set up well, we enjoyed the pool areas and all the À la cart restaurants for dinner. Our room was great except for the double beds, queen beds would definitely be a lot better option.
The service at this resort was very hit and miss. We had some good and great service, but some also not great service. The buffet service was not great at all. Having to wait in a line to be seated at the buffet was strange and annoying, usually at a buffet you can go seat yourself and not have to wait to in a line. Service was very slow it took me 15 minutes one morning to get a cup of coffee. I have a food allergy and felt very little help was available to make sure I was eating safe. The À la cart restaurants had good service each night and room service had great service, especially for my food allergy! The lunch restaurant we had a very rude server girl who made me feel very bad one day at lunch, we didn’t even stay to have lunch, she was very rude, so we headed to the buffet, where we dealt with a rude boss trying to find me gluten free food, she did get nicer but was very rude to start with. We were also preferred which cost quite a bit more money but we didn’t get any different service or many perks for it in my opinion. We went to the preferred breakfast one morning and waited quite a while to get our order taken, they just kept walking past us.
Our kids went to the kids club for a couple hours two days they had a fantastic time at the kids club, the girls working in the club were great!
Overall we had a great family vacation at this resort, however I did not feel very comfortable with eating with a gluten allergy at this resort, except for dinner at the À la carts and the room service, but breakfast and lunch gave me great anxiety. I ended up getting quite sick part way through our stay, think it was food poisoning.
