My family and I stayed at this hotel from August 21–26. The room was very clean upon arrival and had two balconies with beautiful views of the beach and pool area. However, the air conditioning did not function properly during our stay—the temperature never dropped below 80 degrees, even with the unit running constantly, which made the nights uncomfortable. The dining options were excellent. The buffet offered a large daily selection, and every meal we had at the specialty restaurants was delicious and well presented. The pool area was nice, but finding a chair after 10 a.m. was nearly impossible due to guests reserving loungers with towels, many of which remained unused throughout the day. Food and drinks by the pool were average. Unfortunately, the beach was unusable during our stay due to heavy sargassum both on the sand and in the water. On the positive side, the nightly entertainment and shows were enjoyable, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property itself is beautiful, though mosquito control could be improved. Overall: Great food, excellent staff, and beautiful grounds, but the AC issue, unusable beach, and pool chair situation kept it from being a perfect experience.

We had an incredible time at Dreams Jade! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautifully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, making it the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. All of the restaurants were outstanding, but the hibachi experience was hands-down my favorite—great energy, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. The location is also ideal—just a short distance from the swim-with-dolphins area, which was a huge plus for us. Our room was spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi on the balcony made it feel extra luxurious. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We stayed here June 13 - 17, 2025. The preferred club was excellent. Fast check in, better alcohol, private preferred club pool. The resort was clean and quit beautiful. The staff were excellent. Carlos (our concierge) was great and knowledgeable. The food was good overall but the French restaurant on site was amazing. The room was great size for 2. They asked us what we would prefer in our refrigerator and accommodated it immediately. There was the seaweed though. Lots of seaweed. The beach is unusable at this time of year. Just FYI The pool was a blast though. Overall we liked it and look forward to coming back, hopefully in March/April when we were told there is no seaweed. We will do our research. Side note: if you book anything through Amstar ask for Luis, great guy.

Fantastic place to stay when in the Cancun, Mexico area. I'm not familiar with the other resorts since this was my first and only time there, but I saw others place this resort near the top of their list as well when ranking resorts. The staff were always going above and beyond, the rooms were well cleaned and everything was close and convenient. The seaweed was bad this time of year and might just be a one-off thing since I heard it was everywhere. So that put our time there at the beach in the negative a bit, but we still found a good time lounging at the pool or in our room or just around the resort in general. There's plenty of activities to do in the resort itself for people of all sorts whom may like different things. We stayed for 6 nights, and even when the last day and a half it was raining and stormy, we found stuff to do since they have rainy activities around the resort. The spa was the best part and we loved their Asian themed restaurant since we ate there on two separate days. There are daily shows and late night events. The list can go on for all the positives. Besides uncontrollable things like seaweed to make the beaches unswimmable, the resort was constantly removing the seaweed as much as possible so there were some good portions of the sand to walk along it by the water. Room service could use a little more options for their menu, but 24 hours room service within an hour or less is certainly a bonus. All in all, definitely have a look at this location if you're finding a resort to stay

Absolutely perfect. A beautiful hotel set in amazing grounds. Pools to die for . The infinity pool was fantastic. Sunbeds were plentiful and not too close to each other. Food in the main dining was exceptionally good. The restaurants were very good expecially the French ..Mercure. steak and the pear salad starter very special. Waiter service was very good especially Manuel. The bar areas were good with good choices and super cocktails. Bar staff were pleasent and accommodating. All staff friendly and helpful. One top for using taxis, down load the user app!! 2 pounds into Morelos town as opposed to 8/12 pounds for hotel taxis . An over all super holiday in a gorgeous place .
