We had our destination wedding at Dreams Jade in November and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue! From the moment we arrived it felt like the entire resort was just for us. Creating an intimate and private atmosphere for all our wedding events.
Our guests absolutely fell in love with the resort and many are still raving about how incredible everything was.
The food and drinks were exceptional adding to the amazing experience. Every event flowed seamlessly thanks to our wedding coordinator Tania. She was with us every step of the way making us feel so welcome and ensuring everything went perfectly.
Her attention to detail and dedication truly made our wedding stress free and unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa in Cancun, and it was absolutely amazing!
First off, the rooms were fantastic. I stayed in one of the Preferred Club rooms, and it felt like a private villa. The check-in process was super smooth and private. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was large and modern.
Now, let's talk about the food! Every meal was top-notch, but the restaurant called Spice was the real star. The food there was incredibly delicious. Each dish was flavorful and expertly prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality of the food never disappointed.
The staff at Dreams Jade were amazing too. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
And the beach...wow! It was stunning with its white sand and clear turquoise water. The beach was well-maintained and provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The smell in the entrance area was so refreshing and really captured the beach vibes. It set the tone for a wonderful vacation.
In a nutshell, my stay at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa was fantastic. The rooms were luxurious, the food was delicious, the staff were incredibly kind, and the beach was breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Cancun.

We just got back from staying there. We had an amazing time for our honeymoon/family trip. Everything was amazing from food to customer service to cleanness all the way down to the room. They upgraded us for our honeymoon to Ocean view which was very unexpected, but super appreciated. They made sure to accommodate and take care of my whole family by far one of the best vacations we have been on. Highly recommend.

Overall I would say 8/10. This resort was beautiful and well decorated. The food and drinks were fantastic and no need to make reservations for most of the restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and taken care of. The pools were not over crowded and were easy to access. I would say the entertainment was lacking in the evenings and maybe because of the time of year, I’m not sure, the beach directly in front of our resort was quite rockey and filled with seaweed (although they had people working to clear it everyday) if you just walk a few minutes down though you will find beautiful clear waters with white sand. Very nice resort.

Just came back from a five day trip here. We were so happy with it before we invited more people and came back. The food has gone downhill and our room was thumping with the nightly activities. Certainly a different atmosphere than we had the previous time or that we enjoy. We did stay in the preferred rooms. The check-in was not great. We weren’t walked to the concierge, we were pointed in the directions since we had been there before the included transportation was horrendous. The preferred pool is amazing. Most of the staff is very accommodating and kind.Not sure if we’ll be back again or not.
