This resort had some very nice parts to it, but definitely had some downfalls as well. The resort itself was set up well, we enjoyed the pool areas and all the À la cart restaurants for dinner. Our room was great except for the double beds, queen beds would definitely be a lot better option.
The service at this resort was very hit and miss. We had some good and great service, but some also not great service. The buffet service was not great at all. Having to wait in a line to be seated at the buffet was strange and annoying, usually at a buffet you can go seat yourself and not have to wait to in a line. Service was very slow it took me 15 minutes one morning to get a cup of coffee. I have a food allergy and felt very little help was available to make sure I was eating safe. The À la cart restaurants had good service each night and room service had great service, especially for my food allergy! The lunch restaurant we had a very rude server girl who made me feel very bad one day at lunch, we didn’t even stay to have lunch, she was very rude, so we headed to the buffet, where we dealt with a rude boss trying to find me gluten free food, she did get nicer but was very rude to start with. We were also preferred which cost quite a bit more money but we didn’t get any different service or many perks for it in my opinion. We went to the preferred breakfast one morning and waited quite a while to get our order taken, they just kept walking past us.
Our kids went to the kids club for a couple hours two days they had a fantastic time at the kids club, the girls working in the club were great!
Overall we had a great family vacation at this resort, however I did not feel very comfortable with eating with a gluten allergy at this resort, except for dinner at the À la carts and the room service, but breakfast and lunch gave me great anxiety. I ended up getting quite sick part way through our stay, think it was food poisoning.

I really enjoyed my stay at dreams Jade. I went with prior all inclusive experiences at multiple resorts in the Riviera Maya and I feel they exceeded many of my past experiences. I stayed in a governors suite and I felt it was one of the larger suites with more amenities than other properties offer for the same price point. The property is very clean and well landscaped and looked after. I saw them consistently doing upgrades and cleaning and painting. Overall, I was surprised it was in such good shape after a series of tropical storms through the latter part of 2024. Beaches were kept clean with constant seaweed removal. Beach service on the preferred side was exceptional. I felt that the food and beverage options available were a strong B+. The aesthetics and design were definitely obvious, but some letdown with the quality of dishes in the à la carts. It didn’t feel like each plate was individually prepared for me with amazing care but rather plated from a Steam line and then brought to me. I stayed as preferred Guests in a high-level suite and had the most amazing Butler service from Julian. He was the reason my stay was as good as it was. Every morning, I would receive a text message letting me know what the activities were for the day always asking me if I needed anything and what he could do for me. He would take care of all of my food and beverage needs and always responded quickly. It was a very personable experience. He was exceptional. He is the reason my stay was as good as it was. Any issues I had he solved and never made me feel that I was a bother. And I had a lot of requests and questions throughout my stay. That is the sign of good customer service. Overall, I would stay at this property again and I don’t like to stay at the same property twice. I say I would stay there again because I felt the rooms were really quality for the price point and the service and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Yes there are much more exclusive all inclusive resorts with much better restaurants and beaches and rooms but I felt that Dreams Jade really made the effort in all of their experiences and facilities To offer a wonderful experience. I didn’t feel like I was one of 25,000 people that a staff member sees every year…but that I was appreciated for the time I was there. Walking through the halls staff would always stop and say hello or good day and make you feel appreciated.
I would rate my stay a strong 97 out of 100 points.

Very nice resort. Unlike other resorts where there are massive lineups and battles for pool chairs, this resort had free pool chairs even late in the morning or early afternoon. No lineups for restaurants - and there are lots of them to choose from.
The staff is super friendly and were very knowledgeable about food allergies.
The rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and clean.
This place is wonderful! Will be coming here again.

I stayed here for a week in November 2024. Overall, I really enjoyed this resort.
The pool was great, the music played in the pool was fantastic all day. The bartenders were great, and the service was really friendly.
I'm docking a couple stars due to a couple of issues, which I think they could easily resolve. I found it very weird that we had to wait in line to be seated for the buffet, which often led to long queues just to be seated for a self serve buffet. I did find it odd, that they would not allow you to take any food from the buffet to your room. I had a standard room, and I feel the rooms were quite dated. Specifically the furniture and the television need updating.
One evening they hosted three different weddings, which all had to be done by 10:00 p.m., whereby all the wedding guests that wanted to continue celebrating, went to the on-site nightclub. They had only one bartender to service three wedding groups, plus all of the regular patrons that were in that nightclub. They knew in advance that this would be busy, and yet still chose to only staff one bartender.
They could also use some rules around removing towels from deck chairs by people who "claim" their seat, and never occupy them... I've been to other resorts, where they remove them if a chair remains unoccupied for over an hour.
Other than that, the food at the buffet was decent, and the coffee shop/snack bar was very good. They could use a "brunch"/breakfast style restaurant that is available to standard guests. The teppanyaki restaurant was my favorite, although you do have to be quick to get a reservation there. All of the pool bars were fantastic, and the staff everywhere was friendly and helpful.
I did not like that the app spammed me several times a day to go for a massage... Which were very overpriced.
Either way, I enjoyed my time at this resort. Even given the issues I had mentioned, I believe I would return.

My friend and I booked an all-inclusive vacation at this resort, and it was an amazing experience.
The resort is beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Not far from the airport
There are plenty of restaurants on the property, and our favorites were the Italian and Asian restaurants. The buffet offered a wide variety of options for breakfast, and the oatmeal was particularly delicious.
The entertainment team made our stay memorable with their great activity recommendations for the day. A special shoutout to Angel, Telia, Dylan, Saul, and Anthony!
During our stay, there was one instance where our room was not adequately cleaned; however, after courteous communication with housekeeping, the issue was promptly resolved for the remainder of our trip.
The spa has amazing services.
I would recommend this resort to my family and friends.
