Very nice resort. Unlike other resorts where there are massive lineups and battles for pool chairs, this resort had free pool chairs even late in the morning or early afternoon. No lineups for restaurants - and there are lots of them to choose from.
The staff is super friendly and were very knowledgeable about food allergies.
The rooms are a bit dated, but well maintained and clean.
This place is wonderful! Will be coming here again.

Wish the club and other facilities were open later, especially when you spend a day at the pool or exploring other areas and excursions. However, the property was beautiful! Staff very friendly, appreciative, and attentive. Clean rooms and facilities. Great beach!! Fantastic entertainment, gym, and spa. My father and I stayed at the Preferred Club which was adults only, rest of the resort was kid-friendly (which wasn’t an issue, we had fun over there too). Would definitely come again!

We stayed at the Dream Jade November 2023. One of the best resort experiences I've had. Food at the buffet was pretty good, as well as at the a la cartes. The resort is very well laid out and it was quick to walk anywhere. Getting a chair by the pool was definitely a fight. By 7 am, a good amount of chairs were already reserved and they aren't abundant. There also didn't seem to be enough umbrellas and some were in a state of disrepair. Beach is not big, so if you're a big beach person you might be disappointed, but the pool is right on the beach which is nice, pretty typical for this area I think. The children's pool is just a very small wading pool with nothing in it. If travelling with crawling or toddling aged children be careful as our room was a huge hazard, on two separate levels with no real railing, but we made it work. The crib they provided was great. Room was spacious and relatively clean by all inclusive standards. Room service/cleaning requests was a little slow but we always got what we requested. Grounds were beautiful and the staff were lovely. Close to airport which is nice. Would stay again and would recommend.

Great resort. There are some areas of improvement like the music played at the pool and "nightclub". I didn't fly all this way to hear Whitney and Taylor Swift. I want to hear music native to the location. The liquor is also not premium at the bars outside of the Preferred Club which could lead to a nasty hangover. But overall it was a really enjoyable stay. The staff is super nice, the food is AMAZING... i enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed in a preferred suite with Jacuzzi bath on the balcony between 18/10-25/10.
The hotel - fantastic, everything in close proximity and it is a very well kept hotel.
The staff - phenomenal, extremely attentive and very willing to be as helpful as possible.
The room - the room itself was large and well laid out. I especially appreciated the dual Aircon allowing for different temps in the bedroom and living room. Jacuzzi bath excellent. But, facilities were a little lacking. No tea making option, no shorts in the mini bar, only beer and, in my case, no iron and board (but staff sorted this swiftly). Small details like no handle on the sliding doors from the balcony side meant you cannot close the door when sitting out there and, my least favorite thing, the metal top rail on the balcony glass wall sat right under the ceiling of the floor above so when it rained it dripped onto that rail creating a loud racket and splashes everywhere.
Preferred Option - A must. It will elevate the holiday enormously. Skipping the long buffet queues, beautiful breakfast outdoor area in Mercure restaurant and a much more relaxed pool area when you want so peace. The preferred lounge with separate concierge is a nice touch too.
Hyatt group app - the app for the hotel was excellent, a really clever and modern way of assisting guests. Made navigating and knowing what's on/when very very easy.
Overall an excellent stay, loved it, and would come back here or another Hyatt group location.
