The workers, waiters and waitresses are lovely, they work so hard. Tips for them are much required and appreciated.
Evening entertainment is poor, apart from casino night which was great fun. The main pool is very loud. The surrounding pools are nice but the beach is the place to be! Kayaks are free to use if the sea is calm. Sea temperatures in November are fantastic, 26-27c in the water.
Drinks are nice but some can contain almost too much alcohol.
The buffet restaurant was good, until I got home to the UK and was diagnosed with e-coli, 12 hours after returning to the UK.
Vegetarian options are limited, if you like meat though you will be fine.

This place was stunning. It is a bit of a drive to/from the airport but worth it. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We did have 1 issue on our 5th night. After dinner we came back to our room to a strong sewer smell. One quick visit to the front desk and we were in a new room within the hour. Arturo was our resort manager and he went above and beyond (so did all the staff). Jorge at the front desk was also very polite and helpful. We highly recommend the Romantic Dinner as well.

We loved this resort. We have been going to Mexico each year for over a decade and split our stay between two resorts each time, so we have had the benefit of trying multiple resorts (all of which have been good). After having previously stayed at the neighboring Princess resort two years ago, we decided to try this adults-only resort, which turned out to be a great decision. The resort is modern and kept meticulously clean. Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. The best part is that the design of the hotel complex has endless pools that run the full length of each building, which provides each room with a pool view. Units on the main floor have a swim-up access at the back, with a private terrace (no need to walk to the pool). Staff were friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and worked hard to provide a great guest experience. Restaurant and food options were diverse and plentiful (we tried them all). The adult-only environment meant no screaming kids, no messes, and adult-appropriate entertainment. We would not hesitate to go back.

My wife and I were here a few weeks ago for a short 4 night stay. We had an amazing time. The resort is absolutely beautiful and meticulously clean. Service was very good and everybody was so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the Platinum side and our room was the Platinum deluxe room with a hot tub on the balcony. The room itself is huge and so is the balcony! The food was very tasty, we especially liked the Italian and Hibachi. The Spa was gorgeous and we both enjoyed RMT sessions and the hydro-therapy circuit. Evening entertainment was so enjoyable. We especially liked the Grease show. The performers were all so funny and talented. As this is an adults-only resort, one of the best parts was how quiet and serene the atmosphere was. Just a perfect vacation. Will most certainly be back!

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and it was one of the most disappointing vacations I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was far below expectations. The staff were overall unfriendly and unhelpful. Several requests were completely ignored, and it felt like they were understaffed or poorly trained. Basic customer service was lacking, and it felt like guests were more of a burden than a priority. Many of the advertised drinks were unavailable, and what was served tasted watered down or poorly mixed. The rooms had a NASTY mildew smell like an old basement. The beach was filled with rocks and seaweed so you couldn’t go in. For the price paid, the experience was absolutely not worth it. The whole experience felt like a ripoff. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing, quality vacation. There are far better options available for the same price. Save your money and avoid this place.
