We had a fantastic stay, hotel right on the beach, facilities were great, and easy access to amazing tours. All staff, from housekeeping to gardeners, to front office, to bar, were all friendly and happy. In particular, Arabela, who worked in the Central bar , was absolutely amazing. Seeing her happy, friendly face and her amazing service made our stay! Also a shout out the lady who makes fresh smoothies in the buffet for breakfast, she was lovely and smiley! The a la carte options that were free as part of our stay made it extra special, even though the buffet had so much choice and would cater for anybodies tastes. The resort and grounds were always so clean and gardens immaculate. Would definitely stay here again, the whole family really enjoyed our stay!

What can I say?! What an amazing holiday my daughter and I have had! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spotless and all the food is incredible with such choice! We ate twice in Don Pablo the a la carte and good was sublime. The staff are just incredible! From reception staff, waiters, gardeners who work so hard to keep everywhere pristine, entertainment staff, literally everyone is so friendly, welcoming and there’s nothing they won’t do to make stay the best, they can’t do enough for you. We did the turtles and dolphin discovery trip were exceptional. Tulum you’ve stolen our hearts and we will be back next year but for longer! Thank you for an incredible holiday! Xxx

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tequila Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This vibrant spot serves up delicious Mexican cuisine with a variety of buffet options that make it perfect for both adventurous eaters and those who love the classics. The food was flavorful, fresh, and well-presented. Whether you're into tacos, enchiladas, or a hearty helping of rice and beans, the buffet offers something for everyone. What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service. Our server, Paschal, was absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time. Adding to the atmosphere was a live band, whose energy and talent created a fun, festive vibe without overwhelming conversation. It really brought the whole experience together and made the night feel like a celebration. If you're looking for a lively spot with great food, excellent service, and a fun ambiance, Tequila Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Tequila restaurant was great, an amazing atmosphere, with live band. A true Mexican feel. Marlene our waitress was very friendly and kind. Looked after our family well. One negative was we did fine bones in our food that was not expected, in our child’s food.

This is my second time staying at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum, and can confidently say my family and I will be returning for a third time. The staff are a major factor as to why our stay was excellent. Edwin, Andy, Miguel, and Tony at the Yucatan buffet were excellent, they always greeted us with such joy and made our meals extremely pleasant. Homar at the Tequila restaurant also went above and beyond for us, and made our dinner very special. Fransisco and Roberto at the bar by the snack area were excellent and provided wonderful service. I am extremely pleased with the experience we had this stay and will be returning.
