We stayed at this resort for two weeks last fall, we were very happy with our choice. The resort was huge, well maintained and the beach was beautiful. Our room was spacious, had a mini bar and a coffee maker. The main pool had a swim up bar, there were a lot of activities during the day, the entertainment team was great. The buffet was huge, nice presentation, food was a bit repetitive but always something for everyone. For the a la carte restaurants, we liked the Indian restaurant the most, the food was impeccable, service was outstanding. Overall a nice resort for families with kids or as a couple.

The only thing that was no bad, but was a little inconvenient was that the resort is so far to everything. Go outside is super expensive and difficult. After that everything was perfect!

I absolutely love this place! This is the best resort we have ever been to! It’s amazing for all the amazing different amenities.The all you can eat buffet is high end and delicious! The all inclusive drinks is even better plus! absolutely had a wonderful time at my bike tour with Yaritzi. She is so kind and was so helpful to the group. She took us around the entire resort and we stopped for water breaks and she made sure we were all very safe. I also loved the ability to drop off my kid at the kids club. There’s so many activities for them to do it is so wonderful! The leader that my daughter had was Luis. He is absolutely fantastic! He makes the entire experience so fun for the kids and they even put on a little show for the families. Overall I recommend this place to anyone who come. Young , old , active or not. Don’t forget to tip the workers tho. They do such a great job and deserve all the tips!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Roberta, we booked an excursion with her and it was canceled due to weather, the machine messed up. Our group got their money back, but my other half and I did not .Roberta kept in contact with us when we returned home and was able to do a wire transfer. I’m very pleased with Roberta she is very professional and willing to do all she can in helping us. She is located up by the front desk, called Coming2. White shirt with tiny green logo. And We will definitely will be returning to this hotel, the rooms, food and other staff were excellent.
