My husband and I are staying for a week with a group of friends, and this place does not disappoint. The first thing to mention is the staff, they are so incredibly friendly and fun, and really made this a great experience. The second thing is the actual resort itself. It's very clean, the beaches and pools are wonderful, with some more private areas. Other areas are more lively, with sports and music. We played beach volleyball everyday and had a blast. The rooms are very nice, with cool A/C as soon as you walk in. The setup with the bathrooms are a bit strange but nothing to complain about. The food at every single restaurant has been amazing. I have a severe gluten allergy, and I didn't have a single problem at the restaurants (the food is SO good) or at the buffet. One recommendation for someone with allergies would be to maybe have a walk-through of the buffet the first night, as this can be overwhelming when you're not sure what you can eat. But by day two I had it figured out and ate delicious foods every day. The drinks are really good, the coffee bar is top notch, and the nightly entertainment was also an amazing bonus. Would highly recommend to everyone!

My 7 year old and I are loving our stay here at Bahia. It's a large resort so lots of walking but there are shuttles all the time to take you back and forth to the spacious rooms! My daughter is so happy here. The front desk, especially Zuriel, have been so helpful. And kids club staff are amazing. We've enjoyed the food too! All around great resort.

This resort is absolutely wonderful! My husband and I visited here 3 years ago and just had to come back, so we did for another week and I am already ready to plan my next trip here! The rooms are simple but comfortable and include all you could need. The food is great- we never had trouble finding a spot to eat at various times throughout the day. The A La Carte restaurants offer a bit more of a “fancy” dinner option and are all delicious. Casino and Hacienda at Tulum also provide for great nightlife! Having the option to upgrade your wristband allows access to other GB resorts that have further amenities. With all of that said, the #1 reason we have returned and will continue to do is THE STAFF!! Professional, welcoming, fun, and helpful at all times and always with a smile. You are all genuinely amazing and we appreciate everything you do to help create beautiful memories. A special thank you to Pablo and Emmanuel at PC! ♥️

Overall the resort is beautiful and our large group had a great time. It is a very large resort but there are carts to take you places so that is helpful. The food, entertainment, the animals, the drinks were all great, really nice kids pool and waterpark. However I would not return
because the beds are super hard and there is no door to the bathroom so anyone showering can see you, even though there is frosted glass it’s not enough privacy. Also if people are sleeping you can hear everything and the light turns on for the toilet. Our rooms were nice and the views were great it’s just too bad for the bed. The other con is the check in process. It took 20 minutes per couple, we waited 1.5 hours for our group of 18 to check in. There was only one clerk after 11pm and their system is super slow as was noted to me the next day. After a long flight I don’t think this was acceptable.

Very clean, very nice. The food in buffet we're very good, anything you could think of it was there. The entire premises was kept prim. Clean very nice They didn't tolerate drunk people. They ask them. They should go to their rooms, which she did 99.9% of time. Very friendly, I'm very family orientated. I would recommend anybody who wants to get away to go there.
