Tania is absolutely wonderful! She was so kind and patient with my daughter, making her feel comfortable and engaged the entire time. My little one had the best time painting, and I truly appreciate the care and creativity that Tania brings to the kid center. It’s so reassuring to know there’s someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and goes above and beyond to make their experience special. Alberto the butler was also fantastic, so attentive and professional, making the experience even better. Thank you both for making our visit so special!

We stayed at the family friendly Margaritaville for 9 nights and it was a perfect family getaway. The hotel staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Alberto, elevated our experience with his attentiveness and making things easier for us by helping out with dinner and activity reservations, providing activities for our girls, checking on us regularly to say hello and to help out with anything. One of the hotel managers, Rafael, was another staff who made our experience memorable with his attentiveness and care during our stay.
Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing ocean view. There were a few large groups at this resort during our stay, but it never felt busy or never loud from our room so it was perfect since our family sleeps earlier.
The food was delicious and we loved how all the restaurants were a quick walk from our room since this hotel is a smaller resort. Rita’s Tacos was one of our favourites with all the different taco options and the nacho tower had the best toppings which included flank steak. The steak and egg taco was a “funky taco” option which was one of our favourites. The ocean view while you eat is also breathtaking and peaceful.
We had such a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this resort and thankful for the staff who were a part of this. Thank you Margaritaville, until next time!

Went for the 2nd time to the Margaritaville Island Reserve Cancun Spa for a couples massage. Dominick, again was at the desk to welcome us. She remembered me from my previous visit! I was happy to see God’s again with her big beautiful smile. This time we were walked to our massage room by the therapists. Silvia (again) and Perla. My husband had Silvia and I had the magic hands of a Perla. I would highly recommend a couples massage, it was so relaxing!!! Love this spa!

We had the most amazing time! Alberto, our butler, was attentive and made sure we had all we needed! He definitely took very good care of us! Alex (entertainment team) was fantastic and it felt like we had been friends for years! So many servers and bartenders worked to make this vacation one for the books! Marco, Manuel, Gregorio, Luis, and Enrique are just a few that made everyday better than the day before! Can’t wait to go back!

We just returned from our vacation here and it was outstanding. The grounds and rooms were very well kept but of particular note was the service staff. Some places you know they don't want to be there but everyone had a smile and greeted us every time. I would like to call out two people Gabino and Antony at the Boathouse. They served us every day and were outstanding and hopefully their service is recognized.
