Our first ever winter break abroad. Also first time all inclusive and best of all adults only. Can't fault this hotel. The staff were always smart and friendly. The food was excellent at all three bars, with loads of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our 'junior ' suite was roomy clean and smart. jacuzzi bath on the patio was well used. The main pool was huge and warm and beautifully peaceful to lie round sipping our gorgeous cocktails. A nice touch was a bottle of Cava on ice delivered on the house to our room on my wife's birthday. Just a five minute walk from the nearest beach. All in all we would thoroughly recommend this hotel to stay.

Spent the last 5 nights here with my partner, our first winter sun holiday and we were very impressed! Service was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely recommend and come again. Thank you.

This is an interesting hotel. We had booked a superior double room and was so upset when our view was literally a roof or onto other balconies. I was massively impressed that after having called reception to ask for a different room, the manager personally showed and gave us an upgraded room ( we paid the difference). Very good customer care. The new room had sea view and pool view - perfect.
This is only my view but personally I did not like the rooms at all.
I do not like washing in the middle of a bedroom ( free standing sink in the middle of the room) and do not like a WC with glass fronted unlockable doors that constantly open.
The bed was super king sized and absolutely wonderful to sleep on, comfort pure.
The cleaning staff are prompt and do a very good job.
Both pools are very nice and warm, although I think they are too small for the size of this hotel.
Absolutely not enough loungers for the amount of people that are here. We never managed to get loungers on three of our five days. It clearly states you are not allowed to reserve loungers but 90% of people from all nationalities did.
The most amazing thing about this hotel was undoubtedly the food, 100% , huge menu, massive variety, fantastic food and the choice is unbelievable. I have never had such a choice even in five star hotels - huge compliments to the chefs.
The location was nice, not too far from airport,12 km and shops all around.
To access the beach is about a five minute walk on the promenade, you can see the sea but it's all black rocks so you can't get in.
All in all this is a good hotel and worth the money you pay. It's not for me but that's based on not getting sun loungers and I don't like the rooms.
My recommendation to the hotel would be to definitely get more sun loungers, maybe put them on the balconies so that you can enjoy the sun and views from your room.

There are definitely more positives than negatives to this hotels. However, sadly, we did start off with a negative experience. I literally got trapped in the airless, windowless toilet room as the runner to the door was not straight. My husband phoned the reception, but by the time the maintenance team arrived I had somehow managed to free myself, after being trapped for 20 minutes.
The hotel manager David was very accommodating and we did move rooms as I was too nervous to stay in the original location, especially as the door seemed to jam again, halfway across its run. He also had a bottle of cava with two glasses delivered to our room the following day.
The rooms are a little dated. However, they are clean as is the rest of the hotel. The buffet breakfast and dinners are plentiful - even for a veggie like me! Apparently the hotel was full but it was very quiet so a good night's sleep ensued and the location is very handy for the beach and the local shops, bars and restaurants. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Some minor issues were dealt with immediately. Great location with several good walks nearby. Quirky infinity pool.
Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner, refreshed frequently. Not always as hot as we are used to but the microwave solved this. Couldn't give it 5 stars due to 1 really annoying thing. While there is free cava at breakfast, water at dinner has to be paid for, which is ridiculous. A drinking water station as part of the buffet would make all the difference
