Hotel is exceptional, I will definitely return. Family friendly everyone loves children they get special treatment. Kids club was being renovated, can’t wait to return once completed.
Entertainment staff are top tier, when on nights out they fully look after you. They don’t allow anyone to approach you whilst in the club. They even accompany you to the rest rooms for extra safety.
Too much restaurants to choose from, 24 hour food available.
Overall I can’t say anything bad, excellent service.

We have loved our stay at the Bellagio resort and spa. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the animation and reception staff. There are always activities to do during the day.
An improvement for the buffet; more food catered to English as many guests are English. If we had our child with us it would be difficult for them to eat, no chicken nuggets etc. mainly Egyptian food (which we’ve enjoyed to experience the culture, but also quite repetitive).
In saying that however, we really enjoyed the Egyptian restaurant, the hummus was so tasty!
The pools are heated so it’s perfect temperature all the time.
The room we stayed in was very spacious for us and nice. The beds are not that comfy but we haven’t really struggled with sleep. A few improvements such as plastering on the walls could be tidied up but didn’t bother us too much as we don’t spend too much time in the room anyway.
Will definitely visit again! Value for money.

Our stay at the resort was absolutely amazing. We spent five days there, and everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent with a great variety of options. What impressed us the most was the genuinely heated pool (we visited in January), unlike other hotels that claim their pools are heated but lack any noticeable warmth.
Another fantastic feature was that fresh juices were included in the all-inclusive package, which was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend the Bellagio Resort!

At the bellagio hotel just now having a fantastic time. Check in at hotel was fast and efficient. My room is beautiful overlooking the pool.
Lots to choose from food and drink wise you'll never go hungry or needing a drink. Plenty of bars etc to choose from.
Staff are all attentive and friendly.
Animation staff are fantastic there is always something happening. They work so hard always with smiles on their faces.
Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is are first girls trip to Egypt it was amazing. The animation team was perfect always speaking to us making us feel welcome. Never leave us out of things or is interactive of everybody.
