We had an amazing stay! The room and facilities were perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly. There was plenty of food and beverages available throughout the day, and the animations were fantastic. Every day brought a new theme party or show, keeping things exciting. A special thanks to the kids' room staff, Marina and Shuru, who made our vacation unforgettable by engaging and entertaining our children so wonderfully! Also, huge thanks to Omar from the administration staff for promptly answering and arranging all our requests—he made everything so much easier for us!

Rooms are a bit dated and worn, I could live with that though, what was most disappointing is the service, the staff are extremely rude and have no concept of customer service, surely this is a must in the hospitality industry? I would often get looked through as if I'm invisible when waiting to be served and staff would continue conversing with each other and performing other menial duties before finally acknowledging me and taking my order/request. This was the case at the bar, in the dining area and surprisingly even at the reception. Once or twice I could have just shrugged it off but this was the case throughout my entire trip. Other customers would seem to get preferential treatment, drinks brought to their tables etc, this was never the case for me. The food selection for vegetarians was extremely poor, had to make do with pizza or pastas most nights, when I asked for something a bit more custom, I was told this could not be done. The only positive staff I experienced was from the friendly housekeeping guy, the security guard by the front door and one lady behind reception who was helpful. WiFi was very sketchy at best but there was a period of about half a day where there was none at all. The small beach area looked man made and was very busy and built up, there wasn't many great views to take in. The animation/entertainment was fairly good. The drinks were also very good, there was an extensive selection of local beers, wines and spirits on offer, I think these were the only real positives of the trip. I'm sure there are plenty of other places with better facilities and service, in this place I just felt cattle, they've taken my money and I just had to accept what was thrown my way. Avoid it, stick to branded chains with trusted hospitality.

Ahmad, tuna, grapes and elmby are absolutely amazing! They have honestly made our holiday here in Egypt the best. They have looked after us the whole time and made our first time in Egypt the absolute best. We have made the best memories here with them, from all the activities during the day, from yoga, to belly dancing. The animation team have truly made our holiday, they all work really hard and even to the point where they remember your name. thank you to the animation team for looking after us and we are booking to come next year purely from the team making our experience amazing. Again thank you so much, you all are amazing and we have made friends for life here.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, tidy and spacious.
Lobby area is clean and welcoming.
Pool area is large and plenty of sunbeds available, slides are good for the kids and there is always a lifeguards on duty.
Food is OK, plenty of options.
Entertainment is good and continuous throughout the day and night. Disco is close to the hotel rooms tho so be aware of you like an early night.

Animation team was amazing; every day night there was something different to look forward & enjoy - lots of different unique ideas ; some spectacular events and effort put into it! Big well done!! Best team I’ve seen!
