I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The architecture is both beautiful and luxurious, providing a visually stunning backdrop for the entire experience. The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in a vibrant area of the city with close amenities, including fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs. The pools are inviting, and the shows and attractions are top-notch, offering endless entertainment options.
The customer service is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff making every effort to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious. I was extremely happy that my room looked out over The Sphere. The bed was comfortable. I was able to work the air-conditioner and the safe. Several downsides were (1) The room needed a kettle or coffee & tea making facilities. (2) Let us have a fridge we can use (3) The queue to Starbucks was 40 people long (4) Please pay staff a living wage (5) I caught a taxi from your concierge desk to the airport and the driver could not take payment from my credit card, which had worked everywhere else during my stay

The Palazzo in Las Vegas is a great place to stay, especially if you love variety. There are tons of restaurants, food courts, and plenty of shopping to keep you busy.
One thing to note is that the minimum bets at the casino tables are a bit high. The lowest I found was $15 per hand for blackjack, even in the morning, which might be more than some are comfortable with. But that’s kind of expected for a 5-star spot on the Strip.
I stayed in a "run of the house" room, and it was very spacious. It had two twin beds and a separate lounge area, so there was plenty of room to spread out.
The pool area was nice, but the pools are pretty shallow—definitely more for chilling and partying than swimming laps. Still, it fits the vibe of the hotel perfectly.

The Palazzo is an amazing Hotel, no wishes stay open!
I have stayed in several Resorts in Vegas by now but this was truly the best.
The king suite is huge, clean with an amazing view on the Sphere !
I really recommend the Prestige Club Lounge to have a quiet breakfast and snacks as well as complimentary cocktails every day !
The pool area is also great, with plenty of beds.
The only negative part was, that 5 days were not enough :(

Top notch facility. Elegant and yet fun. The rooms are beautiful and no need to ever leave the property if you don't want to, with everything you could possibly desire on-site. Great location on the Strip, and the in-house restaurants cater to every taste. Fantastic pools and the spa was great too. We will definitely be back, the next time we visit Las Vegas.
