The check-in process was seamless, and I was escorted to my room by a helpful bellhop who took the time to explain all the amenities and features of the hotel. My husband & I was upgrade from a standard king room Venetian Resort to the pleasure of staying at this incredible 5 star hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations. With the upgrade we got access to the premium lounge and it was the best compliment breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and of course happy hours. From the moment we arrived, the valet parking to inside reception customer service was top notch. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcomed and cared for, making us feel like a VIP throughout our stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Everywhere you walk, there’s something beautiful to admire—whether it’s the elegant lobby, the luxurious shops, or casino and attractions/activities. The attention to detail is impeccable, with every corner thoughtfully designed for both comfort and beauty. The location itself was awesome easy to get around. The facilities are equally impressive, offering everything one could want in a 5-star experience. We felt like were immersed in a world of luxury and tranquility. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for the perfect blend of outstanding service and breathtaking surroundings. Truly a memorable stay!

This is it. Is it a hidden secret of the new Vegas strip? Why isn't everyone screaming in the streets about this gem of a hotel property? Excellent service, massive rooms, clean everything.. On property amenities shopping and restaurants... This is the best price to quality we've seen ever. I'm convinced that the only reason people aren't swarming this place is that they don't use Expedia to book, and are being recommended some of the lesser places on the strip first. It's basically two properties in one because it's directly connected to the Venetian, so you find yourself walking then suddenly you are under a blue sky next to a canal.. Thank you Expedia. Thank you Palazzo. Thank you Venetian.

Love this hotel. Great rooms with tons of room and excellent views, especially from the higher floors. Location is good. We could walk to most landmarks, then used Uber to get around to the more distant attractions, or if we were in a hurry. Attached to Venetian, so all the same shopping and restaurants are available.

Spectacular view of The Sphere , the golf course and waterfalls behind Wynn! Amazing architecture, loved the flooring also; beautiful and spacious room; Prestige lounge was busy but staff were all attentive and service was good... love my margaritas!! Breakfast was decent. First time to stay at Palazzo/Venetian and was very impressed.... So many good dining places and shops to go inside the resort structure... Been a Cosmo loyalist and may shift if Venetian has better perks :-)
