As a loyal guest who has enjoyed staying at The Palazzo for over eight years, I’ve always appreciated the exceptional service and hospitality your hotel is known for. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered a disappointing experience at the VIP Lounge check-in that fell below your usual high standards. On January 24th, at approximately 6:30 PM, my family and I arrived at the VIP Lounge for check-in. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting us demonstrated an unprofessional attitude, avoiding eye contact and displaying visible frustration. While I understand that everyone can have challenging days, such demeanor does not reflect the level of service I associate with The Palazzo, particularly in the VIP Lounge. The situation became more frustrating when my mother, a Diamond tier member, was informed that her host had not arranged for VIP Lounge access, and therefore, we would not be permitted to check in there. Despite explaining that the casino marketing office was closed and it wasn’t feasible to reach the host after hours, the staff member insisted that our host should be available 24/7. After some back-and-forth, a call was finally made, but the process felt unnecessarily contentious and dismissive. To make matters worse, we were initially assigned a low-floor room despite a high-floor request being noted by our host. When I inquired about alternatives, I was told that I would need to wait several hours for a suitable room to become available. While I was fine with waiting and was assured I’d receive a call when the room was ready, no such call was ever received. Later in the evening, I decided to check with the Invited Guest check-in, where Sean went above and beyond to assist us. He was professional, attentive, and even involved a manager to help expedite our room and luggage service. His exceptional service truly stood out and helped salvage what had been a frustrating start to our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Best time there. Classy experience with the cleanliness is beyond imagination. Saw people on scissors lift dusting tops of signs and walls. Hands down a place unforgettable and lovely. Felt really safe too. Security and staff always went beyond for everything and everyone. Definitely will be back

I cannot rate rooms, just the tourist attraction portion of the place. Great place to find so many things to do. If you gamble, enjoy the casino. Just here to eat, lots of options! Entertainment, check out a show or ride one of the gondolas. So much to do but we had fun shopping, walking around until we were too tired and hungry to do anything else. We had a great time.

Hi team We visited Vegas times before but first stay with this property. Overall the property is extremely well managed and highly maintained. Staffs are nice and well behaved. Overall service is quite impressive. Taste of in room dining is not too bad although the list can be bit more. Few areas where team can work on the wait time over phone. We booked “King Suite with Sphere View”, we got the room at the end where the Sphere view can’t be seen from the bed. It must be called out as Partial Sphere view with reduced rate compared to full Sphere view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Palazzo hotel on my last business trip. The hotel was amazingly clean the weight staff as well as the guest services were top-notch. My luxury suite complete with Step down living room overlooking the strip made the experience even more pleasurable. I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel. It feels like home.
