Beautiful hotel and casino! My wife and I stayed for our 20th wedding anniversary and her 40th birthday celebration for 7 nights in late September. Our check in process was absolutely amazing. We were greeted by Mihn at the desk who was able to get us checked in at 9AM, hoursvahead of our scheduled check-in time. He was very helpful to us first time visitors describing the property, amenities, and providing recommendations for a most enjoyable experience. Our room was clean and inviting and housekeeping was amazing! They certainly do not recieve the credit they deserve for the stellar efforts they put in behind the scenes to keep things tidy! We recieved daily service which seems to be a thing of the past since the pandemic in many places if staying multiple nights. We had our do not disturb sign out one day and were not visited, however we did recieved a text from the team acknowledging the sign, respecting our privacy, and offering to service at a time more convenient to us or statingbto simply respond to the text with any needs and they would happily provide, a nice touch in my opinion. All staff we encountered from security checking room keys to access the hotelvareas to cocktail waitresses on the casino floor to housekeeping in the hallways and on the floor, and the lovely door staff assisting in catching cabs were all very friendly, professional, and pleasant to encounter. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the bath and shower were exceptional and hot water was plentiful and fast in reaching the faucets. The one detractor to the Palazzo is that it does sit towards toe one end of the strip so you do have some walking or a bit of a ride to get to some of the other properties, however there is so much to do under the one roof of the Venetian/Palazzo that this is but a minor inconvenience if at all. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks to all the staff for such a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. I’ve stayed at Venetian before and the rooms in both buildings are very similar. The size of the rooms is fantastic and it was clean. There’s a lot to explore on the property. The spa was good and will be even better once the renovation is complete. So many pools and a lot of chairs with pretty good sun most of the day. I prefer Palazzo to Venetian because of the vibe (slightly trendier) and the pools (though you can use pools on either side). It’s on the north end of the strip so more walking to things south, but manageable for us. Though, sometimes we take a rideshare to save time, but it can be costly.

I stayed in a gorgeous king suite — spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the Strip. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to checkout. Loved how peaceful and comfortable the suite felt after busy conference days, and the views at night were absolutely worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great overall. Wonderful facilities, amazing room, very stylish, clean and spacious. Staff was very kind. Our check in process, parking, and luggage was great. We appreciated Luis and Troy’s help. Food was great, specially at the Grand Lux Cafe! The steak, potato and eggs breakfast is a must (add jalapeños for an enhanced experience!!) Highly recommended!

This hotel has everything you can imagine. It is across from a shop mall that is extremely convenient. There is great ice cream and dessert, a great spa and the rooms were amazing. Went for my Bachelorette. They also have a wonderful brunch on site. We had a one bedroom suite that has two bathrooms and faced the sphere. The bathroom also features a television! Gondola rides inside and outside the hotel. Security was amazing. They verify that you are truly a guest. You have to swipe cards. Signs were easily readable and it was great to locate ride shared and so forth. Pool...Amaziiiinnnng. book the cabanas
