I was not a guest but saw something in a shop I wanted. I didn’t buy it at the time. But I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I called the Venetian to ask a question about the item and Robert at the concierge desk was so nice and thoughtful. He had to call me back while he researched my question. Within 10 minutes he had called and given me all the information I needed. I was really impressed because I wasn’t a guest at the hotel. Robert = awesome!

First time staying at this hotel. Great location! Didn't have to wait long in the check in line. My room was soooo nice and big. Felt luxurious. The bed was comfortable and it was cleaned nicely. So smokey though, ugh but I know smoking it allowed in the hotels so I didn't let it deter my review but I could smell it in my room. Plenty of restaurants options, plenty bars, plenty fun stuff to do! Loved it. I needed a receipt upon check out so I did have to wait for a while for the receipt. They do have self checkout out which is quick as no one was there. Overall nice hotel and I do recommend! I'd stay again.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! You feel like you are staying in luxury, especially because the rooms are all suites with very comfortable beds, a huge bathroom that has a beautiful vanity to get ready in front of and a nice deep bathtub. The food and drinks at the Venetian were out of this world. We came here for the eagles concert at the sphere. The staff was super friendly! A tip I would suggest is make a reservation a few days in advance to restaurants because they book out very quickly!

Looking forward to staying here but for now we just had a great time eating and playing in the casinos. The resort has a lot of beautiful things and was very packed. All our interactions with customers service were very good with the employees being very friendly and professional. We all had a good time with 2 winning well on the slots
