Had an amazing stay at The Venetian! The newly updated rooms look modern and beautiful with upgraded carpet, furniture, and fixtures. Casino floor is as fun as ever, and the quick walk to the Sphere for the BSB concert was perfect. Staff everywhere were super friendly, and dining at Buddy V’s, Howlin’ Ray’s, and Grand Lux was fantastic (and well-priced!). Definitely a 10/10 stay. Only small critique—the rideshare pickup area could be more organized and safer, but overall I loved my visit. Highly recommend!

It was our first time staying here and now it's our favorite hotel. So beautiful and easy to navigate. Check in was easy, the room was huge! So spacious and clean, absolutely gorgeous. We also tried the indoor gondola ride, very nice and relaxing. We did had a small issue with the living room tv, maintenance came in a timely manner and told us about recent room renovations. We will be booking again to see those new rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was an amazing little vacation.

We stayed here for the Backstreet Boys at The Sphere. It was SO SO convenient to be able to just take the bridge directly to The Sphere. Great service. We called front desk/concierge/guest services several times and they were always extremely helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the pool area was great. We would definitely stay again!

To begin with, I want to acknowledge the front desk staff in the hotel lobby—they were consistently helpful, courteous, and professional. Their service truly stood out and made a positive impression. This is also a great location if you are attending a show at the Sphere. However, I did experience two service challenges that I believe warrant attention: In-Room Dining Service: I ordered a food item that I did not like and did not eat. When the tray was picked up, I informed staff that it had gone untouched. I called to request a manager follow up with me regarding the issue, but no one returned my call. I followed up again and still received no response. While I did later discover that a credit had been issued, no one notified me of this—I only found out after I went to the front desk and reviewed my bill. The lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing. Pool Chair Reservation Process: I reserved two pool chairs the day before and arrived at 7:15 AM the next morning—second in line—to ensure I could select chairs with umbrellas when the pool opened at 8:00 AM. However, when the doors opened, no staff were present in the VIP section to assist with seating. I was told to come back between 8:45 and 9:00 AM, which felt contradictory to the original instructions to arrive at 8 AM. When I returned around 10:30 AM, all of the umbrella chairs were already taken. This felt inequitable, especially given the effort I made to arrive early and follow the guidance provided. I’m sharing this feedback because I value the high standards associated with the Venetian and hope these issues can help inform improvements in guest communication and service consistency.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was so fun! Many pretty picture spots, cool shops, delicious food, and luxurious bedrooms! The staff was helpful and even though it was busy it was easy to find things and get into restaurants! We went to shows and many other activities within walking distance. There are many fun things to do in and around the hotel like the new york new york rollercoaster which has surprisingly good prices! In the Venetian has a great shopping area with gondola rides and a food court! This one of the best vacations I've ever been on! I 100% recommend going here!
