They guided me and family through this experience with the utmost care, transforming our vacation into a journey full of joy. After two stays as a foursome, we have now booked a villa with a view for two weeks as a couple. This stay also left nothing to be desired. Our request for Villa 7016 was happily fulfilled by the manager Mr. Saad. It is in a quiet location by the sea with a beautiful view. The villa has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a living room. It has a large terrace with seating, loungers, a parasol, beanbags and a private pool. The room cleaning is excellent, the room boy changes the pool towels, everything is always spotlessly clean. We only booked breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired. We use the beach restaurant every day and have also eaten in the hotel in the evenings. The food is excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly, now speak a little German and are very attentive to our needs. With each stay we have noticed positive changes in various things. The beach is suitable for the kite station, the sea is not suitable for swimming, it has a long, gentle slope. We booked the airport transfer from the hotel and were picked up on time at the correct terminal. All in all, a very good experience. We have rarely felt as comfortable in a hotel as we did here at Casa Cook and will definitely book it again...again as two couples.

Best hotel in Egypt ever! It was our first time in Casa Cook hotel. Our stay was unforgettable. We spent a week in the junior suite with shared pool and these were the most relaxing days we ever had in a hotel. The cuisine was extraordinary as well, breakfast such as dinner and snacks. In addition the staff was really kind and always helpful. We want to come back as soon as possible. We can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to come and relax. Especially great place for kitesurfers with access to nice kite spot on the hotel beach.
