We really enjoyed our 8 nights in this resort. The food was excellent and all the staff were very helpful. Ana at the front desk went out of her way to help us change rooms. (Due to a severe allergy to cigarette smoke) She was kind, competent and efficient. Thank you to everyone for a great vacation!

First time taking a vacation like this. This trip was amazing. The service was great. The food was wonderful. Antonio, Juan and Julio doing entertainment were so funny and made things fun. David from concierge was awesome and took care of us. House keeping, room service, and the servers were all on top of it. Great service! We are definitely coming back here.

Overall the hotel was amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed on the Adults Only side and it was good but I would say it was geared more towards an older crowd. They have entertainment every night but if you’re looking for a lot of night life for younger people this isn’t it. All of the workers were extremely friendly including Ana at the front desk. She was beyond helpful and welcoming. Carlos at the pool bar was amazing. He was very energetic and always happy to serve you a drink. The restaurants were pretty good. They had a lot of variety and the food came out pretty fast. We stayed for 5 nights and ate at a different restaurant each time. There were constantly people walking around asking if you wanted something to drink and just making sure you were okay. There were 2 decently sized pools and the hotel itself is located right on the beach. The only complaint I would have is that a lot of people put their towels down early in the morning on chairs either by the pool or at the beach and try to “reserve” them which barely leaves any chairs for the rest of us. They would leave the towels on the chairs for hours on end even though they weren’t sitting at them. There are signs on the chairs that say you can only reserve it for 45 minutes but nobody is truly mandating that. That was the only thing that was frustrating but besides that the service was 10/10 along with the rooms and location of the hotel.

Angel the manager was one of the employees that made our trip very enjoyable. As well as the staff at the Bloved restaurant. Excellent food options at all restaurants and once the staff knew I was Celiac they took great care in kitchen prep. Beautiful gardens and layout of pathways. Ricardo and Jaycees also were great servers. Excellent value for money and close to the airport so the drive was not far like other resorts we have been too.
