Had an amazing stay at CELES Samui! 🌴✨ The resort is beautiful, modern, and right by the beach with stunning sunset views. The staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive – they made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, and the pool area was just perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Koh Samui – it’s the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and warm Thai hospitality. Will definitely come back again!

Such a very poor service here!! It all started with the security guard at the main gate. I asked which gate I should go to for check-in (since there are two gates), and he directed me to the wrong one. When I arrived, there was no one at the lobby, so I had to park my car and walk with two suitcases to the lobby — which was not close at all. No one came to help me, and there was no warm welcome from the receptionists (such a poor service mindset). While I was waiting to check in, all the staff were talking loudly, as if we weren’t even there. Then, they informed me that my room was actually at the other gate. I was taken there with Peggy, but no one gave me any hotel introduction or information. Once I arrived at the room, Khun Tor — the host — showed me the room facilities and then left, but didn’t explain anything about the hotel facilities such as pool hours, gym, restaurant, or even breakfast time. I also noted that it was my birthday, but I didn’t receive any birthday treat or greeting — very disappointing. While walking around the resort, the staff didn’t seem service-minded at all. They didn’t smile or even say hello. Worst of all, one staff member even walked right in front of my camera while I was taking photos — very careless! The room and the place are beautiful, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this resort. It’s really not worth the money for this kind of service.

We are stying here for 4 nights. As a family with 2 rooms. The entire vacation from the beginning was very disappointing. In the check in we were waiting for hours outside in the heat. They told us upon arrival that one room will be ready very soon. We were outside with my daughter who isn't feeling well with great heat and in pain. Nobody cared or told the housekeeper to prioritise our room. Rooms that were not needed were ready very quickly. Ours was ready only on the maximal possible check in hour and also the rooms were not together since she thought this would make things faster . If we were told in advance this was going to take so many hours we would take her to some other location with air conditioning. The rooms were ok but the AC was heaving very bad smell of mold in both rooms. Also one room had AC that is freezing always regardless the temperature. In the morning we went to the breakfast buffet there is a lady working named 'Dream' which is a bad dream actually. She was very not kind and aggressive, each day. On the first they O told her my daughter is sick and not coming and asked to take her one butter croissant. She refused very not kindly. She didn't even mention that there is an option to get a packed breakfast bag. Later on in the reception I found out that it exists and I ordered that for the next days. Problem was that on the following days each time the breakfast box was full with ants. Even after I returned it to the reception with all of the ants in the food, it was the same thing on the next days. Another issue was with the room cleaning. They didn't put us towels (just took the wet ones) they didn't put any toilet paper (it ran out) they didn't put coffee etc etc. this was also a repeated issue. This hotel is beautiful with nice beach and nice pool but it is totally not being managed properly. All of these issues were reported by us but ignored and no one was talking with us about it. Such a wasted potential! The evening restaurant was pretty good.and also the breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel, or small homes I should say, were located just next to the beach. The vibe at the hotel park was calm and beautiful. We loved it as our honeymoon destination. The staff was amazing (special thanks to Noi for helping me book a romantic private diner) and very polite. The rooms were clean and we didn't encounter any craziness with bugs or other animals. Our overall experience was wonderful and would recommend!

Had a beautiful stay at Celes Samui, the resort is situated near Fisherman’s village and has everything you need for an island getaway. The staff are all amazing, the food is great and the facilities are wonderful! Really appreciate the sustainability efforts and the onsite spa is stunning.
