The hotel staff is amazing, service is their priority and they perform. Rooms are a little dated but not lacking in any amenities. His a nice pool, plenty of space, and the breakfast was excellent. Accommodating us with a late checkout for our late afternoon flight was the cherry on top.. Other than it being a ways from downtown I have nothing but praise for this establishment. Thanks again.

Centara Grand gets a strong four stars from me. Check-in was easy. The room was large, but the decor was slightly dated. That said, the bathroom was large, especially the shower, which was huge. There are several problems to note. First, the water in the shower never got over lukewarm, making every bathing experience an adventure! Second, there was a lot of construction noise outside all night, so I had to find some earplugs in the middle of the night. Ask for a room not facing the massive nearby construction site. Finally, I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. Overall, the Centara offers a decent place to stay at a reasonable price point, especially if you want a hotel in the northern part of Bangkok. Just get a room away from the side facing the construction.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was kind and considerate. Every morning at the breakfast buffet, I had fresh fruit, fresh salad, a variety of freshly made stir fry and vegetarian favorites, spicy garlic morning glory greens, chef-made, frothed milk custom flavored lattes, and finished with pastry such as a butter croissant with the notable house made vanilla custard sauce. During date night, at the blue sky restaurant on the top floor, our server Keng made sure to put a personal touch on our complimentary dessert, as pictured, making us feel very welcomed.

Best hotel ever! The rooms are big, clean, and very modern. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the hotel facilities are wonderful. The pool is huge. Great value for money, and they have the best rates in Bangkok. Don't miss their tom yum soup and fried rice – they're the best! Highly recommend!

My 2024 birthday family dinner at Blue Sky bar and restaurant was splendid. Ken and Ploy paid attention to my reservation details regarding allergies for my kids, and ensured we got served appropriately. The kids had burger while we shared the platter as couple. Good food. The cleanliness, ambience and skyline view added spice to the evening. I’d recommend.
