Great hotel for the price and location! Everything is clean and up to date. Morning and night staff were very friendly and helpful. The temp in our room was a bit stuffy before we got there, but it cooled down eventually. Breakfast is included and everything was fresh and clean. Staff was attentive, too!

For the price of the hotel, I was very pleased with how clean the entire hotel was. From walking in, I was greeted politely by the front desk. We had arrived around noon hoping we could check in early. Luckily, we were able to. The rooms walking in were really nice and clean, I was impressed. They offer hot free breakfasts, which have such a great selection of choices. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Will come back for sure! Thanks so much for providing such an excellent service to your guest ☺️

We stayed here for EDC Orlando. The EDC shuttle pick up/drop off was right out front. The rooms with two queen beds and couch were an awesome size. There are plenty of mirrors to get ready. The refrigerator was a decent size and there was breakfast included.

Friendly service and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had serviced the room every day we were here. Nice advantage for a change. Shower head fell apart while using it. Fixed it myself. Breakfast can definitely be better. Very crowded and not much of a variety. Not much in the way of choices. Poor coffee. Shuttle service to Universal Studios is subpar. I believe this is a contracted service that picks up a multiple hotels. It's a very small bus. It departs only at 8:25 am and 11:15 am. That's it. Arrived late. Very unkepted vehicles. The check engine light was on, the brake light was on and maintenance required light was on. Only one pick up and that's at 6 pm. Even though the park is still open until 7 pm Tuesday and 8 pm on Wednesday. The mini bus did not show up. Broke down on the way to pick up. Over 40 people waiting, which is more then could fit on this mini bus. Comfort Inn sent a van to pick up their specific guests only. Which was very appreciated by my wife and I after waiting 45 minutes. This van was mechanically in terrible condition as well with a dash full of warning light on. We made it back safely though. Just be aware of the weird scheduled pick up times.

The room was comfortable, with clean bathrooms and a decent size. The beds were very cozy, making for a good night's sleep. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy and didn't cool the room to the desired temperature. Additionally, the elevator was very slow, which was a bit inconvenient. The Location is great, then I recommend for everyone!
