Great hotel for the price and location! Everything is clean and up to date. Morning and night staff were very friendly and helpful. The temp in our room was a bit stuffy before we got there, but it cooled down eventually. Breakfast is included and everything was fresh and clean. Staff was attentive, too!

I can't thank Juan enough for his help! We arrived at the hotel after around 14 hours of travelling to find that the 3rd party we'd booked through had cancelled and rebooked our rooms over 5 times resulting in no booking being current. Juan really helped us out and we got it all resolved within an hour and we were happily resting shortly after. For the same price as a single night at Disney, but for a week with free parking, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Was shocked to hear they do not clean our arrive the room the day after check in. They do pick up dirty towels but do not replenish them nor clean the room. Had to ask for towels to get through the day and then ask for tp. They didn't leave any day 2. The location is good. The breakfast is continental with eggs and shriveled up sausages. Will get you by but not what I would advertise as a full hot breakfast. Hotel is old with a face lift. Lipstick on a pig

Friendly service and staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had serviced the room every day we were here. Nice advantage for a change. Shower head fell apart while using it. Fixed it myself.
Breakfast can definitely be better. Very crowded and not much of a variety. Not much in the way of choices. Poor coffee.
Shuttle service to Universal Studios is subpar. I believe this is a contracted service that picks up a multiple hotels. It's a very small bus. It departs only at 8:25 am and 11:15 am. That's it. Arrived late. Very unkepted vehicles. The check engine light was on, the brake light was on and maintenance required light was on. Only one pick up and that's at 6 pm. Even though the park is still open until 7 pm Tuesday and 8 pm on Wednesday. The mini bus did not show up. Broke down on the way to pick up. Over 40 people waiting, which is more then could fit on this mini bus. Comfort Inn sent a van to pick up their specific guests only. Which was very appreciated by my wife and I after waiting 45 minutes. This van was mechanically in terrible condition as well with a dash full of warning light on. We made it back safely though. Just be aware of the weird scheduled pick up times.

TERRIBLE, I’m so mad, I checked in the first room, it smelled like straight cigarettes with a bug in the toilet. Then they switch my room. I come in this one and it smells like straight mold and I’m ready to get out of here. But I’m forced to stay because I have no where else to go I’m so disappointed.. I wish there was a way to let you guys smell the room. I don’t even want to take off my clothes.. then wifi doesn’t work as well… such a nightmare.
