I do not recommend staying here. This once luxurious hotel is now run down and way overpriced. I booked 2 junior suites for a long weekend and had a terrible experience. One of the rooms had multiple issues: the hot water in the shower would not regulate, so the water was scalding, the cold water on one of the sinks would not turn on, the AC was not working properly (set the thermostat to 62 when we arrived and the room temp never went below the mid 70's), and neither phone in the room worked. I called Guest Services (from my cell phone) the following morning at 9:00 am, reported the issues and they sent someone from Engineering. The guy who came gave me a weird vibe, and his response to the issues was "man, that's a lot of work". When I saw that he had no intention to address the issues, I called to ask to be moved to a new room. I was told that a new room would be "express cleaned" and that I would receive a phone call as soon as it was ready. I called back at 11 am, 1 pm, 4 pm and was told each time that the room was cleaned but needed to be inspected first to ensure it had no issues. We went to Caesars for dinner and a show, and when we returned at 1:00 am on Sunday, I went to the check-in desk and finally my room was ready! That room also had issues, and the water temp issue in the shower was the same (scalding hot water whether the knob was turned to barely on or full force), the cold water in one sink only had hot water, and the fan and light in the water closet barely worked! Most of the Guest Services agents were very nice and friendly, but the last agent I spoke to about missing food and beverage credits had a rude and condescending phone voice. I will never stay at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas again.

Great casino resort. Love the hype of the place. Great place for dining and drinking. Lots of speakeasy’s hidden on the premises from bars to restaurants and pizza joints. Try to find them all.
Loved that all of the rooms have an open balcony with great views. Lots of artwork through all the place.

Room was about a 4 star, nothing to write home about... but the view was amazing. (Strip & fountains.) Perfect for relaxing. Staff was prompt, respectful, and cared about our needs/stay. Much better a stay than our normal hang. So making this our standard from here on out.

My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel was okay. While the check-in lines were quite long, the rooms made up for it with their modern design and comfort. Additionally, the check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a decent experience with a mix of ups and downs.

Have spent a few nights here over the course of a couple of trips to Vegas. First trip we splurged for a wraparound corner suite in the Boulevard Tower. Room was great with a balconies facing north to the Fountains of Bellagio and the other back to the west. Second trip had a two queen balcony room facing south towards City Center. Rooms here are large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. It's a chic property and the rooms have been updated once since opening. I would put the restaurant group at Cosmo as one of the best on property ensembles in town. Pools are OK. I prefer the pool at Wynn and the pool at The Mirage (RIP) over Cosmo's offerings, but it is really hard to beat the rooms, location, and food options at Cosmo.
