Incredible service. Nishi helped us with organising everything and was fantastic. Deepak the waiter remembered us but all the service staff were fantastic. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Spa treatment was fantastic and food was incredible. I think the highlight for us as a family were the fantastic team on waterskiing who got all the kids waterskiing (which was included!!)The New Year’s Eve event was amazing with great band, food, lighting and fireworks. The effort that must have gone into this is hard to imagine and all the staff seemed genuinely pleased to be working!!! With four children we do not do this type of holiday often but this holiday rates amongst our best and well worth the money!

We had a great time in this paradise for 12 days! Perfect weather and space! The hotel has the absolute best atmosphere, super friendly and pleasant staff. We have stayed in the Junior Suite with a view of the sea, which was very lovely to wake up to. We would absolutely recommend this incredible gem. September is a great month to travel here. just right hot and not too full

Hotel is beautiful, however is by far not a 5-star hotel. The facilities, services, food and drinks are definitely not 5-star. Not luxurious at all.
Right before the check-in:
We asked for a Mojito: there was no mint
We asked for a Caipirinha: there was no lemon
We asked for a piña colada: we got a watery yellow drink that came out of a bottle.
When we got to our room, there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and sand inside the bath tub.
When we went to take a shower, there was no hair dryer.
When we tried to call the reception, the telephone in the room didn’t work. The WhatsApp number doesn’t work either.
We took the all inclusive package, which could be more suitably called half inclusive package, as many options of the menu required the payment of a supplement.
There is also a need to sign a paper for every order you make - you will not get a bracelet to identify your package and therefore you will have to write your name, room number and sign every time.
The hotel was packed (it was designed in a way that the rooms are on top of the pools, which are on top of the restaurants and beach. We booked the room with sea view, however we had the view of the restaurant (cheaper rooms had a much better view).
The beach is VERY short, rocky and full of seaweed. It is also accessible to vendors, who were sometimes annoying.
They claim there is a beach service, however we waiter several times for a waiter that never came. We had the all inclusive package and ended up drinking water (the one we brought from the room, as the container with water located close to the pools and beach was always empty).
There is no restrooms and showers close to the pool and beach. The pools were always very dirty.
The a la carte restaurants needed prior booking and were always fully booked.
The buffet restaurant was ok, with view to the beach and pool. Many times the plates were empty and there was no one to replace them. The variety of food, especially protein was very low. Staff touching the food with bar hands (no gloves).
To expand some restaurants, they made a kind of plastic roof, which looked more like a circus. Not very luxurious I would say.
The hotel seems to be obsessed with the dress code (pants and closed shoes for men),however all the areas have no AC and most of the restaurants are located on the beach/sand.
One day we received dirty and smelly bath towels.
The hotel is definitely family-oriented. Not for couples - not romantic at all. Hotel and restaurant are full of kids running around and splashing water on your face in the pools pr throwing balls. Very hard to relax and read a book. Quiet pool was also noisy sometimes.
The spa is small and the facilities are poor. The massage was good though.
During check-in no information about the hotel was provided - when asked we got the reply to read the instructions. When we asked to arrange a transfer to the airport, we got the reply that there are taxis outside the hotel.
Very unprofessional and untrained staff at bars and restaurants, always showing a ‘do not care’ attitude. Stupid jokes and begging for tips even though providing a bad service.
When asked if the hotel had coconut water, I was told by the waiter to go and climb the tree if I want it (… I didn’t not find it funny…). When going to a tropical country with palm trees and beach, having coconut water is the least you can expect.
One day I received a steak with a hair on it. Even though I complained and showed it to the waiter, I still had to pay for it.
There wasn’t a single day when the drinks came before the food.
Buggy drivers drive very fast and are very disrespectful. Not sure how to use them, as they never stopped to take us.
New year’s eve celebration was ok. The buffet had a good variety of food. Fireworks were nice and there was a band and later a dj. However, the glass of champagne was not included in the all inclusive package and we only found out during checkout (25 euros per glass as a supplement).
In summary, the service at this hotel is really bad. This was my first and last time at a Constance hotel.

The Constance Belle Mare Plage is an absolutely wonderful beach resort hotel. The staff are super friendly throughout, the food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the landscaping & lighting throughout made this a very attractive resort. The rooms were very clean and comfortable & the two golf courses were in excellent condition, with the customer service on the golf courses being first class. We will definitely return, thank you

Not quite 5 star.
The resort is beautiful and very well maintained but the service is far from 5 star and really detracts from the overall quality. Specifically:
1) The program of resorts activities is like a state secret, no one at guest relations or elsewhere can provide you with any information. You have to wait for a physical copy to appear in your room which ours did 2 days after we asked.
2) booking an excursion is near impossible, there is only 1 person in the entire resort that can assist and he is never available. Everyone else seems to never have any information.
3) There is no app or similar easy contact method so u have to trapse around to each venue I.e kids club/spa etc to get any information on the program or pricing or make a booking.
4) the service at the restaurants is very slow, drinks often arrive when your almost finished eating and food at the al la carte restaurants takes an inordinate amount of time. Really not great if you travelling with kids.
5) we had a butler because we stayed in a villa and it was actually a highly intrusive experience. He would even enter the room while we were asleep to check the mini bar!!
6) after 2 days of trying to book an excursion and getting nowhere i left a negative review about the experience and I was literally hounded by about 4 people while I was out and about the resort with my family to ask me to delete the review! No one actually fixed the issue but I got so tired of being hounded while trying to spend time with my family that I deleted my review. I have a feeling this is why you only see positive reviews here!
Unfortunately I wouldn't return to the resort or recommend because of the poor service
