Honestly, it was not a pleasant experience. The facilities need to be renovated to be at the level of a 5 star hotel. There are a lot of old, broken and deficient things. Having to rely on a buggy to go to the parking lot makes it quite uncomfortable. Breakfast is pretty good, although only if you eat it there, if you order it to take away things change radically. As for the weather in the area, it is the worst on the island, usually bad weather (very windy and cloudy). There are details that make a difference, and to be charged 2 dollars for a coffee capsule is barbaric. Of all the SO's I know, it is the worst without a doubt. Summary: I would have to improve a lot and change that kind of details to choose this hotel again, although in the weather aspect they can't do anything.

Had a wonderful stay at So Sofitel! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a cozy stay!

This place is an absolute paradise. We spent a lovely weekend there. Customer service was excellent. The staffs were very friendly and they made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious and all necessary amenities were provided. Thank you for the complimentary birthday cake and for making our stay a wonderful one. 🥰😊

Was quite a good stay and most of the personal was great with a smile. But the lack of animation make it quite disappointing. I want to Add point outside requested a late check out and even though I understand that the hotel can be fully book and cannot accept same, I was told no no you cannot very rudely. And in addition I waited for 45minutes for a dine in room while I order for noon it cane after 45minutes and that was an order for my 2.5yr daughter. For a 5star hotel this is a real poor service.

It’s a lovely property. Lots to do and relax as well. Well contained with lots of activities. Good restaurants and poolside bar. Rooms are exceptional. What was jarring was the attitude and body language of the person checking us out (30 Jan, 7:15 am). Last impression carries weight when assessing one’s stay quality. Please debrief your staff on it’s importance and showing basic courtesy. Not expected from SOFITEL. I am an ACCOR member and have stayed in your hotels all over the world. Your checkout staff attitude is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
