We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The meal was great, especially the dinners, with delicious options. The room was comfortable and met our expectations. It was kept clean every day by Mahmoud, who did a great job. A special thanks to Mahmoud the waiter, who took great care of us. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

This hotel is truly worth recommending – from the comfortable rooms, the beautiful beach, and the delicious food, to the excellent staff. I would especially like to highlight the beach staff, Mahmoud and Emad, whose warm smiles brighten every day. They are always ready to assist guests and their hard work does not go unnoticed. I will gladly return here again. Thank you for everything!

Nice hotel with kind staff and fun events every evening. Relaxing and spacious rooms. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Inside, the temperature is stable so you won't need to use the air conditioner too much (this can be a bit noisy). Bedsheets feel a bit dated and a little more effort in the detail and quality here would definitely be noticed and appreciated. The beach is comfortable and quiet, with fine sand and a gentle slope into the water. The umbrelas and wind guards offer privacy, a space to relax and take a break from the sun. Our favorite spot was the Captain's bar, where we could relax and drink tea, beer, cocktails. I would like to give a special mention to Reda, who always made us feel welcome there.

I personally like more rocky beaches, which I didn’t find here, the only con i can give, but it is my subjective opinion. Events are very fun, especially karaoke and fire show. Food is good. Service is way more than excellent. Lastly, I would like to commend Reda from Captain’s Bar, very professional and kind gentleman.

We didn't expect such a bad service in ''5'' etar hotel, such a waste of money. We stayed earlier in cheaper hotel in Hurghada, who was cleaner and had much better service and drinks. We are currently here, the glasses are dirty, we saw that they wash them with just water, dirty. Bad shows at night, almost nothing for kids. The drinks and beer in all bars are hot, the first time we expirience that, and we' ve been in Hurghada 3 times, and this is waste of money, we are dissapointed.
