Keep It Clean Carpets and Tile (KeepItCleanCarpetsAndTile)
From the moment we checked in at Crowne Plaza HY36, everything was seamless. The bag check-in process was quick and hassle-free, setting the tone for our stay.
The service throughout was superior—attentive, friendly, and professional. The location is unbeatable: Madison Square Garden is just down the block, and Times Square is a short stroll away. We frequent Manhattan often, and this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. A standout experience in every way!
Great Job!

Top notch service-hotel staff was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rooms are very small - on par for nyc- no double queen options and very limited space for luggage/ moving around room. No closet space. We requested luggage stand and it was brought quickly. Spacious bathroom with great water pressure!

Travelled from UK. Usually stay around midtown as we do a LOT of walking downtown and uptown so great location for this. We walked all the way to Battery Park in one hour 40 minutes at a leisurely stroll. Room a little dates but clean. Service was brilliant, friendly staff in reception . My daughter got a few bottles of water and a packet of crisps for her birthday (16) - in Europe you would usually get a small cake or treat but it is USA. We got offered champagne but refused as we don't drink it plus we were tired. Checked out with no questions or discussion about the resort fee. No receipt. I then got charged £108.00 on my credit card a few days later when I was home. The only thing we used was the lift, didn't touch coffee machine in the room or even seen the gym so I do wonder what this cost is for. The price of the room is what it is, I booked a British airways package deal and the fee should have been included. Disappointed with this but understand USA expect extras including tipping constantly even at counters in coffee shops!

A nice hotel overall that seems to have been recently renovated. Everyone is extremely friendly and polite, which I really appreciated. The rooms are modern and rather spacious for NYC. However, the breakfast was rather disappointing so I’d recommend just booking the room without breakfast. Apart from that, the location is also great and you can easily access any spot in the city.

Great location! Mali, front desk clerk was amazing. I told her I wasn’t expecting to stay overnight because my daughter was in the hospital. She put together a bag for me with toothpaste, toothpaste, make up remover wipes and shower caps. It was so sweet and considerate. My room was cozy on the 21st floor and it was a corner room. I had somewhat of a view out the window. I love the bathroom. It had two showerheads. The only drawback was parking. But they had a discount parking pass for the parking location, which was a couple of blocks away. Otherwise, I highly recommend a hotel.
