Perfect location, excellent hotel. Stayed for a few days to be near the convention center. Hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and up to date. The receptionist was fantastic, kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was well appointed and spacious by city standards. The decor and lighting were functional and attractive. The bathroom and shower were modern and laid out perfectly. Great location, close to the convention center, very safe neighborhood with lots of great dining options.

This was my second stay, and each time we've had amazing experiences. The rooms are clean & modern, the hotel staff is kind & helpful, and the restaurant staff was amazing as well. Adi, Misha & Bradley at the front desk were so courteous and helpful. And Lousia and Alex at the restaurant were so very kind and provided top notch service. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

Can’t say I will be booking with this hotel again…. We booked a 2 queen bed room for 3 people and paid around 1100+ and instead when we arrived, we were offered a 1 king bed room, which was on a lower floor than we originally booked. We had no choice but to accept the 1 king bed & an air mattress. First off, we didn’t get an air mattress, we were given a crib after waiting about a hour which was extremely filthy (it looked like puke and did end up getting on one of our friends hoodies). After around 30-45 minutes passed, we finally got our air mattress. We eventually went out and walked around for a few hours and got lunch to comeback and realize the air mattress wasn’t a self inflating mattress, so we had to go back to the main lobby and ask for someone to be sent up and pump up the air into the mattress. After about an hour, we had to call the front desk and ask again for someone to be sent up (it was around 9pm at this point, and we had plans early in the morning) . Can’t believe we paid over 1100+ dollars to sleep on an air mattress. The hotel itself was beautiful, but given what we experienced in less than half a day, we will be looking to book somewhere else next time. Not to mention, the front desk people seemed to care less about any of the issues we had, incredibly unfortunate.

The Courtyard Midtown West delivers on exactly what a business or transit-focused traveler needs: efficiency, comfort, and surprisingly spacious rooms that provide a welcome retreat from the city's hustle. Rooms: The standout feature. Rooms are modern, clean, and significantly more spacious than the typical Manhattan standard. It's a comfortable space to both work and unwind. Service: The staff was efficient and professional throughout the stay. The on-site bar is a nice touch for a convenient evening drink without having to venture out. Location: The location is a major asset for convenience. It's just a short, easy walk from Penn Station and Hudson Yards, making it an ideal base for getting around the city. Final Word: This hotel offers excellent value in a city where that's increasingly hard to find. It's a reliable and highly recommended choice for anyone prioritizing space, cleanliness, and a convenient location.

I came to NY for a nice weekend trip and booked this hotel as I wanted to be close to to Times Square without being directly IN it and I usually stay at Marriott hotels. I am VERY big on reading reviews and this one had the best reviews within the location and price point for me. I will say I was NOT disappointed! I traveled via bus and was able to swap my ticket for an earlier time, so in my hotel booking I requested an early arrival. Surprisingly when I arrived (a little after 11a) my room was ready and I was able to check in which was perfect. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean with no spots or stains (I have had to request new bedding a few times at other high-end hotels). The bathroom was very nice, plenty of towels and had a great view of the Empire State building. The associates at the front desk were extremely friendly and although I didn't need to bother them for much, I observed they were very pleasant with other guests. I would definitely stay here again as the hotel in general was nice and clean and it was located on an easily accessible street (for uber pickups) and plenty of restaurants and bars all within walking distance! Great stay!
