We’ve been to Hurghada many times, trying different places, and we’ve finally found the one that just feels right. The hotel is clean, welcoming, and the perfect size for families. The staff were kind, attentive, and always smiling, which made every day feel special. But what really made our trip unforgettable was the Fun Surf team at the surf school. Our son has surfed many times before, but this time was something completely different. Kareem was respectful, well-organized, and always went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly. Max, Marwan, and Mido brought constant good energy and laughter. Gamal was endlessly patient and encouraging. And Rysha… he was something else. He treated our son like his little brother, with kindness and genuine care, and that meant the world to us. Their warmth and enthusiasm even inspired us to try windsurfing for the first time, which we absolutely loved. They’re not just instructors; they’re wonderful people who make guests feel like family. Every single one of them turned our holiday into something special, and they’re the reason we’re already planning to come back next year with two other families. Unfortunately, we also witnessed something that left us very uncomfortable. We saw how Ateef, the manager, spoke to the instructors—often disrespectfully, even toward guests who preferred to learn with someone else. It was painful to see such talented and kind people treated that way. We don’t want to support an environment where staff are mistreated, especially when they are the heart and soul of the experience. We truly hope the hotel recognizes how valuable Kareem, Max, Marwan, Mido, Gamal, and especially Rysha are to their guests. They are the reason people return, and they deserve every bit of respect and appreciation for the amazing work they do.

I truly enjoyed my time at this hotel. The meals were always fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of choice for everyone. The entertainment program was excellent, with enthusiastic and talented animators who made each day fun and lively. The hotel is set in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff – always smiling and ready to help. It was a fantastic experience, and I would happily come back again!

The mini disco yesterday was excellent, especially with the multiple languages! The Georgian girl left our children in a magical world — they were so impressed with her dancing and the way she led the mini disco. Earlier, she did face painting with them, and they were so happy. Excellent choice in professional kids’ animation! We’re coming back and hope to find the same girl again. Thank you, Nino!

From the start to the end of my stay was an incredible experience. All of the staff very friendly, generous and welcoming. Also there was a variety of the food and they were freshly made and tasteful. The hotel itself was clean as well as the rooms. All over experience was 10 out of 10✨

Thad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options every day. The animations and activities were fantastic - the animators did an amazing job keeping everyone entertained and creating a great atmosphere. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to everything you might need. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday!
