Pearl was an interesting resort. The buffets were good. The steak was like rubber and the food at the sushi restaurant was pretty bad. Our room was infested with ants. The hot water did not work properly in the showers. The closet doors are very heavy and did not stay closed. You had to hike to find ice as there are no ice machines . The pier with the gazebo was in disrepair and closed down, and the beaches were choked out with seaweed. They did keep the pool very clean. The music at night was very old and dated, and it was quite boring. The actual talent part of the show was very good, but the nightclub is very small. . The service, however, was great and the staff was all friendly and they were working with what was available to them. they Invest some money in the resort as it is also dated. we were constantly asked to attend a one hour seminar, which was very annoying as we were there to relax and not be bothered.

It was a perfect weekend getaway. Fabulous service as you walk through the doors. Everyone was so welcoming, we were greeted by the guest service manager Daniel, who was very attentive. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Thank you to the chefs! Can't wait to visit again!

We were impressed with RM and decided to try Pearl, which exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional and our vacation was truly unforgettable. The playmakers had an ideal balance between entertainment and relaxation time. We appreciate the enthusiasm of Bella and Candice. Eddie and Juan B provided outstanding bartending services. During the hurricane, the team demonstrated remarkable resilience and mitigated its impact effectively. The storm preparation and cleanup crew did an outstanding job. Kudos to Desire Pearl for exceptional service!
