We have had the most amazing time during our stay. The staff is fabulous ! Attentive , helpful, always there to take care of you. Victor takes care of you at the pool along with his guys. The staff helped us pull off the best birthday dinner for my husband. Over the top service, fantastic display of food, very accommodating at every level. And they were happy to do it. Two chefs, Perla and Nico worked together to make the best appetizers, dinner and his favorite dessert. The waiter, Gerardo along with Eva and Antonio took great care of our 20 guests with ease. The bartenders, Pedro and Saul made sure the drinks were never empty. And all of this could not have come together without the help of Hector our butler and the hotel manager Laura. A huge shout out to all of these hardworking awesome people. Thank you. We will be back.

As the staff say in greeting you at the entrance, "welcome home". Pearl is like going home with many familiar faces. Staff is incredibly stable and it is amazing how they remember us with the huge number
of people they see between our visits. Always attentive and eager to please in any way they can. The rooms are clean, the property is spacious and tropical. For an adult vacation away from adult stresses, it is the perfect place. We don't leave the resort when visiting.
On the last visit I walked into a coffee table crossing through a dark room. The glass top smashed on the tile floor. In no time housekeeping had it cleaned up and a replacement table in place. The manager graciously and generously declined my offer to pay for it.
That is what "coming home" feels like at Pearl.

The very special attention given by the Play Makers enhanced my entire vacation. Felix was my all time favorite winning me over on a rainy day sitting with my laughing and playing cards. Rader, and Sam amazing as well they all remember you and the entertainment was memorable. The ladies were awesome as well. They all made us feel welcome great resort in every way highly recommend

The staff at Pearl are amazing! From the moment we showed up, our butlers Michelle and Carlos took care of everything from nightly dinner reservations, local places to eat in PM, and delivery of our daily 7am screwdrivers. We ate breakfast everyday at the mansion restaurant and our waiter Oliver knew exactly how I wanted everything everyday and gave us a daily Spanish lesson. The pool staff, Horacio and Victor. Made sure we got the cabana we wanted and would check in frequently to make sure everything was good. We are already planning our next trip here.

We have just spent the last 6 days at Desire Pearl for our 15 year wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it! It was our second stay at the hotel and the service, the restaurants, the entertainment and the overall experience was memorable! A special thanks to Miguel for all his help getting us the perfect spot around the jaccuzi, to the sommelier Martinez for the great wine at the erotic show and to Bella and Alejandra for their energy and fun spirit. Thank you all for the great experience and fun evenings we had. We will surely be back sometime next year.
