Rooms are great. Service has been great. Location is a little distant which means you only have the Skyliner and buses as options. And bus rides can be long.
Resort is nice. Very good for kids. Pools are super kid friendly. Service staff never complains.
For the price difference with the premium resorts, hard to recommend overall UNLESS you have small children.

This resort is amazing. The room we had was wonderful. Lion King family suite, so we each have our own beds. The art in the building and all over the resort is great. It is close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the skyliner being right there at the resort. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful with everything. Have been there before, and I will definitely be staying there again.

We love how the rooms have two bathrooms and enough beds for 6 people. These rooms are definitely perfect for our family of 5. The exterior is very nice with all the themes and characters. You'll spend some time exploring and taking pictures. The pools are also great when not spending time at the parks. I would definitely recommend for families with kids 12 and under.

This is a value resort. While I was thrilled it has sky liner access to some of the parks and the location is perfect for Disney, the rooms are TINY unless you get a suite. The Little Mermaid rooms are like a studio apartment. We went when it was cold/rainy in January so the condensation from the 1 window and door was soooo bad it leaked all over the floor each night and onto out belongings. The front desk staff were not great. I told them about the leaking window and door, and they did nothing. The best people there are the cleaning staff, they did a great job! The food in the restaurant inside the hotel is okay, however NOBODY, NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER, COOKING OR SERVING FOOD, HAD ON GLOVES OR A HAIRNET. This was during the Norovirus outbreak and I was terrified the whole time that we would get sick. I did not matter if we went for breakfast or dinner, no one wore gloves, they talk over the plates while handling the food, it was just really unsanitary. The price of the hotel at 130.00 a night for Disney was great. We took advantage of staying at a "Disney resort" but next time we visit I would pay more to stay at a nicer hotel. Also, be prepared to walk a ways if you stay in the Little Mermaid rooms, it's at the very back of the resort and it's a good mile or more for your bags, food, transportation, etc...

Location is awesome. Rooms are not very clean. The tubs in both bathrooms were clogged and took an hour to drain. Soap dispensers did not work. They never clean under the beds it was horrible. Overall for the price it was ok and easy access to all the parks.
