Disney’s Art of Animation Resort

First time staying at the resort, I loved seeing all the character statues, the magic never ends. The rooms are clean, water is strong. The only issue was the bed, it hurt my back. Other than that the location is perfect, shuttles are clean and on time. The skyline is also a plus. The staff is very friendly and the food is also good. I will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this resort to others.

Absolutely loved staying here! The resort is so awesomely designed and there's plenty to do and see. You get quite a workout depending on which building you are on. The room (little mermaid) was decorated so cute and themed well, they are just a little small and as with most hotels you hear everything. Service and staff was exceptional and location was perfect. We took the shuttles to all the parks and happened to catch the bus exactly as we walked up every time which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Wow. I'm so impressed with art of animation. It is such a fun and unique resort. Enjoyed the pool, great location and on the sky liner. Would highly recommend, especially for families. Bonus points for being pixie dusted by the resort and upgraded for free to a family suite.

This resort is amazing, especially for kids! It's beautiful and filled with fun characters. The restaurant and the front desk service are great. The only thing I haven't likes it that housekeeping service is quite slow. We waited 40 minutes for more toilet paper, and an hour for body wash (which was empty when we first arrived).

This was our first stay at a value resort. We normally stay at moderate resorts, but this was a last-minute trip. We stayed in The Little Mermaid section, which is the furthest from the main area, not that big of a deal because we are pretty fast walkers. Anyway, I have always wanted to stay here because of the large characters. The room was clean and nice and cool when we first arrived. It seemed to feel cool when you first came back each night, but after a while, it didn't feel as cool. Which was weird, but whatever, we didn't use housekeeping. I just picked up the room daily and threw my trash away in the trash cans outside. The room was a lot smaller than I realized, and I have read that you will notice the difference between value and moderate. I just didn't think it would feel that small. We did enjoy riding the skyliner to Epcot and HS, HS being the shorter ride. We didn't get a chance to use the pools or truly eat in the dining area, we did order pizza our first night, but that was it. Overall, I did enjoy exploring the resort and seeing all the different "lands" but I probably wouldn't stay here again, it has nothing to do with the resort or anything, I just prefer my moderate resorts more.
