Disney’s Art of Animation Resort

This is our third resort we've stayed at in Walt Disney World. The grounds are beautiful and so is the main building. The giant statues and figures throughout the grounds are so cool. The rooms are nice, but definitely felt much smaller than Pop Century or Caribbean Beach. We stayed in the Little Mermaid section and it was FAR from the front where you load buses. It really wasn't close to the skyline either, but much closer than to the front. The food was excellent and the gift shop was super.

Loved the resort the grounds, pool were great! The staff were friendly , no carpet in the rooms, the food was tasty with a good variety of choices for all meals. The dining plan was definitely worth it!! The blankets on the beds were subpar though like hospital blankets , thin and rough. Rooms were clean though . Overall a 8 and a half out of 10

We arrived for a weeklong family vacation and were greeted by friendly staff. They provided us with a room key for each person and helped us set up magic bands for our children (highly recommend!). The TVs in our room greeted us with a personalized message. The children LOVED it! The quick service food was ok. Nothing amazing however we were fans of the pizza and the souvenir travel mug that we could refill for the duration of our visit. Room service was kind and prompt when we asked for more blankets. The shop had a lot of variety and the staff was always friendly and provided recommendations. It was great to be able to order food and pick it up from bell service! Our room was the perfect size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). There were, however, some bugs. Little bugs by the sink (found on cleaned cups) and in the bathroom. The pools were nice. However surface was very gritty/rocky. One child cut by it and an others swim top was ripped. Overall, a great time and location.

We had a wonderful stay. Even though our daughter was only 16 months old, she had a lot of fun. The pool is great, and the water toys and fountains are perfect for toddlers. The room was very neat and well-equipped. The bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything was very clean. The food in the hotel is of high quality despite the "canteen look," and everything tasted very good. In general, food and drinks are very expensive, but considering that you are living in your own world, it is acceptable. Thanks to the skyline, we were able to explore all of Disney World and experience a lot without entering the parks. What really stands out is the excellent service. All the staff, whether at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pool bar, or the gardeners, were very friendly and always helpful. We had a wonderful time.

My room was so great my daughter loves it. But the cleaners never cleaned our room even though we told them to clean it. We always has to ask the front office for towels. We kept complaining to clean the room but they never came until we called them yet again. On the LAST day the cleaner came to clean our room. We slept for 6 nights the cleaner never changed the bed sheets at all. Except for that everything was good and the other service people were good 👍 And we enjoyed it.
