A magical family adventure awaits at Disney's Beach Club Resort, a 5-star haven of fun, entertainment and leisure in sun-kissed Florida. The pros: 1. The location is great, easy walk to epcot, quick boat ride to hollywood studios and shuttles to magic kingdom. 2. The club level is superb and the service excellent. Its definitely serviceable for breakfast and dinner and snacks all day. 3. The ambience of the hotel is nice and feels like a beach club hotel. 4. The maid service is excellent, they definitely deserve a shoutout The negatives: 1. The hotel is far to expensive for what you get particularly when your being charged full price and the main pool attraction is shut down for construction 2. Its pretty noisy in the room with a constant high pitched ringing sound, and one evening guys were doing construction on the roof at 3 am which was absurd. To be fair management contacted us the next day and did make It right 3. While the staff is friendly they are generally completely reliant on the disney app, they are unable to extend any assistance to you outside of what you can do yourself on the app 4. The food is generally terrible and over priced. Club level food was decent, however, ale and compass was terrible and the cape may cafe was boderline OK.

Went on a business trip. Overall enjoyed my stay minus a few things. What I loved- 1. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. 2. Loved that there was steamer available in the room. 3. Balcony was nice, although my view wasn’t much 4. Cast members were all fabulous What I didn’t love- 1. There was hot water maintenance that resulted in me waiting 5-10 minutes for the very brown water (shower) to run clear. 2. My work trip was over a race weekend and I was woken up by the race noise (loud speaker/music) before 6am two days in a row. 3. Market at Beach Club only has drip coffee. Walked to yacht club to get latte (noting there is a Kuerig on room). 4. No room service available and only breakfast restaurant is a character buffet (reservations highly recommended).

The Beach Club does not live up to Disney standards anymore. We have been visiting since the 1990s. My children have the fondest memories here. But, seriously it totally needs a major renovation. The toilets are leaking, it has been painted way too many times, and the wall paper is falling down. Seriously we need to do better. Last year we stayed at a different resort but as I said my children have the fondest memories here. I can honestly say I won’t stay here again. On another note the food was still good and housekeeping is great. Plus they are redoing the pool and it is a real draw just not enough for me!

Only a 10 minute walk to Epcot and a 25 minute walk to Hollywood, the location here is unbeatable. A skyliner or boat can also be taken to Hollywood- each about a 15 minute trip. We stayed in a villa studio via David's Vacation Rental and it was big enough for our family of 5 with sleeping arrangements for all. It isn't a huge room, but all we did was sleep here. A nice little pull out under the TV made for a single bed. The big pool was down for renovation but our family used the Dunes pool and it was great. All amenities are an easy walk away. Heard great things about Beaches N Cream but we could not snag a reservation- although we did use their walk-out window for ice cream. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this resort. We could only afford to stay here because of hoarded Disney points, but we thoroughly enjoyed the nights!! Especially the ability to walk a short distance into Epcot. The perk of water park onbthe day you checked helped a lot as the resorts water feature was under construction.
