Only a 10 minute walk to Epcot and a 25 minute walk to Hollywood, the location here is unbeatable. A skyliner or boat can also be taken to Hollywood- each about a 15 minute trip.
We stayed in a villa studio via David's Vacation Rental and it was big enough for our family of 5 with sleeping arrangements for all. It isn't a huge room, but all we did was sleep here. A nice little pull out under the TV made for a single bed. The big pool was down for renovation but our family used the Dunes pool and it was great. All amenities are an easy walk away. Heard great things about Beaches N Cream but we could not snag a reservation- although we did use their walk-out window for ice cream.
We would definitely stay here again.

The Beach Club is very nice. The staff is incredible as expected at Disney but I felt the beach club staff really went above and beyond. They were helpful and easy to work with. We were there when Hurricane Milton hit in 2024 and decided to evacuate. Although our room couldn't be refunded, the staff offered advice on evacuation routes, safety tips, and tried to help us however they could. The property is stunning and the pool is amazing. The only complain I have is the size and distance to rooms. The walk through the hotel was VERY long. They make up for the long walk to the rooms by being so close to EPCOT and offering very fast transportation. A must stay property if you enjoy Disney hotels.

1, Staff couldn't be any better! 2. Best pool for little kids anywhere in Orlando! That's the best part, now for the other side. Having a hotel with no real restaurant to use, is unacceptable! I understand special use, but not every meal, every day! No coffee until 7 am is horrible, no I'm not using he germ breeder in the room. Please is nice, but getting a little run down, needs paint/cleaned at placed, just not used to seeing that at Disney. I would NOT stay at this location again in the future.

Beautiful place, excellent location to walk to Epcot. Cape mays was yummy for breakfast and so much fun with the characters. It was just me and my elderly mom, she wanted to see Minnie mouse ..she had fun. U don't have to be a kid to have a character breakfast.

Beaches and Cream restaurant is located in the Beach and Yacht Club Resort at Disney World. We have visited here often, but this is the first time we had enough people to order the "kitchen sink." It is an amazing delicious dessert that is worth every penny. We had 7 people and still did not finish it. If you get the chance, definitely order the kitchen sink.
