The Beach Club is very nice. The staff is incredible as expected at Disney but I felt the beach club staff really went above and beyond. They were helpful and easy to work with. We were there when Hurricane Milton hit in 2024 and decided to evacuate. Although our room couldn't be refunded, the staff offered advice on evacuation routes, safety tips, and tried to help us however they could. The property is stunning and the pool is amazing. The only complain I have is the size and distance to rooms. The walk through the hotel was VERY long. They make up for the long walk to the rooms by being so close to EPCOT and offering very fast transportation. A must stay property if you enjoy Disney hotels.

1, Staff couldn't be any better! 2. Best pool for little kids anywhere in Orlando! That's the best part, now for the other side. Having a hotel with no real restaurant to use, is unacceptable! I understand special use, but not every meal, every day! No coffee until 7 am is horrible, no I'm not using he germ breeder in the room. Please is nice, but getting a little run down, needs paint/cleaned at placed, just not used to seeing that at Disney. I would NOT stay at this location again in the future.

Great location! Walk into epcot countries and the boardwalk. Short boat to Hollywood studios. Buses came promptly to other parks. Very helpful staff. Character breakfast downstairs was easy and delicious. Good pools. Make sure you let them clean the room daily or they have to do a "safety check" (i was very taken aback until it was explained). Very nice overall.

Great Experience!
We all had a wonderful time. A bed type chair would be useful (for the one who did not want to sleep with Mama or Nana), but all in all, most of us were comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and Everything was clean and well kept.

I cannot imagine how a Disney hotel could be any better than the Beach Club. The whole area is pristine with beautiful architecture and views and decor. The pool is undoubtedly the best pool in Orlando. It has SAND on the bottom of the pool, a water slide, lazy river, hot tubs, servers to bring you adult beverages and food (!!!!).
Then there’s the location. Walk to the Gondola. Ride the boats to… anywhere on property. We saw the Epcot Ball from our room and watched the fireworks from the very well timed Gondola ride at night. Across the pond is a nightclub and dueling piano bar that can be easily accessed on foot.
If you have the opportunity to stay at the Beach Club, don’t hesitate and enjoy your vacation!
