The resorts location is great. Close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.. The rooms are okay. The beds are great, have lots of storage, and have nice bathrooms. They are noisy, though. You hear every noise. Talking in the hall goes right through the walls. There is no cafeteria for food, just a market. The lounge isn't that good either.

This trip was a bit of a downer for the Yacht Club. Usually, in the past, everything has been fantastic. This time was not that. I feel like we were in a neglected area of the Yacht Club. Paint chipping and peeling off room numbers, our AC went out several times and was pumping straight heat, and then we lost electricity one night as well. In addition, they were remodeling the pool which is such a key feature for this hotel. I understand that things need upkeep, it was just a bummer it was closed.

NOT a quiet resort so if you plan on coming here for relaxation or work, maybe reconsider. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything going on at all times unless you ask the front desk for a fan to drown out the noise. They also have boats honking their horns every 5 minutes to announce their docking but it’s super loud. Construction is going on currently (as of March 8 2025) so there are constant drill noises. Besides for them vacuuming rooms at 5:30 in the morning, this is a super luxurious resort with outstanding staff and restaurants all around.

I will be 64 years old this May, and I have been going to Disney every year from 1971 when there was only the Magic Kingdom, Polynesian, Contemporary Hotels, and Fort Wilderness Campground with River Country. I have grown up with this destination/organization and have stayed at just about every hotel I have access to...by far, Yacht Club is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! Love, Love, Love this hotel property....trying to work on another trip there in October!

Poolside bartender / pizza chef = A++, fast, pleasant, and professional. All you can eat buffet was excellent. Our hostess, Destiny, was just as competent and efficient. Prices pretty reasonable with many options. Why choose, when you can try them all ???
