Was very excited to come to this resort I checked and March 7 through March 10. Originally booking, I did not know that this was a timeshare place. I was suckered into taking a timeshare tour that was said it was only 90 minutes long once the 90 minutes was up The tour guide gentleman would not stop telling me about this place keep going on and on I wasted five hours with this gentleman now originally planned I was supposed to be laying out by the pool hanging out 90 minutes to see what the resort was about wasn’t too bad. I lost my whole day that I booked with family and friends that we could’ve been by the pool we only got to enjoy this resort for a day and a half. I have called customer service and gotten transferred 2 to 3 different places. I don’t think this is fair and it’s very misleading. I would like to be compensated for one day to enjoy at this resort, I do not believe this is fair each time I kept telling this gentleman more than three times for us to leave. He kept rambling on and saying oh the paperwork would be just a few more minutes lies. For someone that was not interested in taking a timeshare tour and for holiday and lying that it’s only 90 minutes. Shame on you.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. The location is perfect—just minutes away from SeaWorld and other top Orlando attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a screened-in porch that was perfect for unwinding. The resort itself is incredible, with multiple heated pools, a lazy river, mini-golf, and great on-site dining options. There was never a dull moment, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure my stay was enjoyable. The only small downside was the timeshare pitch, but a polite decline was enough, and it didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, this resort is amazing. Whether you're there for the parks, relaxation, or both, it has everything you need. I can’t wait to go back!

We just stayed here this weekend and didn’t want to leave! The resort is enormous and very well-kept with so much to do that we didn’t have time to explore half of the amenities! We stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa that was our own little slice of paradise. Hands down the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in with so much space! The full kitchen has everything you need to make meals and enjoy time with family. It even has a washer and dryer for laundry. Dive brand toiletries and plenty of clean towels. Make sure to bring the striped ones to one of the 3 pools…all heated! Holiday Inn Orange Lake is a luxury resort at a fraction of the cost. Wonderful and friendly staff too! Convenient location right off the highway and just a few min drive to more fun and restaurants. Hopefully we can stay longer next time!

Excellent experience! This place is enormous and very convenient to stay in Orlando, the apartment-homes have everything you need to have a very relaxing vacation. My wife and I stayed for just a day, and we both wanted to come back to enjoy this a little bit longer. I got to tell you that customer service is one of the best, so we'll be back pretty soon. We have stayed here before and I’ve had a great experience previously. The last time I stayed here in December, we were checked in late in the evening. We had a room that had no air conditioning or air flowing. When I called maintenance, they told me that they would send somebody. So I waited up for two hours before I fell asleep. They never offered to switch us rooms and when I called back, I found out that they had had an open ticket on this room from the Guest prior to us showing up. The service attendant Sounded confused as if we shouldn’t have been placed in that room. When I called the head of maintenance all they gave us was $50 off our next day at that resort specifically. I was incredibly disappointed with IHG and expected more from them. At least giving us $50 back on our credit card for the stay. But they didn’t even do that. We had to fight for $50 off our next day at that location. There had been many times on other trips that things didn’t work properly and we let them slip. But it was disrespectful how the interaction was with the head of maintenance in my family. I would not recommend you staying there unless you stayed in a villa, if you’re staying in the hotel, it seems like they don’t actually care.
