Overall excellent resort! Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very cozy beds! Amazing pools. Kids enjoyed the arcade and bowling! Only negative is the food. Expected more of a fresh theme focusing on smoothies, fresh lemonade, seafood, orange crush (emphasizing Florida oranges) and overall more of a variety. That said, we will be back!

The property overall is very nice. Let me list why I didn't give them 5 stars. 1. We had the 2BR/2BA Villa. Our room was really nice BUT there were worms coming through the front door. It was disgusting....the rain of course made it worse. Our walkway was infested with worms. So we had to put towels to cover the front door gap. My kids were terrified because their room was right by the front door. Definitely request to be in the building or a villa not on the 1st floor. 2. The food was good but over priced and they automatically include 18% gratuity no matter the number in the party. 3. They have a lazy river that's literally lazy. It barely moves you. Then you have to pay $9 per tube. They give you an option to partake in all of water activities for $20 per person for 2 days or $50 per person for 5 days. One good thing I purchased the package for 4 of us but it rained the 1st day so the activities were canceled. I requested a refund because of that and they willingly refunded me because I didn't redeem it. So check the weather before you redeem or purchase. 4. They ask you to go on a "owners" tour of the property. They say it will only be 90 minutes. It was 3 HOURS. I missed Bingo which was my plan for the morning. I chose 8am for the tour and didn't leave until 11:07 and Bingo started at 11:00. They promise you a $200 gift card. Then you find out it can only used for food and drinks at THE Resort Only. Overall a nice time, the kids had fun and there are plenty of activities so you don't need to leave the resort. Definitely bring extra money.

This place in a hidden gem. What a great property. Well maintained and so many things to do on property. Our only real issue was at check in with the man trying to book property tours. He was very rude once we said we did not want to tour .we tried to ask were our room was , on what side ?He gave us our parking pass and said that's all you need. Very rude , we had not even looked at our room or looked around.bit would better better to maybe state ....take a look at your room , enjoy the pool , if you would like to take a tour , please come back and see me ?? Very disappointed with his attitude. The king girl checking us in was lovely and we will return , but ask to avoid the sales //tour pitch.

When checked in unit was smaller than they said. Wanted to charge me $600 more for room they said could have. Checked in told me room number not location of room. Mad when asked where was. Big place to just say 2052. Room was dirty had to mop floor when first got there. Bathroom sink had hair in. Towels had makeup on and had to be washed. Living room curtain screws falling out of curtain rod. Curtain Rod was falling from ceiling on one end. Front porch light falling down. Toilet lid didn't fit toilet. Hole in wall. Paint all over dining room chair. Told several people there and no one cared. When leaving had trouble getting receipt for stay. Followed there check out instructions and still issues. Took 3 phone calls to get a receipt. No one there cared about anything. Would not recommend.

This is our preferred vacation out of all the resorts Holiday Inn offers. Highly recommended. However, we are giving a 1 star review this time. Not because of the resort but the stupid owners review we hesitantly accepted. Beware of owners update meeting. We advised we just wanted to know of the changes being a member. But when we spoke to salesman he informed us we can log into website and find out for ourselves. Then offered a package to upgrade to double our points when in reality it was just a method of using our points that we can double our points usage. It's all a lie and deceiving sales tactic. After we spent a hours with the fellow and was in process of purchasing the extra points that's when we realized the trick they were pulling. Unless you are seriously considering purchasing more points at list price from the resort directly (we saved over $30k buying from Timeshare Resale) I highly discourage anyone wasting their time going to these member update meetings. Even with the $120 in cash they offer for the supposedly 60 minute chat, not worth ruining your day attending such a waste of time event. Remember we lost 5 hours and they did not want to credit any club points for the waste of time. So this time they earned the 1 star review for disturbing our peace at resort.
