Had the worst vacation experience of my life at this resort. They screwed up my reservation cutting it a day short even though I paid for all six days. After talking to quest services for 3 days at least two hours a day they finally told me they fixed it and we were able to stay the 5th night. I got greeted by a know on the door the next morning saying I needed to vacate the room in 20 minutes because they had someone else coming into the unit. I finally just went and paid another $248 to stay one more day. No one acted like they gave a crap about my issue. We were also supposed to be in the West village by our friends and instead they put us in East Village. We had dinner twice at the resort, both times we had to send a meal back because it was over cooked. The staff at quest services and check in were rude. You couldn't pay me to come back to this resort.

The room and kitchen are not renovated so it has an old feel to it. The property is good with nice pools lazy river etc. The restaurants are not bad either. Very close to Disney world but will have to drive a little for Universal Studios. If u r buying park tickets from them be very careful listen carefully. They told us Volcano Bay tickets were free. But they forgot to mention that Volcano Bay is closed for some days in a week. So even through we got tickets we could not go. We were also told that early entry tickets are good for both Universal parks. They forgot to mention that we should check in advance as Universal Studio did not have early entry.

You could spend a week in Orlando, with kids, and never leave this place. Overloaded with activities at each village(there's 4). The jerk chicken pasta at Breezes in the West Village was delicious. Not just for a "beach bar", actually delicious. Bartender Kyle and Guest service associate Carlton were so much fun(sang Mariah Carey with me at check-in!) Golf course was pristine and the timing was spread apart well. No groups on top of each other. Loved that. Cashless, only thing I wish I knew ahead of time but that's most likely my oversight. Never was able to fit in the jet skis or driving range, will definitely be back. BRAVO.

Overall, I want to recognize all those individuals, departments, etc., that made my husband's and my stay here an exceptional stay. Doing so would take a long time to acknowledge all of them. Given this, I want to focus on one department in particular. My husband and I live here in Kissimmee and stay at the resort while our home has much needed work done, so we have been here for about 2-1/2 weeks. Joseph, the Director of Transportation and certain hand-picked drivers, has made my husbands transportation to and from various destinations on the resort safe and worry free. My husband has been in a wheelchair for some time. Due to his medical condition, he has had to give up his independence of driving. Going on an ADA shuttle was initially a challenge for my husband since he had never been on a shuttle before since I am his sole mode of transportation. Joseph saw this challenge of my husband's as an opportunity and personally spoke to my husband about the professionalism of he and his drivers and that they are qualified and knowledgeable in ADA compliant guidelines. Joseph informed my husband and myself that all of his rides would be done professionally and with care. Joseph was honest to his word and followed up with us to see what more he could do to make his transportation needs any better. I would like Joseph to provide the names of the drivers that drove my husband and publicly acknowledge them. I know of some names but am hesitant to mention some only to not mention all. I know that the staff have a point system for acknowledgment by administration. I ask that all identified staff/ drivers receive the MAXIMUM number of points available! I now have the names of the drivers... The drivers' names are Miguel, Bill, Dawn, Vandy, Margarita, Paula, and Noel. In order to have an effective team, there has to be an exceptional director. Joseph, you are an exceptional director. I don't see how you are on a day to day basis, but in the public eye, you are an A+. You made both my husband and myself Feel comfortable in your abilities. We understand how frustrating and overwhelming this experience can be. This was a decision that led to endless challenges. Their sales presentations can be misleading, trapping you in a contract that seems impossible to escape—even after paying off any loans. The constant increase in fees can feel like a lifelong burden. We urge you to protect yourself and stay away from this company. You deserve better.
