My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary with a delightful three-night stay and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the resort’s lush, sprawling grounds and elegant ambiance set the perfect tone for a romantic getaway. The meticulously maintained golf course and charming mini-golf. Our room was a haven of comfort, made even more special by the thoughtful anniversary surprise awaiting us—a chilled bottle of champagne and decadent chocolates. This sweet gesture truly touched my wife’s heart and made our celebration feel uniquely personal. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality elevated every moment of our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering an impressive array of fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. From made-to-order omelets to vibrant fruit displays, it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate. We found ourselves looking forward to it each morning. For quick bites, the deli mart was a convenient gem, stocked with delicious grab-and-go options that never disappointed. The resort’s amenities were equally impressive. The lap pool and adult jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, especially under the stars at night, where the serene atmosphere felt like pure magic. We also dined at Trevor’s restaurant, and the experience was phenomenal—flavorful dishes, impeccable service, and an inviting ambiance that made our anniversary dinner unforgettable.

Our stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Edward at guest services greeted us immediately and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — a perfect start to our visit. Raymond at the front desk was equally impressive, upgrading our experience and ensuring everything was smooth and comfortable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out. Poolside, we were taken care of by Lizbeth, who was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were completely relaxed and refreshed. Later, we had the pleasure of being served by Jesus at Eagle’s Edge — he was outstanding and attentive This resort knows how to take care of its guests. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

While the common spaces of this Omni are all very nice the rooms did not quite match. They could use a refresh and I didn't find my room to be very clean. The bathroom could have used a better scrubbing, I noticed mold in the shower and the toilet tank was funky on the outside. The shower curtain was also dirty. The curtains by the balcony also had a lot of dust bunnies. The pools and amenities are gorgeous, this is a great place if you have young children. My family traveled here with me recently for a conference and my kids could not have been happier. I also had a chance to visit the spa and it was very nice. The staff, especially the conference staff we worked with were very accommodating and everyone was very friendly. The deli was great to have on site too for a quick bite to eat.

This place is like Fort Knox when it comes to if you don’t have a room card or an armband, you don’t get anywhere in this hotel. That’s very nice especially when you’re paying that kind of money to stay somewhere so very tight security rooms were nice. Food was excellent, the pool bar and the atmosphere was definitely fun and exciting. You could either valet Park or self Park both were rather expensive. I think that should be included in the price of the room other than that. Nothing bad to say. Great place

This is a very next resort. Staff was extremely helpful all the time and with all events. Pools were clean and welcoming. Elevators are super fast. Rooms were cleaned early every morning and everyday. Some hotels are only cleaning every other day and charging you the same price. Restaurant were all great and very fast and great service. Pool bar service was exceptional. AC in rooms and the whole resort was fantastic but it worked so good I got sick. Parking was not an issue but a little pricey. Golf was great. The resort you can tell it’s a little outdated but well maintained. Just a few worn stuff throughout the hotel but very well maintained. Grounds were impeccable and very well maintained. I can’t say it enough staff all around were very helpful and respectful. Fantastic resort. The resort has an adult pool, lazy river, kid pool and basketball courts and of course Golf.
