We love how the rooms have two bathrooms and enough beds for 6 people. These rooms are definitely perfect for our family of 5. The exterior is very nice with all the themes and characters. You'll spend some time exploring and taking pictures. The pools are also great when not spending time at the parks. I would definitely recommend for families with kids 12 and under.

Checked in and immediately checked out after seeing the room in person. If you're looking for that vintage 1970's motel feel, then you're at the right place. From a curtain hiding the bathroom area, cheap linoleum flooring to flimsy plastic patio chairs inside... it was clear that the emphasis on character themes far outweigh the standards for quality. The front desk manager was very nice and helpful in getting us moved to a different resort. We normally only stay at "deluxe" resorts, but decided to give a "value" resort a try. Never again. It's not worth $200/night... I wouldn't even stay at this dump for free.

I want to be fair here, so I'll start with the positives. The check in and out was smooth and there were plenty of staff manning the front desk area throughout our stay. Our t.v in the room broke the first day, we reported it the next day, but no one came to fix it during the next 3 days. The housekeeping brought extra towels and blankets as requested and the location was convenient to get to the parks. Now, the negatives. The restaurant had pretty pricey items like $5 pack of 10 grapes and the staff there moved like sloths. It was very disappointing to get a hot plate and then have it cold by the time you got through the register line to eat. That service was horrible. The room was fine, the transportation was fine, the atmosphere was family friendly. The restaurant needs real help. For the price of the resort, the experience didn't match. Next time I would pick a different resort.

Great place to stay if you have little ones. Fun atmosphere and they held a good deal of events to keep people busy on resort days. However, the Little Mermaid rooms were a pretty lengthy walk from the skyline and lobby.

I wanted the little mermaid as she's one of my favorites, but those rooms are in the very back. When you have a disability it's hard to get to, especially when you don't have a scooter. They also are tiny. My scooter couldn't fit in, and we couldnt fit it in , which once was made for less room. But whatever, we made it work. Also, from our room we were able to see the fireworks from MK. Shout out to some of the management who helped us on the last day. They were amazing.
