If the Hilton app had given any clue to this being such a terrible tourist trap I would have never stayed at this location. All customers are allowed to blast music that is more than audible in the rooms at all hours in the night coming from inside the hotel and at the pool. For those that this may matter for, they put a $50 per day hold on your card for incidentals and do not tell you this until you are at the check in desk. If you need anything from the front desk be prepared to wait in a larger than normal check in line no matter what time you go downstairs(sometimes 20 minutes or more wait even at non check-in hours). Some of you may write this off as a tangent, but if you value your time or better yet sleep do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are better Hilton hotels within even 2 miles.

Free scheduled shuttles to universal or 15 minutes walk. Room are basic with no walk in showers. The view looking out at universal is decent. Overall good hotel with multiple good restaurants on site, pool, hot tub, arcade. Restaurant in walking distance. I didn’t like paying for parking and paying to charge up my Tesla. It’s like paying parking twice. twice the price as a public super charger and charges 4 times slower.

During our recent stay, we had the immense privilege of encountering chef Darrell Puckett who went far beyond his duties to make my sister’s birthday unforgettable. It was an emotional celebration, as our late father, who was also a chef, always made birthdays magical. This chef made us feel like he was sent from heaven to take care of us, just as our dad once did. When he heard it was my sister's special day, he immediately sprang into action, showering us with kindness and generosity. Not only did he surprise her with a beautifully decorated cake, but he also brought it out himself, singing to her with such joy and sincerity that it brought tears to our eyes. To make things even more special, he treated us to freshly made pizza and kept us comfortable and cared for by ensuring we had plenty of water and everything else we needed. His thoughtfulness, warm spirit, and attention to detail made us feel like family. My sister couldn’t stop smiling, and we couldn’t stop marveling at how much his kindness mirrored the love our dad always showed us on these occasions. He truly turned an already special day into a deeply meaningful one, and for that, we will forever be grateful. This chef isn’t just great at his craft—he’s a remarkable human being who made our stay unforgettable. I hope this gets back to him and his boss. He deserves to know what a special person he is. He will be back to see him soon!!

The hotel was great the rooms were clean and the buffet was really good. I would like to thank Miss Linda at the front desk for making me and my kids feel so welcomed and being so helpful. She is phenomenal has great customer service and is very kind. I will be staying here again when we come back to Orlando.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The custodial staff began cleaning around 8 AM, which wouldn’t be a problem, but the cleaner made an excessive amount of noise. She constantly let the door slam as she went in and out for cleaning supplies, completely ruining our sleep. We had informed the cleaner that we didn’t need room service and please be more gentle with the door. However, about 20 minutes later, another staff member knocked on our door. Without giving us any time to respond, he opened the door. Fortunately, I was dressed, but it was a frightening and unacceptable experience. While we didn’t have the “Do Not Disturb” sign out, that doesn’t justify someone barging in the moment after knocking. When we spoke to the front desk manager about the situation, his attitude was arrogant and dismissive. Both my companion and I work in retail, so we recognized right away that this issue wouldn’t be escalated properly based on the manager’s indifference. He simply said they would “investigate” and let us know later. Initially, we planned to stay for three nights, but after this experience, we decided to check out after just one night. The resolution offered was a full refund for the remaining two nights and 5,000 Hilton reward points. As we were checking out, we overheard another guest complaining about a flooded room and requesting a room change. Shockingly, we saw the customer service representative roll her eyes before turning to the manager’s office. This kind of unprofessional behavior was truly disgraceful. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location to Universal. Other than that, the hotel itself is old and has zero welcoming customer service. I can’t think of a single reason to recommend staying here. Absolutely disappointing.
