I spent two nights staying at the hotel. The actual building seems new and well maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and had everything that you might need for your stay.
There's a Starbucks right across the lobby inside the building, a small gift shop, and other restaurants and food facilities in case you need to grab a quick bite to eat. Additionally, there are both Avis and Universal Resort counters where you can book a car and/or park tickets within the lobby.
The hotel staff was GREAT, specially Cynthia who was really nice during the check-in and helped us out with some packages that were sent before our arrival to the hotel and got initially lost in the storage room. Also, part of the staff speak both English and Spanish if needed.
As for the location, the hotel is great for couples and families willing to go to any park. Universal is a 20-minute walk if needed or a quick 5-min drive, and Disney isn't too far away either as the freeway is really close.
The International Dr. Premium Outlet is also right across the freeway, and it's also a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
We'd definitely stay again if we go back to Orlando for sure!

Loved every part about this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were always friendly and awesome. The breakfast buffet was on the expensive side, but was well worth it; Vinny went above and beyond for my family. They truly value loyalty.
Parking is about $30 a night, and the hotel room keys were not working like they were supposed to. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

A Disappointing Stay at Hilton
As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I’ve come to expect a certain standard of hospitality and service from the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience was profoundly disappointing, and I feel compelled to warn others who might be considering a stay here.
The check-in process was an absolute nightmare. After enduring a 21-hour flight, I had hoped for some basic understanding and flexibility, as I had pre-requested an earlier check-in. Despite our room being ready, the receptionist, Pamela, flatly refused to accommodate us unless we paid an additional $75. Her lack of empathy was shocking, especially given that I was traveling with a young child. Seeing us visibly exhausted and struggling, she still refused any assistance, forcing us to sit in the lobby from 9 a.m. until the standard 4 p.m. check-in time.
The issues didn’t end there. On the night before our departure, my son fell ill. I made six calls to the reception desk in an attempt to get help, but not one of my calls was answered. This lack of basic responsiveness in an emergency is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s service standards.
Pamela, in particular, stood out as one of the rudest and most unprofessional hotel staff members I have ever encountered. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist left a lasting negative impression. It’s baffling that Hilton would employ someone so unsuitable for a guest-facing role, let alone allow her to represent the brand.
This experience was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. For a hotel to fail so completely in both basic courtesy and responsiveness is inexcusable. I would give this hotel a negative rating if possible, and I urge others to think twice before staying here. Hilton needs to seriously reevaluate its staff training and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Over an hour to check in... Room still not ready at 5pm. Staff very dismissive with zero empathy.
Stayed here 10+ times. Sad that one time can really ruin perception.
Update - Alex, the manager, gave zero time to have a conversation.
I will wait to upload the full review, with photos and other means for proof, to backup what may be the worst experience in a hotel I've experienced. I have now also called 11 times to speak to front desk as I've left a phone charger in room... I have the recordings of staff picking the phone up, me hearing background noise and then hanging up.
The messaging in app in unresponsive as well.
We'll be picking bags up here soon and will attempt to have a conversation with someone who will hopefully do something other than turn the other way.
I really just want someone to talk to so we can figure out how to proceed.

If the Hilton app had given any clue to this being such a terrible tourist trap I would have never stayed at this location. All customers are allowed to blast music that is more than audible in the rooms at all hours in the night coming from inside the hotel and at the pool. For those that this may matter for, they put a $50 per day hold on your card for incidentals and do not tell you this until you are at the check in desk. If you need anything from the front desk be prepared to wait in a larger than normal check in line no matter what time you go downstairs(sometimes 20 minutes or more wait even at non check-in hours). Some of you may write this off as a tangent, but if you value your time or better yet sleep do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are better Hilton hotels within even 2 miles.
