From the moment my family and I walked in, service was welcoming immediately. Nothing but Professionalism. Julie, the bartender, was efficient and very informative in regard to all Disney parks. Rooms were well maintained. Dulce, housekeeper, was very respectful and made sure our room was up to date. Great hotel, we will visit again.

I haven't stayed yet. It is upcoming in October. I did encounter some issues with linking my stay to My Disney Experience account. I called the hotel and was assisted by an amazing person, George. He was patient, went the extra mile to assist in resolving my issue, a consummate host and team member. Well done, George. I truly appreciate your help.

I travel a lot for work, spending most of my time in hotels vs being at home. I’m usually away for months at a time and this was no exception. I got a week off for my sisters 30th and managed to come home but with her birthday I decided to get a hotel for us, right in the Disney Springs area. Mohammad, the front office director, gave us a lovely upgraded room with my Hilton Honors! We checked out of 631 this morning, after some delicious Mickey Waffles. I had a slight issue with housekeeping but he graciously took action and handled it with the utmost care! Olga, at Evergreen Cafe was a sweetheart! The rooms are very spacious, clean & the service is magical. The shuttle to the parks was easy and very convenient. We ended up taking an Uber back to the hotel though, only because of the intense storm last night. This was the perfect combination of Hilton Honors standards and Disney Magic. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking for something inexpensive within Disney, and you have a decent size family, well here’s an option. Not the prettiest of properties (something they can upgrade in the future), but I’d definitely recommend especially if you’re putting money in Disney, and you won’t use much the hotel amenities. There are complimentary shuttles to all 4 Disney parks. We walked to Disney Springs, took about 10 minutes with a stroller. Don’t forget those cookies!!

Stayed five nights in early July. Great location, rooms are spacious for our family. It's a nice property. The issue deals with room upkeep and property response. After the first night of our stay, the room began to reek like sewage or mold in the kitchen area. We asked a maintenance man who was in our room for another issue to look at it. He didn't and only responded with "ask the desk to move you." The next day, we contacted the front desk who said that they could send someone up to look at it or they could move us if there was space. Rather than send maintenance, they sent housekeeping who bleached and wiped down the area, but the smell remained. In short, there was no attempt to fix the source of the issue. Moving was not an option for us for two reasons. First, we were traveling with an infant who had multiple items that would need to be moved along with our two teenagers. Second, having looked at the hotel website, we knew that the hotel had few or no remaining suite rooms that were bookable. Ultimately, we decided that the issue was livable but that we would post a review when we got home. As I was checking out, the representative at the front desk (Isabel? I can't recall the name) asked how our stay was, and I raised the issue that we had. She assured us that she would comp us two nights of parking and that I would see the refund on my card. This was enough for us to say that the hotel did the right thing and that we wouldn't leave a review like this one. However, it has now been a month and this parking compensation has yet to materialize. The long and short is that this is a good hotel if you get a good room and if the staff follow up on issues during your stay and follow through with promises that they make you to ameliorate issues that they may be unable to fix.
