Amazing resort. The people who work here were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and we had the view of the pool. The food here is very good since they have a variety of restaurants. The only thing is the alcohol is not very strong. I liked how they have so many things to do in the resort and you can’t get bored. Overall, I had a nice stay.

I would not recommend this resort to anyone. Our family stayed 5 nights as a preferred but except having butler who was somewhat helpful, nothing else was worth it. The resort itself was nice, not too crowded but the room has cockroaches and insects. We spotted more than 10. I told my butler about it and he had someone spray the bathroom, but we still spotted about 5, after the spray. Overall service was worse than expected. Staff were not really friendly, very slow and will bring wrong order. Staff was not knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, that they would just say "I don't know" like nothing. Food was just okay, the taste and quality was not as expected. Buffet didn't have many choices, it is a small one. No noise canceling anywhere. We could hear people opening, closing the door very loud, flushing the toilet, sink water running, even walking. Couldn't sleep well at night. Came back home very exhausted.

Great hotel, we stayed in the new preferred section, it was very nice! The room was amazing! It is far from the beach though and the activities pool, they could have more things to do over here. Night entertainment was great, just need more during the day. Nelson M was an amazing waiter at the pizzeria and on a roll restaurant. He knew after one time the drinks we liked and knew us every time we walked by. The food was great here as well, Seafood was our favorite night restaurant! Martin, our butler, was great too, every mornthe sent a message of events happening that day and if we needed anything. He’s also around the resort making sure we are good to go! Great resort, we will be back some day!

We had a great time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a lot of fun themes & activities planned daily. The beach was amazing, beautiful!!! There were plenty of beach chairs available. One day, our group rented a cabana on the beach. We enjoyed being pampered and having lunch delivered right there to us.

Friendly staff, efficient in all areas, beautiful and comfortable rooms. The pools are wonderful but the beach is amazing. Soft white sand, gentle surf, warm water! The food was beautifully presented but fairly bland and many things were not hot on the buffet. The bread, fruit and coffee were amazing all the time. Best mojito I ever had and the Coco Loco is a must!
