We just came back from our stay at Dreams Resort Punta Cana, where we enjoyed the Preferred Club experience — and it was absolutely amazing! Every morning, we were greeted with exceptional service at Portofino by Daily, Margarita, and Jacqueline. They were outstanding — warm, attentive, and always providing world-class service, not just at breakfast but any time we needed assistance. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Elizabeth, thank you for keeping everything so clean and making it feel like home — you were incredible! We also received excellent attention at the bar from Marilyn. From the minute we walked in, she greeted us with so much joy and enthusiasm. Her positive energy set the tone for our entire trip — we knew right away it was going to be amazing! And we cannot say thank you enough to Marcelo, the best butler and concierge we could have asked for. He went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and unforgettable. His attention to detail and kindness truly made our trip special. We’re so grateful to the entire team for making our vacation a dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel amenities needs to be updated. Needs more and better food options and quality. There is an area by one of the pools that smell like throw up and another area of the pool that it was just gettto. Staff was nice. Now, there was a lady employee by one of the pools that, at the end, threw a full size glass liquid towards a trash can. She could have easily given it to the bartender but no, she threw and we saw it. Rooms were cleaned twice a day and I definitely give them credit for it. We were here for a wedding but I would never come back here.

What a great stay we had here! We stayed in the preferred club area which was lovely and quiet, our room was a swim out which was just beautiful! On our second night my partner proposed to me at the romantic beach dinner, which he organised in secret with the staff before our arrival. Billy our concierge was great, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, even organising a banner on our door saying Just Engaged as well as a cake & champagne to our room to congratulate us. The staff were so so friendly and the food in all the restaurants was always served hot. This place will forever hold a special place in our hearts & I really hope we get to come back 💕

Just got married here. What an unforgettable week! Took quite a large wedding group here (50+) and we all had a blast! Check-out was a bit of a mission, but there had been a crazy in-flux of new hotel guests in the last two days, so I get it. It didn't ruin anything at all, anyways. I appreciate the hospitality and warmth my friends and family were treated with.

Nice resort, they have an average gym. Restaurants inside are good but sometime super busy with the lineup. Some of their best restaurant did have a waitlist and was not well organized as we had to wait for more than an hour to get in despite picking the time. Staff ignored the fact that we booked a spot and asked us to wait in line with walkins. Casino is small but has a good atmosphere. Manager at the balck jack tables is super friendly.
