This was our first time at a Drury, and this place is great. We checked in late in the evening a group that included toddlers, and after a delayed flight and traffic delay. When we walked up to the front desk, we were greeted by a young man named Amir Santiago. We had several requests such as getting rooms moved close together and switching room types. He immediately put us at ease, and appeared to do everything possible to grant our request. He had such a positive attitude and couldn’t have been nicer to our group. This definitely started things off great for our stay. The rooms were spacious, and had all the amenities. They felt “clean”, and above average. The free breakfast and Kickback was above average, and also had friendly employees that greeted us with a smile each morning and evening. We also enjoyed the included adult beverages during Kickback, and they were great. We visited the bar/restaurant and ordered drinks and food one night. It was reasonably priced and the food was good. We did not make reservations for the transportation service, and didn’t experience any problems. The bus was on time and very clean. I would definitely stay here again as they go out of their way to give 5 star service.

I had a fantastic stay at the Drury Inn near Disney Springs! The location is perfect, situated right in the Disney Springs area and officially on Disney property, which meant we enjoyed early park entry perks. Keep in mind that it's paid parking, which was easy to access – just remember to bring your key card for re-entry. My room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Every morning, we started our day with a delicious, hot breakfast included in our stay, which was a great value. The 5:30 kickback was a bonus, offering a variety of snacks and three complimentary alcoholic beverages. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay near Disney Springs with so many perks that made our Disney experience even better. Highly recommend!

We just stayed here for 5 nights. The employees who work here must be treated very well by management because they all seem to love their job. This hotel is beautiful, clean and close to everything! Breakfast was amazing. Afternoon kickback was amazing! Service was amazing! From the photos on the website, I thought the pool area was kind of basic....until I arrived. It's a little tropical paradise. I wish we were staying longer so we could spend some time on the pool deck. We are Florida pass holders and plan on staying at the Drury several times a year.

We stayed here for 9 nights in October/November. Absolutely fantastic location for the Disney parks and Disney springs. The shuttle buses were great, always bang on time. The room was perfect for us. With a pull out bed in the living room for our 10 year old and 2 doubles for the other 3 of us. Bathroom was lovely. The staff are fantastic, from reception to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was lovely bagels, pancakes, waffles, cereals, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc. The kickback was good but as a family of vegetarians we didn't go every night as the only option would be nachos. Some nights we were able to eat there. More veggie options would be good but for the meat eaters always a good choice. This is literally my only negative about the hotel. I would 100% stay again.

Perfect! This was the best hotel for a family of 4. Pool is beautiful. Food (free breakfast, a full one and dinner) were great. They have allergy friendly options. Adults get 3 free alcoholic drinks per night, or non-alcoholic. The Shirley Temple was fantastic! Free popcorn starting at 4 pm and just a very quick drive or shuttle ride to the parks. Exceptionally close to Disney Springs and if going to the outlet, take the shuttle.
