A good base for Disney parks with a free shuttle. The location is also good to explore other Orlando attractions if you have hired a car. The hotel is clean and the rooms quiet, with a good size gym, laundry facilities and pool/bar area. We weren't a great fan of the chaos of breakfast but there was a good selection of items both hot and cold. Hot drinks are available in the lobby throughout the day and each adult guests can get 3 free alcoholic beverages during kick back in the evenings. Parking is an additional charge of $25 a day, but there is a free shuttle to Disney and parking at the parks is generally more than this. We were able to pay $50 for late checkout which was very helpful. However we were hassled a couple of times when trying to vacate our room which was frustrating and the staff a little rude which was delaying us actually leaving. Other than this all staff in reception were very helpful and friendly. We use this hotel simply as a base and it is perfect for that!

Everyone, if you are traveling Orlando, especially for the purposes of going to the Disney parks, you MUST stay here! Everything was phenomenal! The rooms are spacious and clean, the customer service is fantastic, and the proximity to the parks is perfect- without paying Disney property prices. Free shuttle service to and from the parks. Free huge breakfast selection each day. Free “kick back” from 5:30-7 each day with tons of free food and drinks (including alcohol). For as much as we’re all paying for the parks experiences, this hotel helps so much in being able to afford your trip. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and WILL be back!

This hotel is top notch!! The service was excellent. Staff are always floating around the hotel, greeting & speaking with guests. The room was very nice! Plenty of options for their included breakfast. I didn't get to go back for their evening meals because I was at the parks. They have a shuttle service for Disney & it works very well! Definitely a great place to stay near the theme parks with a close walk to Disney Springs.

This was our first time staying here and we were very impressed! My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend trip without our kids. We enjoyed that it was a quick 2-3 minute drive to the Disney Springs parking garage. We didn’t go into any parks, just enjoyed the hotel and eating in Disney Springs. We loved the free breakfast (best Mickey waffles I’ve had at any hotel near Disney) which had a nice variety and good quality. The free popcorn and soda (4p-8p) was a nice snack and the 530 kickback was enough for dinner. The kickback includes 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult during that time. Our room was clean and we opted to get the Drury points instead of daily housekeeping. We had a king size bed with a terrace that faced Disney Springs (although we couldn’t see the fireworks from Epcot.) We enjoyed lots of time by and in the salt water pool. The pool was large, there was a hot tub and kids splash pad. During an evening swim we were able to see the fireworks from the pool. The Lakeside Bar and Grill had amazing burgers and drinks! Every staff member we talked to was helpful and welcoming. No one seemed like they didn’t want to be at work or didn’t like their job. The bartender, Miguel, was super helpful and friendly. He made us feel right at home and continued to converse with us everyday of our trip. As an added bonus we appreciated that for a $50 fee we could check in early and check out late. We had an early morning flight getting in so we were able to check in at 1130am and head to the pool. On check out day we extended and were able to check out at 4pm also giving us more time at the pool and in the air conditioned room. We had an evening flight so bridged the gap with a reservation for early dinner in Disney Springs. We had a wonderful time at this hotel!

Amazing stay! Karla, Brea, and Patrick were all incredible even before we arrived, making sure we were set up in the perfect room. The property itself was phenomenal—so beautiful and relaxing. We loved the evening kick back and the breakfast was outstanding. Truly a wonderful experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!
