Excellent experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, the food and drinks are plentiful and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our butlers Gabby and Miriam were exceptional. They seamlessly managed our reservations, trip schedules and daily needs before we even knew we needed it done! Their help and friendship exemplifies the staff attitude and drives us to return every year

You will face significant pressure and sales tactics to purchase membership weeks. As soon as you feel relaxed and ready to be on vacation you will be approached everywhere you go to agree to a meeting. We have been members for several years. Our last two stays were not the wonderful experience as sold. When we declined to participate in another tour and meeting to be pressured to buy more weeks our experience was certainly less than expected. The attitude of the staff instantly changed! When I questioned the change in service we were told our package for owning vacation weeks was like owning a car, it should be traded in and upgraded. They sure don’t talk like that the first time they sell you a membership, that’s for sure! You will have the same trip without being a member. When you are a member and own weeks you still pay close to what the value of the trip is anyway. You are promised a butler and other amenities but in the end it doesn’t translate to savings nor cost benefits. Don’t let a large sum of your money get held by a promise of later service. This resort is ran by a management company. The paper these contracts are written on are governed by companies that may not stay there. We have been through that as well. Overall we are not happy with the service and attitude of management during our last stay.

It was my first time in the area and in an all-inclusive resort. The resort was beautiful and the grounds are definitely 5 stars. The staff as well were a delight and very friendly. Room service food was mediocre and one night they didn’t deliver what I ordered. Food overall was good. It would have been nice if there was a 24 hour ‘store’ for a quick snack instead of trying to get into a restaurant for some thing to eat.

Overall I felt the staff was overwhelmed. I entered the property and bag check was normal and the staff was pleasant there. There is a lot of staff trying to sell another trip offering discounts (but not really). Let me preference this by saying I booked through a booking agent because it was my sister wedding. So it was surprising to know I had to leave $500 hold on my credit card. Now that I put on the booking agent not the hotel as this should've been disclose. I was able to get my room at 2:15pm. I forgot to say that I arrived at 10am. Waiting for a room is normal. My sister (the bride) ask if my room was ready and she was handed my card. Walked into the room and overall a bit outdated however good to stay in the room for a few days. Then I notice the safe was broken. I mean broken, it didn't work. I was willing to just let it go and just figure out something else. I was tired and went to take a shower and then realize there's no towels. Just hand towels. Got upset, put on some clothes and went to the front desk because they wasn't answering. The staff in the front apologize and said she will get maintenance over as well as house keeping for the towels. That was around 3pm. I called at 4pm and finally they picked up. The maintenance finally showed up at 4:30pm. Housekeeping showed up at 5pm. There's so much but this is what i can get out without getting out.

We had the best stay for our wedding weekend. Everything turned out beautifully. Ceci our coordinator was extremely communicative the whole time and made sure we weren’t anxious with any part of the process. Our photographer was awesome and we can’t wait to get the photos back. The whole staff from our stay, our room service, our family dinner/wedding day were just so nice and sweet. The emcee and DJ did an amazing job.
