Stayed ten days, this resort is amazing, the property is gorgeous. This all exclusive vacation was the best we have ever had, we booked a swim up room that was awesome. All the people were great, including our butlers, waiters, drivers, etc. Even the other vacationers were great, we made lots of new friends throughout our stay and look forward to retuning at a later date. The food at the various restaurants was outstanding, the swim up bars were awesome, and the pool service kept our drinks coming no matter if we were in the main pool areas or by our swim up. This is a must for those that enjoy luxury!

This was our first all-inclusive experience. The place was gorgeous, and I definitely felt safe while there. For the most part, the service was top-notch. However, at times, I felt as if the language barrier was an issue as well as maybe they did not have enough staff. We were not really impressed with the food, some of the restaurants were pretty good but nothing wowed me. Room service was pretty tough to get. I was shocked that there wasn't more entertainment/activities and that not many people stayed up and hung out. Our group even got in trouble one evening for being in the swim out pool outside of our room. Overall I felt like it was affordable and we had a good time. The place was very beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and while we created some beautiful memories together, the way the resort was run left us deeply disappointed. The lock on our door didn’t work properly, neither phone in our room functioned, the toilet was rusty and wouldn’t stay open, and we dealt with leaks from the fridge, tub, and AC, which caused standing water in the room. We also had several items stolen during our stay. On top of that, staff driving by in carts rarely stopped to offer a ride when it was raining or when we were walking, unless, of course, you were a member.
The lack of communication between management and staff was incredibly frustrating. It took three days for anyone to even begin addressing our safety concerns. Once they acknowledged the issue, we were offered either $100 or a candlelight dinner, which we were told had already been scheduled and would be comped—on the condition that we sign a non-disclosure agreement. When we declined, we were pressured into signing the form again (which we still refused). After that, management refused to work with us or our travel agency.
Given our experience, we would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Far exceeded my expectations. I planned on doing some swim training and this resort was perfect because of all the channels of water connecting endless beautiful pools, the one closest to us often being totally empty. Fun for those not swimming too, to be able to wade around the water endlessly throughout the resort. We were impressed at how clean and well kept the resort was, the cleaning and maintenance staff were always seen working tirelessly, cleaning up rooms, common areas or even the beach. So many places to lounge around, endless beds, lounge chair and hammocks, absolutely all the staff friendly and helpful. It's true a lot of the beach is unusable but there are some nice spots as well, so definitely was able to take a dip. I enjoyed the food options. This is the third all inclusive in Cancun I have been to but this is the one I would recommend for adults only.

This was a great resort. Food was good and staff were very friendly. Many pools and bars to choose from and entertainment was good. Beach was very rocky but still good. Other vacationers were very loud at times and our room was close to the dance club so music was blasting every night until 1am. If you want some snacks bring them from home because the gift shop has a bag of chips for 19 dollars American. Having said this, there is room service at all hours of the night and a lot of food to choose from so you will not go hungry. One of our favorite all inclusive resorts so far!
