I loved the hospitality of the workers there. Very nice hard working staff.
The food was great and the way it was presented on the plate looked amazing.
The room had everything I needed to satisfy my needs. I will say the decor could be updated.
The beaches were nice and clean. Be prepared to see the giant artificial reefs which look like giant concrete rocks but nonetheless the water was still very beautiful and peaceful.
The only thing I was not satisfied as much with was the choice of music being played. It felt like music I will play my kindergarten students minus the reggaeton which I did enjoy. There was too much country and pop not enough Spanish music or rap/r&b.
The resort itself as a whole was still very nice and well kept.

Stayed ten days, this resort is amazing, the property is gorgeous. This all exclusive vacation was the best we have ever had, we booked a swim up room that was awesome. All the people were great, including our butlers, waiters, drivers, etc. Even the other vacationers were great, we made lots of new friends throughout our stay and look forward to retuning at a later date. The food at the various restaurants was outstanding, the swim up bars were awesome, and the pool service kept our drinks coming no matter if we were in the main pool areas or by our swim up. This is a must for those that enjoy luxury!

Paradise! The grounds are beautiful, well maintained and consistently being tended to by the staff. We came across iguanas, coatimundi, squirrels, cats, massive butterflies, birds and a family of raccoons!
Resort Staff were extremely kind and helpful. from the bell men to the hostesses and housekeepers. Front desk help were not un-friendly, but they could have more accommodating and welcoming. We were there for a very large wedding and the golf cart drivers were extremely busy but always cheerful and telling jokes!
The food was average by no means extravagant, but it is an all inclusive. My husband and I enjoyed the buffet food more the restaurant meals.
Drinks were plentiful and offered immediately at check in as well as throughout the day.
Rooms are plenty big and clean, refrigerator restocked each morning with beer, water and sodas.I wish we would have had time to soak in the large jacuzzi tub.

This was our first all-inclusive experience. The place was gorgeous, and I definitely felt safe while there. For the most part, the service was top-notch. However, at times, I felt as if the language barrier was an issue as well as maybe they did not have enough staff. We were not really impressed with the food, some of the restaurants were pretty good but nothing wowed me. Room service was pretty tough to get. I was shocked that there wasn't more entertainment/activities and that not many people stayed up and hung out. Our group even got in trouble one evening for being in the swim out pool outside of our room. Overall I felt like it was affordable and we had a good time. The place was very beautiful!

Amazing overall experience.
The snorkeling was scheduled as a 3hr event which is actually 8hr day. We said we only wanted to snorkel. We were setup for the 1:30pm time slot, but had to be picked up by 8:10am because the food is combined with the snorkeling. On the day of the event, found out our only other option was we could pay for our own transportation there and then take the hotel transportation back. We ended up being there for 8hrs because we didn’t want to pay for separate transportation. Next time, we’ll pay for it, it was a long day. But the drive is not long so I don’t understand why they don’t give the option to pickup/drop off for those who only wanted to snorkel.
